Ive been taking my Toyota Camry for years for regular maintenance and repairs. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Helpful reports and pictures are provided, tracking items needing immediate and future attention. A loaner car is available which is extremely important. I highly recommend Brian and his crew!

In the last year we have started using BDR. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, integrity, knowledge, and communication. We have had both cars in for different reasons. They email/text priority issues ranging from very important to no need to service. Katt is the front desk queen who is so knowledgeable and kind; she explains what work needs to be done in layman’s terms so I can decide if I want to proceed with work. The whole team is reliable and professional! Added bonus is a rental car if you need one. I can’t say enough how happy we are to have them here in Holliston!

This was our familys first experience with BDR Automotive in Holliston; we wanted to find a dependable, positively reviewed local shop, and I was impressed with both the online reviews and a friends recommendation. Our first experience with BDR confirmed everything that I read/was told, and well definitely be return customers. BDR is awesome, efficient, professional, reasonably priced. They came highly praised on many online forums, I needed help with my off-road bumper and winch installation, travelled 55 miles to have them do the work, they took perfect care of everything I needed.

I have been recently ripped off by an independent shop for work done on my BMW. Fast forward a year and I got several warning lights. If you own a BMW you know these lights. In the past I have fixed this myself but this is something electrical. Mechanically I could turn the wrench and replace the part but electrical I dont have the diagnose tooling. Was afraid I was going to get ripped off again but I found BDR automotive repair on a Google search. 5 star reviews on this shop from customer service to value.Cat called me throughout the diagnosis process and then told me exactly what the problem was. Chris had to replace the electrical door handle and it cleared all the codes. This is something that many shops will charge you a couple thousand dollars to do. For the amount of hours that they worked on my car. They told me when the car will be ready and when I can pick it up everything was done in the timely manner are very professional.This is my new shop you should make it yours.Chris and Cat if I could give 6 stars I would you guys rock.

Brian, Kat and the team are exceptional, especially with cars that have some vintage appeal - hard to find parts and hard to solve problems. Really impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. Brian finished up a 1988 D90 engine install, radiator, intercooler and a lot of other punch list items - she runs great. Nice job

BACK STORY: This just happened (10/6/21) Our son is in Boston from Georgia, for the second year playing Hockey on an U18 Travel team in the area needless to say he loves the Boston area, however he had a tire leak down and not being from the area, he took his truck to the Sullivan Tire, Medway location and was told that the screw was in the inside tire wall and the tire was not able to be patched or repaired and would require a new tire and would be $399.00 for a single tire and would take a week to get in.HOWEVER - We decided to call around and have the truck taken to a different shop (BDR Automotive, Holliston, MA.) for a second opinion. After explaining the situation, the young lady got us right in as quickly as possible and it was determined that the screw was not in the inside wall and was in the tread portion of the tire and could be patched and that is what is happening right now (3:10 pm - 10-6-2021) oh, and wait a minute........ for $35.BDR, knowing the situation, could of very easily given us a similar story and charged us hundreds more $$$, and we would of had no choice but to pay it. My husband found these guys when we moved to town a few years back. he works right next to a dealership and could very easily give them the business due to ease, however, we do whatever we can to keep the business local to BDR. They have a loaner car that they are nice enough lend out for any and all service, even an oil change. These guys are the best, integrity, empathy, honesty and sincerity, No better shop in the area. Major plus that they are very well versed with 4x4 applications as well for those who are looking for a good local east coast 4x4 shop, look no further, hard to find out this way.

I brought my Land Rover Discovery in to BDR for a misfire that I had failed to resolve with multiple attempts. Brian quickly identified a root cause and repaired it quickly and with a fair price. The vehicle had some other issues that he was able to resolve on subsequent trips, even saving me money by offering good used parts per my approval. The team at BDR is friendly and professional. I will be happy to go back for future needs.

BDR just completed some fairly extensive work on my 2001 Tacoma that I have owned since new. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. They are really customer-focused and do the highest quality work. I have maintained this truck for the last twenty years (266,00 miles) and wanted to keep it around for a little while longer, so they did a complete “Digital Inspection” that highlighted the areas of immediate concern and ones that could be addressed later or completed by me. Everything was well documented with pictures to help describe some areas of concern. The office manager (Katt) was especially helpful in keeping me updated with the repair schedule and any glitches that arose during the overhaul. Brought my 4Runner in to install a lift kit I purchased, as well as new wheels and tires. Service turnaround time was great, as well as the price was better than expected too. Quality work, will be back for additional projects as they come up. 5/5 - would recommend.

Excellent auto repair facility - had two of my vehicles turned around very quickly. One of my trucks had a broken exhaust that BDR repaired themselves, saving me huge money vs buying a new exhaust system. They have a very clever mobile based communication tool, it tells you when they have started on your vehicle and sends inspection reports to you with details of work needed.....there are even pictures! Excellent company wont go anywhere else.

I came to BDR Automotive with some tricky requests for my project truck that I had been previously turned away for by a professional body shop.. Technician Jarred took the time to listen and understand the work I was looking to have done, and asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what my desired end results were. BDR was able to custom fabricate brackets and mount my aftermarket steel bumper, and mounted and wired my aftermarket tow mirrors. Jarred went out of his way to offer to replace my rusted trailer wiring socket mount, and made sure the end product looked fantastic! Kat at the front desk kept me apprised of timing of my services and called me with frequent updates and to confirm additional services that were required as they uncovered them (rather than just doing it and charging me without my consent!). BDR was friendly and accessible throughout the duration of my experience with them, completed the work ahead of their quoted timeframe, and the work was top-notch quality. I had driven by BDR hundreds of times, and Im so glad I finally stopped in to see what they could do to help me. I couldnt be more pleased with the service provided by BDR, and my truck has never looked better! They have certainly earned my business, and will be my first call the next time I need services for my truck!

Another top notch annual service done on our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The service was thorough and quick. We have been going to them for both of our vehicles for over 2 years. If these guys ever suggest a repair, I know that it is necessary and that they are not trying to make extra money from me.

BDR did a great job working on my 98 Jeep Wrangler. It had a number of issues as it is an older vehicle that had considerable rust and hasnt been driven much in a while. They listened well and had conversations with me to replace rust in some of the worst places as well as address some clunks the vehicle had since when I had purchased it. They clearly did not replace functioning pieces as they managed to get the A/C working by just charging it and slightly adjusting some of the components. I strongly recommend them, particularly if you are trying to keep an older vehicle on the road without breaking the bank.

I take both mine and my husbands cars to these guys. They are very honest and do great work. I had an issue with my engine and these guys told me that there was a recall on the particular part that I needed so I should take it to the dealership to get fixed. They easily could have just fixed the problem there and charged me for it. Instead, it was done by the dealership at no cost to me. That was GREATLY appreciated!!

Brian and his team go the extra mile. As a small business owner, I know how important (and hard sometimes) it is to keep everyone happy. Its the little extras that can take so much, but mean so much. So glad I found BDR automotive!! I brought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata there for brakes last year and was so impressed with the service! When I called, they were able to get me in first thing the next morning, and drove me to work while my car was getting worked on! Loaner cars are also available for super convenience!I recently took my car back there for an oil change and once again was NOT disappointed! I needed a new engine in my Jeep and I needed it done fairly quickly. Not only was it done right when they said it would be, they also provided me with a loaner car while the work was being done. Highly Recommend BDR!!! My daughters Subaru Forester needed serious exhaust work from rusted out flanges. The quote at other shops $1200. Brad and his crew cut out the rusted area and welded in new metal, saving the mufflers and me $900. All of our cars are now going to BDR.

Brad was very straight forward and professional, and easy to communicate via phone and email. They provided me a full estimate as well as a Work Order PDF afterward. All my questions and requests were answered, and the work was completed on-time.I was able to get all the replacement parts needed for my car, and everything has been running/working great.As a M-F, 9-5 worker I will say its unfortunate that BDR isnt open on the weekend, but they do offer loaner cars. I can understand local businesses cant always be open on weekends, especially family-focused businesses!

Brian and team are awesome!! I had some frame rot on my 1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ. They had me up and running in a day. I was in a rush and they assured me no problem. I only had 2 days to get the work done and it was done in one!! I couldnt ask for more when it comes to this sort of specialty auto repair. I am a handy guy and can tackle most jobs on my own so I cant stand paying for repairs. With that being said the work was done professionally and without flaw, and for a reasonable price. I am so grateful for the guys at BDR! I have asked so many people, forums, clubs etc. their opinions as to how I could tighten the steering to my modified 2005 Diesel Ford Excursion and fix an air suspention issue I was having. Nobody gave me solid answers, seemed to have a firm grasp of aftermarket modifications, and noticed the issues that BDR identified mechanically. I fixed my steering, and changed my suspension, and they worked with me and my insurance company to fix my truck after I was rear ended and the auto body shop, and three other shops, couldnt find experts to work on a truck with aftermarket parts. BDR was recommended to me by a fellow service member and I wholeheartedly recommend them to others. 5+. Thanks guys.
