This shop totally Fed me over. Never go there - not trustworthy.Got an estimate 2 weeks ago - insurance signed off on claim - shop said repair would be no problem, we will get it back 100% .Show up for scheduled appointment for Collision repair & was then told they could probably get it back to 90%.Unacceptable for my $130K Shelby.This place is 3rd World. No stars.

Well done. All the moving parts came together from coordinating with insurance and car rental to parts order and scheduling to pick-up and drop off, and I was getting texts as things proceeded. The accident was inconvenient, but Classi and my insurance co. made the repair part go smoothly.

They are fantastic. From a complicated accident with damage in steering assembly. With time and effort the job was done. I highly rate these guys. I know where I am taking our vechile in.

Our car was involved in a hit and run. Minor damage to the passenger side quarter and rim. It’s a well maintained 2016 Cadillac that we intend to keep a long time. Although it was inconvenient because they were out of our area I gave them a shot based on their reviews. Very disappointed after the fact, as I had to refuse delivery of the vehicle twice. First because of a run on the rim, a drip on the gas tank cover and a surface scratch on the opposite quarter panel, that was not there when I dropped it off. The second time I sent my wife, thinking they would make it right without a problem, but the rim was even worse and looked rushed. I would have sent it back a third time, but because of the distraction of the issues pointed out above I did not notice the course sand paper swirl marks and orange peel texture on the bottom of the repaired quarter panel. Not interested in taking it back there to get it fixed. Not confident they would do it right. It is almost like they did it purposely so we would not come back.

So far so good...once I pick my car up; Ill give another review...thanks guys !!

Excellent repair on my fender bender. If you had told me they swapped my car with another I would believe you. Cant even tell they replace the back end. Paint matches perfectly and no noticeable difference with the rest of the vehicle.

The overall body work was great! Could not even tell that someone hit me! However, I had aftermarket headlights that still worked previously before I took it in and when they swapped my headlight with a new one they never transferred the bulb over with my aftermarket ones. Another thing is that they drained my battery to a point where I had to buy a new one. My battery worked just fine before taking it to their shop and they claimed that it was just old. Of course they won’t admit to their own mistakes. All in all, I had to buy a new battery and new bulbs for my headlights because one was led and the other was a yellow halogen. Thanks...

I had called many other places to see if they could help me with my old van and many said they could not do the work. Steve and every staff member I met were all kind and very attentive. Sorry I cant recall each name.They had a coffee bar and such cool and fun antiques around.A open waiting area in which several staff members had desk against the wall and it just gave me a feeling they were open and up front not trying to hide anything...honesty ..I could hear phone calls and estimates being conducted all kind and professional. .I was helped immediately when I entered the door I had a young man look at the problem area right away then he said let me get Steve to look at it..Steve gave me his assessment. I had two cracks in my windshield they immediately called a windshield person that they knew and worked with and they gave a estimate and he could come to classi auto and install there.. i also needed new door handles installed due to Florida sun damage..Smoothest most professional team I have met in a long while the estimate was very fair and half the price of other places I contacted..They even write on window of car what needs to be done so each employee knows what is wrong and needs to be done. They stay very busy and have a volume of work they gave me a honest time frame because the metal work that needed to be done. This old van is my back up car and car I take to the beach so a 2 week estimated time frame is not a imposition to me. The work around my windsheild is very delicate and it needs to be done right or a new windshield cant be installed. Another customer seemed irritated they dont provide a shuttle service home whom I met outside while i waited for my cab. I said to him this isnt a car dealership and even then that is just a courtesy the dealerships provide. I would highly recommend this auto body shop. When get my van back I hope to do a follow up review. I saw a few cars picked up as I waited for my cab. All the customers very pleased with completed work.

Excellent family owned body shop!!Ive had two vehicles worked on here that were involved in accidents. Staff is very friendly and patient. Their work is incredibly good and fast. They provide great documentation outlining what was repaired and what to do the first few weeks after the repair. Their prices are very reasonable.Classi Auto Body is so good, in fact, that I felt perfectly comfortable sending my 22 year old daughter there on her own to have her vehicle repaired after an accident.I strongly recommend at least going for an estimate.

This family owned and operated business is fantastic. A tree fell on the back of my husband’s Lexus RX300 while he was out of town. It is a 2005 with only 115,000 miles and we are the original owners. We love the car and it was really mess. It happened the day before Easter but they managed to get it towed, covered and stowed. Within a short time after I received a call from Junior that, yes, lots damage that they will access but happy to hear no one was hurt. Classi Auto Body did an amazing job fixing up our old girl. No kidding it looks brand new. We liked to work so much I cancelled my appointment with the Auto Mall Collision Center to have some minor body work, detailed and buy beautiful new rims. Classi Auto Body is professional, thorough and does beyond quality auto repair work. If you want the best customer service and quality craftsmanship, they are the place to go.
