GREAT family owned business that really put the time and effort into doing a very good job! It was refreshing to see their young son helping his mom and dad out at work, gives me hope for the next generation.I would highly recommend Top Notch for all your body and paint needs!

The only reason I am not giving them 1 stars is because my first experience was actually ok. Not so much the second time.I brought in a brand new painted part and wanted it to be painted another color on Friday and was told it would be done Tuesday. I had to go out of town so I called and left a message saying no rush, I will be back the following Monday or Tuesday. I arrive Tuesday and brought along with me 3 more parts I also wanted to be prepped and painted only to find my other part was not finished. No call, no message saying it wasnt done yet. I was disappointed but was assured it and the other 3 parts would be done by Friday and come back then. I call Friday to see if they are done and find out that they have not even been started. I am glad I didnt just go there like he told me to do. Again no call or message stating they were not done. I had planned to install the part I originally dropped off that weekend and indicated that on the phone expressing my disappointment.After that call I called back again to talk directly to Steve as I had spoke to his wife earlier only to get yelled at and told that he is tired of doing s**t for free and wasnt going to finish my parts and that he was going to leave them by the road. How is it my fault you cant quote a job correctly?Very unprofessional. If you do decide to do business with them, do not expect your work to be done in the time frame he gives you.

August 27, 2019After our first meet, I’m very impressed with Steve at Top Notch. He assessed the damages and talked about the different options I had in repairing my vehicle and gave me his recommendations that would be most cost effective.He came in a lot lower than the other local repair shops I had gone to. I told him I was crunched for time and he was willing to do everything he could to fit me into his schedule.I’ll keep updating my experience with Steve as the work progresses.

Called Debra looking for a suggestion for chafe tape to protect my boat during transport. They helped me find an alternative when I couldnt find the tape I was looking for...anywhere. Not only did they give me another option but she also called me back and gave me one more option. These guys are awesome and if their customer service is this good, there work must be too! Top Notch!

Highly recommend top notch, they were honest and upfront on the repairs we had done. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had a few cars restored up north including my 55 studebaker. When I need any body work or paint done, it will definitely be at top notch. Thanks Steven and crew for everything and getting me out of there timely and in great shape!

I was involved in a hit & run accident March 2019 & Top Notch Body Shop kept my 2012 Kia Sodona without an estimate or repairs due to the accident. They still have my van & requested thousands of $ for me to take my van that they are holding hostage. I am battling breast cancer & need my van to get cancer treatments at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL. I am getting an attorney to sue them soon. Dont TRUST THEM!!!

Worst shop ever!!! Front end was “fixed” (radiator support replaced, front bumper painted etc). 2 weeks later Bumper started to pill off and when it was removed by another shop they showed me that radiator support was never welded. “Top Notch” put it on with self tapping screws. WOW!!!What a SCAMMERS!!!

My car was on the receiving end of a hit and run while it was parked while I was at work. This shop had my car for 2-3 days and hadnt even gotten an estimate done for the insurance company. The insurance company was calling me twice a day looking for the estimate. I called the shop multiple times, nobody answered the phone. I left two voicemails and they didnt return my calls. The only time they called me was when I put them on blast on facebook for mot answering my calls or getting the estimate to the insurance company. And that call was to tell me to take my business elsewhere. Upon reading reviews on here, and on facebook, they will probably reply to this saying how its my fault somehow andvthat they are glad Im not having them do it. But I am not the only person with a similar complaint aboutbthis business. 0 out of 10 stars. Would not recommend.

They fix our Infiniti G37s, I crashed and I had a full front collision and they make it look like new. They have a great paint job, amazing body work, and they guarantee is always on point !!!Definitely recommend, they work with our small student budget. I will come back again for anything related about cars.
