Really nice folks, Im hoping they can re-repair my vehicle Monday! Just got it fixed Thurs/Fri turned around took back for a new noise I heard on the way home they fixed but now just a day later new noise is back!😩🤦🏾‍♀️.... Update:-) I went back today (5/14) they were very understanding and re- repaired my Dodge at no additional cost to me! No issues on the way home so Im a happy!😁🎉🍷#fingerscrossed through it all they still get 5stars from me! #ReallyCoolHonestFolks thanks again!!!

Good price for the repairs, that I requested. However did not resolve chattering issue, that since had gotten worse. Returned twice and was told mechanic had said it problem was with autotrac, my Cherokee was manual shift - did not have Auto Trac and noise was worsening by the day. Luckily, after 2nd request for help, I went to Volusia drive train. They took time to drive which automasters would not drive on my 2nd return visit.Volusia mechanic drove about 100ft and looked at tire, it had large bulge on sidewall and they told me it was about to - blowout.So, autmasters had good price on what I requested done but upon return they incorrectly diagnosed and I would have had a blowout had I not gone to Volusia Drive train.

Good mechanics are difficult to find anywhere. I called or stopped by numerous shops to get an alignment done on my vehicle and had some pretty bad experiences even just trying to make phone calls with people trying to sell me things I didn’t ask for etc. I called these folks and while they didn’t have time to fit me in the same day (What good shop would at 1pm?) they were able to fit me in the next day. When I arrived I asked if they could get me in and out in a little over an hour so that I could make an appointment for work which had come up last minute which they said they could. The front office staff was very helpful and customer service oriented which is few and far between with independently owned mechanics and workshops in my experience. The gentleman that performed the alignment did so within the timeframe that he committed to which was a a fair bit shorter than usual. He also made time to have a discussion about the repair. They did not overcharge me nor did they try to sell me anything that I did not need or ask for despite the fact that I know that my car needs all kinds of things. Great service all around, highly recommended.

Grade A service, Mark and his wife are great. Very reasonable prices, sometimes a little more but the quality of the work speaks for itself. Very trusting and honest, which is a hard thing to come by these days, have used for years and never had a problem or issue.

Very professional. they say what the problem is, they give you a price and they hold to that price and god forbid they mess something up they own that mistake and take care of it just as quickly. After a long and agonizing search, I have found the Mechanic that will do all the work on my vehicles from this point forward. Mark, the owner is a very stand up individual. whatever you do, dont judge this book by its cover.

This is the only place I take my vehicles to get service. They are so honest! I am glad to know there are still family run businesses out there that are so hard-working and friendly. I think Mark Junior knows everything that anyone could possibly know about cars.

I went to a body shop on Bellevue after someone smashed my driver side rear bumper (and ran) and was told they would charge me almost $1000 to fix it. Someone suggested Auto Masters to me and Mark went under my car (using his fist) and knocked out the dent (for free). People will surely try and dupe you if you dont know better. I will always use Auto Masters until I feel differently. BTW..its time for my oil change.

Be careful with these people, they are polite,soft spoken but sneaky. They will repair one problem only for you to need something else repaired shortly after leaving. Their repair costs arent cheap, beginning with the diagnostic fee.

Honest and friendly. Went here individually for years and then found out my work takes all of their cars here for repair too! Never over charge you. They will always tell you if something is actually wrong and needs immediate care or if you can wait until its more affordable for you. They are sensitive to the fact that you have a budget and bills and are a real person so they dont try to mess you around. If something is not broke they dont fix it! They took me took work and picked me up after or brought car to me when finished. My favorite auto place in town. I highly reccomend them. God bless these guys😊👍
