Disaster. I was recommended to have Volusia Drivetrain evaluate a noise in the rear end of my truck. I called Tuesday to drop my truck off Wednesday. I was told they would be there at 8am but they did not arrive until 840am (I waited 40 minutes which made me late for work). I left it with them for the day to diagnose. When I called back at 330pm there was no answer, I again tried at 4pm with the same result. I drove to the shop (from NSB) to find it closed, but with the doors to my truck left unlocked. I called again the next morning, they said they left early (with no apology) but would have my truck diagnosed that day. Again, I hear nothing all day and called back at 4pm. They did not have it diagnosed. I decided to give up and retrieve my truck. When I arrived up to pick my truck up, they were drinking beers and smoking in the parking lot. Next level unprofessionalism, I would not trust them to check the air pressure in my tires.

Ive known the owner Tim for probably 15 years he worked on the differential on two high performance cars that I owned overtime. Ive never had any problem with any work hes done for me. He is a very nice person he and his work are very straightforward. I would recommend him to anyone without any worries.

This is the place to go if you want your drivetrain issues fixed. Tim knows his stuff and stands by his work. Dont waste your money elsewhere.
