Wouldnt answer telephone and was no voice-mail that I heard. They did however call me back 3hrs later. They also wanted more money for my particular repair than any other garage I contacted!

My truck was making a squeeling noise in the rear, I was told by multiple people that it sounded detrimental, could be bearings. I had Wilkins check it out, they found a little piece of metal that broke loose and lodged itself in my brakes. In 15 minutes they had it figured out. I had them replace multiple parts they showed me did need fixed. The mechanic told me it would be ready that afternoon, he called me later and said they needed until the morning to make sure my brakes were safe. Id rather be able to stop than to have my truck immediately. They called me first thing this morning to inform me they were finished. Not only are they honest, they know what theyre doing. These guys will not bend you over and sell you something you dont need.

My wife was traveling to Florida for a sister vacation when the alternator in our Sorento went on the fritz. We found Wilkins by word of mouth at the local AutoZone. We had the car towed to the location and they bent over backwards to get the repaid completed and for a fair price. I am grateful they took care of my wife and that they did it without taking advantage. Hats off to these guys.
