23Aug2020 - coffee machine was down, will give a review when I am able to order something.

It seems like every time I go here the coffee is just not as good as other Starbucks that I go to when I order the same exact thing. I literally gag whenever I drink this coffee. I don’t know why this Starbucks in particular is so different than other ones.

Starbucks in Dunn, worker named chase, horrible customer service. Rude to customers.

Not a good choice. Machines seem to always be broken, decaf and regular beans get mistakenly mixed in the machine, the previous nights staff forgets to clean machines... always excuses why they cant be open.New management desperately needed.

We apsolutly love this Starbucks. We stop in every morning for our favorite coffee and see our favorite baristas with a smile . Danielle and CeCe are so sweet and know how to make a great mocha or latte every time, they know exactly what we want and how we like it .😊 we love all the starbucks employees at our favorite Harris teeter in HS.

This location never has cold brew.What gives? Extremely disappointed. I would give it 0 if I could

Staff is very friendly, fun, funny and efficient. The Colonel and I, enjoy the drinks we order from this location. Highly recommend this establishment...

I have went to this Starbucks a few times and the only lady working with the glasses is very rude every time. Horrible customer service and she never makes my drink correctly. This will definitely be my last time going!

I literally just left this location and the drink i ordered came out horrible. it was horrible customer service the only lady working with the glasses had an attitude out of nowhere, and she was impatient. she got mad because she had to remake my drink because she didn’t listen to my order carefully, and she still didn’t make it correctly the second time .. this isn’t my first time there to have an bad experience.. there needs to be more training because i don’t even work at starbucks and i knew her portions were off . i’m so over this and upset. i don’t even want to give this a 1 star rating if i could do zero stars i would .. completely unacceptable..

I got a cold (not even iced) latte in the standard coffee cup when I didn’t ask for one. I asked for a hot latte...

The Barista wasnt wearing gloves when handling orders.
