I can honestly say that this is some of my favorite coffee in the Raleigh area! They get their beans from a local roaster about 5min away in Holly Springs which I really respect and it’s part coffee shop part gift boutique. Coming here with my wife was really a win-win because I got a great cup of coffee and she got to look for gifts for some of her friends. I’ll take the good cup and husband brownie points any day of the week!!

Its a pretty coffee shop.The interior design and everything they sell are all pretty.The coffee flavors good and tastes good.Coffee samplers are recommended because you can taste 4 types of coffee little by little.The chairs and tables are so comfortable.

Really good lattes! I got one with mint (the Blue Ridge) but it didnt taste super sweet or syrupy. The coffee wasnt bitter either. So good and we will definitely be back! The gift shop part of the store is super cute, too.

The best hospitality around!! I can always find the perfect gift and amazing coffee when I step in this place. The staff are the sweetest and so welcoming. The owner really cares about her staff, and community. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!

Beware, Thanks a Latte doesnt honor its gift cards. My son gave me a $20 gift card in July 2020 and since I dont live in North Carolina my first opportunity to use the gift card was Sunday February 7, 2021. After placing my coffee order and giving the cashier my gift card she asked me if its OK that my card is only worth $5 because Thanks a Latte implemented a new card system and the cards distributed prior to the new system are now worth a flat $5.This should be Thanks a Lattes issue not the customers and a better policy would be to honor what their customers tell them the remaining value of the card is worth. No matter what I said they would only honor $5 on the card. Im posting this to make others aware of this issue.

I love every ounce of Thanks-A-Latte! The owner is the best, friendliest, and caring person! She runs her business right! All the staff over the years have been amazing! This coffee and gift shop is a family owned small business and they all care about their customers as individuals, as well as providing their customers with a quality coffee and gift product! Same experience as some of the other people. Great the first day. Next day, came back and had a horrible experience. The coffee was awful so I came back to give them the chance to make it right and they said you will have to wait a while. They took it to the back, and believe me I had to wait a long while. The consistency to this place is terrible. So disappointed!!! Just a note to the owner. Some of your staff really needs to be trained better. The second cup was not good either, and they really didnt care!!

After visiting many other little coffee shops, my sister and I have found this cute cafe to make the best of everything!! Our favorites are their Chai Latte with oat milk and Old South Latte with coconut milk!

Ive probably been in half the coffee shops in RDU, its where I meet most of my clients and do most of my business. That said, this is my FAVORITE spot in Wake County. Best coffee shop, hands down. Awesome atmosphere, amazing brews (they source from a Holly Springs supplier, Five Star Roasters) and a great little gift shop too. The owner Vickie and her staff are just amazing people, and the good vibes are always flowing.

Super cute space perfect for someone wishing to have a quiet coffee or tea Its a bit more feminine than most coffee shops Ive been to, and it has this Joanna Gaines type decor that feels so cozy. They have plenty of tables for laptops, books, etc. while you sip. I love their raspberry hibiscus tea.The service was great as well. The servers were knowledgeable and quick.

This was such a cute little place to get a coffee and work on my laptop. The two baristas were super nice. And I definitely recommend getting a cinnamon roll!

We stopped here last year and enjoyed their super mellow coffee BUT today were very disappointed. We came in and neither employee had gloves or a mask. So we left without getting anything.We called in later to double check and they said they werent doing gloves or masks.It kind of makes us nervous about their regular sanitation and hygiene practices. What do they do when theres no pandemic?

Great environment with lots of power plugs so you never have to worry about running our of juice on any of your devices. Also, I love that they have Oat Milk as an alternative to dairy. Try an Oat Milk White Mocha and you wont be disappointed.

I recently paid a visit to this shop craving their chai tea and wanting to support a local business. I was extremely disappointed and concerned to see not one of the 5 employees wearing a mask or gloves as they prepared my drinks. To disregard science and the CDC guidelines during this global pandemic is their personal choice but I will not support a business who doesnt value their customers or their community in such a way to keep everyone safe and healthy.

This is my go to coffee place when I am in Holly Springs. Lovely atmosphere, good Iced Chai Latte (Im not a coffee drinker), and several fun gift items. The last time I was there, my friend purchased a very cool pair of reading glasses, and the person working there was very helpful in giving feedback on how each style looked. He was was very happy with his purchase.

My favorite local coffee shop. Very southern and cozy with the friendliest staff you have ever seen. They are always so sweet to my kids, when a lot of other shops would act like it is an adult only zone. I appreciate their courtesy to my family and the way they brighten our neighborhood.

The coffee drinks were good. We got a cappuccino and a mocha drink they called, the Charleston. There was not a lot of places to sit and didnt have much in the way of nibbles. They had a couple scones and muffins, but they didnt look very appetizing. If you live close and just want to pop in for a good cup of coffee to go, i would recommend this place.

Thanks A Latte is one for the books! Run by the most kind hearted, genuine family, they always make you feel like you belong inside their shop. They dont have an ounce of pompousness when you dont use coffee language and will make you just about anything you want. They also have great suggestions and seasonal drinks if you are stuck. One of my favorite things is the atmosphere. Regardless of your gender, age, political view, religious affiliation, etc. you are welcome there, and that is a rare thing to find these days.

The cafe side is really great and the folks that work there are the sweetest. I took my mom recently and was surprised and disappointed to see a lot less merchandise. It looks like things have changed since I was last in just two months ago. Still a great place to stop if you need a pick me up or a gift.

The owner and staff are very sweet and attentive. They make a darn good cup of coffee, and the selection of gifts are high end, a welcomed break from the big box stores in the area. I love stopping in and browsing for gifts. They almost always have a sale section too!

Wow, I had the best cappuccino in this country. The place is really cozy. The boutique is very interesting with lots of design stuff. Its a little hidden but its worth to look for it.

After reading your recent blog post, I have come to this conclusion: While I would have wanted to try this place in the future, I will now never step foot in a place that is run by a family with so little respect for not only themselves but all other women. I can respect a difference in opinion and go to establishments that support ideals unlike my own, but for an owners daughter to openly come out and completely disregard an entire other half of her customer base is just beyond my willingness to be forgiving. Im sure the coffee is great, the statements recently made however put a bad taste in my mouth

This is a place that Im willing to drive out of my way to visit! Its absolutely adorable, coffee is ethical and delicious every time. They are allergy friendly, which I value as someone with a nut allergy.The gift selection is constantly changing with the seasons and is seriously impressive and diverse.A sweet Christian family runs the place and all employees are down to earth. One the things I apsalutely loved about this place was that there where 2 other gentleman the came in while I was there and they new there names. You will not find that at your mega coffee places. Worth noting the coffee is great and the service was very friendly.

Consistently good coffee, great pause & work place. Excellent for cozy get together with friends or to meet a client. Inexpensive as well. Basically a hidden gem, look for the Dunkin Donuts and drive right past it into the neighborhood, youll be glad you did.

I wanted to like it - but ordered two hot chocolates on a very cold day. Both were very lukewarm when we got them. Taste was great, but temperature was way too cool.
