The pharmacy technician was extremely rude and careless. I wanted to use a Good RX discount card and she told me it would take an hour to enter in the information, I have never heard of such. Very unprofessional on the phone and in person.

This pharmacy definitely needs to review what is going wrong in their system, why the review is so bad, how come the people is not happy. I myself has experienced how bad the service is. Management needs to really look at things on the pharmacy side.

Went to pick up a prescription at 4:30 this afternoon. The prescription was supposed to be ready at noon. I waited in drive through and was told one of the prescriptions was on hold. I needed to come in. Waited another 20 minutes inside to be told that the two medicines I wanted filled were not on hold but wouldnt be ready for another hour. This is the fourth or fifth time in a row that I have received poor service by rude staff.

They do Covid testing and prescription pick up in the same drive through line. I waited for 35 minutes for two cars to move because both of them were getting tested. I have never in my life seen people take so long to take this test. Ridiculous. I will never use this pharmacy again, this just confirms this. I’ve encountered this a few times, and it’s obvious that they need another line for prescription pick up.

10Oct2020 - A little bit of an older store, we were able to find everything we needed and had a friendly conversation with the cashier. The restrooms were out of order which was a bummer.

This particular pharmacy is so messed up. They filled this drug instead of Metformin.They don’t even see what prescription they fill. Also some staff is so rude. Waiting time is too much.I am writing after multiple experiences… time to switch to better pharmacy …

I have been sitting on this review for months because I am still so astonished this happened to me and am still trying to figure out what the employee meant. Back when Gov. Cooper lifted the mask mandate it was very confusing as to what stores were requiring masks for vaccinated individuals and which were not. I visited CVS to pick up a perscription wearing a mask. When I got to the counter the employee misundestood my last name and then could not find the order which had already been filled. I realized what might have happened and clarified what my last name was and spelled it for her. She then looked at me and said, You people and those masks. I have no idea what she meant by this comment, however from the way she said it and her body language it didnt seem to be a compliment. Was she was blaming the mask because she misunderstood my name? (She thought I said Moore instead of Ward.) Thats just my one possibility, but I really have no idea what she might have meant. I asked her if masks were required in the store. She said, Did you see a sign on the door telling you a mask was required? Wow! I feel like I was mask shamed in a health care setting. I thought to myself, I am paying money to be treated like this. This lady just referred to me as you people I have switched to another pharmacy where I am treated nicely when I go to purchase my prescriptions.

The Pharmacy portion of this CVS is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I waited in line just to pick up medication for almost an hour and left empty-handed because the line was not moving. The drive-through is not even worth attempting as the wait is always long. I am not sure if they are shorthanded or what, but I would recommend going elsewhere.

Awesome Pharmacy staff. Love this location for that. But!!! Retail store is just a price gouging, opportunist company. Double or more vs Walmart. And specials that you just buy two. Ugh. Shameful and it hurts me to give them any money when I see this but Med insurance mandates we use CVS.

If there was a zero star review I would LOVE to give that, the manager here is pathetic, arrogant & rude, did not even respect the fact that he was speaking to a pregnant woman. Will never go there again. No one has the right to disrespect anyone. I’ll report to higher authorities.

I had a great experience at the pharmacy. The woman who rang up my prescription noticed that my insurance wasn’t listed so she asked for my insurance card and asked me to wait while my information was entered into their system (only took a few minutes). I honestly won’t have noticed, but she went out of her way to save me money and so super polite and helpful. Ever time I go into this CVS, I am greeted my the store manager or a sales associate and asked what I am looking for and they take me directly to what I need. Every employee at this CVS location has been extremely friendly, helpful and has provided great service. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.

The pharmacy staff here is extremely rude. I have tried three times to have an automatic renewal turned off and I keep getting refill notifications. I tried to call and explain the situation and the lady that answered the phone (Kathy) was extremely short and rude to me despite me being friendly. She kept cutting me off and was annoyed that I was trying to make a request. She wouldn’t even let me explain the situation without cutting me off. This place has always been disorganized and not helpful. I am changing pharmacies as a result.

They messed up a home delivery after I had paid a fee of $8. I called about the situation and was given the song and dance of how sorry they were but could not get the prescription to me. I am expected to go after it. Yeah, not a happy camper.

I swore I wouldnt use CVS again but here I am unable to fulfill a 90 day asthma script with Walgreens. So I transferred the script to CVS in hopes of getting it fulfilled sooner. I was met by a pharmacy employee who didnt like that I wanted my insurance to be processed before I pay. Basically it ended with her handing my insurance card back to me and telling me to call my insurer to resolve the issue. I understand there may be an issue with insurance and their system but there was no need for her sighing and bad attitude. Be helpful and kind, it goes a long way. My experiences with CVS in Cincinnati and now in Holly Springs have identified a common theme; poor customer service.

Ive been going to this location for several years and never had any problems. Pharmacy staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. Everyone has off days.

Pharmacy staff was so completely rude- TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! Went in this morning wasn’t greeted which hey we all get busy no biggie but when they came to the counter I said hello no response- then the girl looks at me with an annoyed look and said “well what’s your name!?” I told her she grabbed my medicine (which I’m taking for a failed pregnancy) and never spoke a word afterwards I went to ask her if it was okay to take ibuprofen with the meds and she stated “idk google it or call your doctor” I’ll be going elsewhere!

We recently moved and started having our prescriptions go through this pharmacy since it is closest to our house. Each time, I have been disappointed with the service. Of note was last week when i had a car full of 3 kids sick with the flu. I pulled up to get their meds and was told it would be several hours. Fine, I understand. I get the call the babys meds are ready and go to get them and some Motrin for all of us. On the window they advertise you can buy ibuprofen at the drive thru which when you and your 3 kids under 6 have the flu, is pretty convenient. Except when I asked for it, the woman tells me she only has the infant, no adult or childrens. I find it hard to believe that if I pulled around, brought in my infected children and went to the childrens medicine aisle that there would be no mortrin in a pharmacy. I pulled away incredibly frustrated that people could be so lazy and inconsiderate. I will no longer be sending my prescriptions here. Walgreens on main st has been much faster, friendlier, and considerate of their customers.

I really have a hard time with this pharmacy even though its closed it is one of the most difficult ones to get my prescription filled with. Half the time they dont have it in stock, the other half the time they give me a hard time about getting it. And insulin should be easier to obtain since it is a life supporting medicine.

Dropped of prescription. Pharmacist checked stock in computer said ok come back in 2 hours. 2 hours later they called said they only had 20 pills. I said ok I will take them for now. 10 minutes later I show up and they only have 5. If pharmacists can’t count to 20 why is she handling drugs. Waisted my time. never again. Go anywhere else.

Worst experience ever! Its not just this store is every CVS!! They give me a hard time with almost all prescriptions. One in particular I had lost while out of town. My doc said no problem will write you another one. Pharmacist refused to fill it unless doctor called a spoke with her. I asked why... no good answer. I told her well he wrote the one that I misplaced so he knows about this one he wrote it as well . Useless. Small town pharmacy is the way to go!

This CVS is near me so it is where I usually go. On my last visit, things weren’t ready as promised and that was really frustrating since the drive-thru was already very slow for drop-off and pickup. I had to go back a second time for the pickup and magically everything was just fine. If they can’t make a certain pickup time they should just let you know up front that it will be later. I would say this happens to me about 1 in 10 visits.

Don’t use the drive thru. Lane 2 is always closed and they don’t trim the Holly bush at lane 1. If you want scratches on your vehicle then you’re fine. Going to transfer my meds to somewhere else.

Dropped off an Rx...they needed to call the doc for more info so they said theyd call me back the next day. Well, two days later I had to call them back and they said they had no record of anyone dropping off an Rx under that name. The individual on the phone was very professional except there was no sense of urgency or regret for their employers role in delaying medical attention. Really? Who just loses a legal document when the most basic function of your job wholly depends on your ability to put it in the system and file it accordingly under penalty of law? And what kind of confidence does this instill with me depending on them actually filling it correctly? If you cant keep track of a piece of paper...I doubt you can draw upon 6 years of medical training and dispense an accurate medication type/quantity. So now its back to square one and Ill probably die if in fact I do get an Rx filled and I dare to take it. Its been real everyone.

Our son has a bad case of Pneumonia and we were prescribed a breathing treatment/inhaler that he needs to help his oxygen levels. We left the Doctor at 12:15 today and as of 4pm had not heard from CVS. We called at 4 and were told they didnt have it in stock that it would be there tomorrow. Nobody called to let us know and we sat waiting on the inhaler for our son. We called Walgreens, they had it in stock and we were able to transfer the script. I called back and got the Pharmacist and she was rude and could care less until I wanted to speak to the DM. After a few minutes she said she talked to the morning Pharmacist and she did call us but the number couldnt allow voicemails...the number has been active for years and we receive voicemails every day on it! So she lied to try and cover their tracks rather than owning the mistake and trying to make the situation better.

These people will NOT answer their phone even when the hours say they are open! Ive tried to call to get help with my RX and even when they DO have the phones up they REFUSE to answer! This is beyond frustrating and I will be switching to another pharmacy!

The worst pharmacy ever. Cant believe anything they say. Rude, uninformed and incompetent. Received prescriptions with the incorrect pill count, etc. This CVS is basically an affront to good pharmacies and pharmacists everywhere.

They filled the wrong prescription even though I called them and spoke with a person to make sure the right one got filled. When I went back, the pharmacy manager was extremely rude and said she couldnt do anything for me. I had to speak with the actual store manager to get reimbursed the money I paid for the wrong medication.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I hate that I even have to give this pharmacy a 1 star because they dont even deserve that much. HORRIBLE customer service from the pharmacists! They act like you are bothering them and seem to have NO time for questions. They dont apologize for making you wait on hold for more than 30 minutes...will be transferring my prescription.

The Pharmacy tech barely spoke English when I called in recently, then she just transferred me to the Pharmacist without explanation. Then, the Pharmacist promised me a follow up call back on Med approval, never heard anything. We are thinking of switching pharmacies, they are very inconsistent in their customer service.

If my insurance didnt require me to use this pharmacy, Id have been gone long ago. So, so awful here!! If you love limitless lines, horrible attitudes, not having done what youre told will be done, and occasionally having prescriptions filled incorrectly, this is the pharmacy for you! 🤦
