Sitting here waiting for a Covid booster for 20 minutes. All the paperwork filled out. About 12 people sitting here waiting now. Would be nice if they said something about coming out and giving us shots
Google Maps said they were doing walk-ins for Covid-19 booster shots but they are not due to staffing shortages. Went there for nothing.
The drive thru pharmacy is consistently slower than other pharmacy. It often takes more than 20 minutes to get through line even if there are just 2 or 3 cars ahead of you. Something is wrong with the way this pharmacy is managed or they don’t have enough people. One time they filled the wrong prescription (scary). I definitely recommend sending your medication to a different location.
This is definitely the worst customer service ever. There is always an issue, the pharmacy technicians are rude condescending and disrespectful. I go in for my sons prescription after I received a message stating it was ready, when I get there the pharmacy technician Nick. Puluso states there was a pharmacy issue with my insurance and asked the co-worker Kelsie.Carlisle for help he then says your medication is not ready. At this point I got very upset and told him that it doesn’t take that much to count pills, now the Kelise gets involved and starts staring and giving me attitude and tells me that the RX will be ready in 30 mins, I asked for the pharmacy mangers name and who the district manager was and I was refused an answer, I was told I was able to get that and why and she was shaking and extremely upset. I don’t understand why I was denied this when we have all rights to obtain this information to file a compliant and grievance against the i’ll treatment I receive here constantly. I’m disgusted to say that these folks are in healthcare and are in charge for dispensing medications to those who are sick. I hope they understand that treating others who help have a job isn’t correct or acceptable and they are held accountable for their incorrect behavior!
Absolutely the worst, they actually deserve everyone of 1 star reviews, many people even in my neighborhood agrees this place is the worst, they have been put on hold for hours just trying to get touch with the pharmacist, I personally have experienced this to many times. After I hour and a half I had actually drove down to see why Im hold for so long, but still staying connected on my phone. When I got there there was 1 car in drive threw and 1 customer being waited on, I could see 4 of them and the phone on there wall still blinking and beeping so I disconnect my phone to see if it was me. Sure enough the blinking went off as well as the beeping. 2 were just standing around. When I confronted them they looked like children who have just got caught with there hand in the cookie jar. Deer in head lights, lol. These people are supposed to professional, omg there pharmacists.I suggest anybody who needs medication go some where else, these guys are not professionals there children pretending to be.
Refused to give flu shots for children claiming that they only can do it for children 10 years and older. Walgreens website says 3 years and older, plus the department of health and human services declaration in August 2020 authorizes pharmacies to administer vaccines for kids 3 years and older. When faced with these facts, they claimed they dont have any vaccines left. Petty miserable people.
I have no experience at the store, only the pharmacy department and can tell this is the worst customer service I had seen. The pharmacy technicians are very unprofessional and unkind. It looks like no one has knowledge on what to do.
Picked up photos from this store then when I got home realized 1 photo was all smudged from their printers....went back the next day to get it reprinted and Joe the manager was rude and less than helpful telling me they couldnt do it for another 4 days even though I had already sent it in their system!!! I need the photo for our wedding which is before then which I told him and he told me to go to another Walgreens. Terrible customer service, will never come back here.
Came into this Walgreens and was given a friendly greeting by Catherine. She was working hard at the time and warmly welcomed me to the store. After finding the ibuprofen that I needed she spotted me making my way to the front and politely asked if I was ready to check out. Upon check out she did push the old Walgreens card. 5 star service.
We had our things on the check out counter in front of the mgr Colin Peirce. An assoiate opened the other register he made us take our things to the other register instead of just ringing us up. So worthless as a mgr.
Walgreens always has employees working there who genuinely care about their job and every customer who comes in! Great service
Why r we required to wear a mask when the mandatory requirement is lefted?
IF YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ARE IMPORTANT TO YOUR HEALTH GO ELSEWHERE!!!!The pharmacy here is terrible, two times now they have neglected to inform me of an insurance issue when they had more than 24hrs to do so since the prescription was sent in the day before. They do have my number on file and could have easily called but instead I was notified in the drive through line at 6pm with no way to remedy the issue until the following day. The last time it was the day before leaving the country and was forced to either go without or pay full price because it was too late to get the issue addressed. So my normally $5 prescription ended up costing me over $200.. thanks Walgreens..
Amani has great customer service ! Thankful for all her great help when I was there purchasing items !!
I moved recently and started using this pharmacy. I have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly they get prescriptions out when they know you are waiting. The staff is friendly and efficient making it a little easier with a car full of sick kids and feeling awful myself this past visit. Thank you.
Rude pharmacy service on the phone and in Person, after being talked down to that I would be called when my rx was ready I of course never was... then the excuse then became that there was no phone number on file, you’d think that could have been addressed on the first phone call.Hope they get it figured out, but I won’t use them again, and I’d suggest anyone reading this takes their business elsewhere.
My wife who is an extreme couponer went in to this store and was questioned by the cashier Kathy who was rude an not knowledgeable about the coupon policy. If you plan on using coupons at this store please avoid Kathy, as she thinks she owns the store and is losing money. The coupons we used were from Revlon and not Walgreens but she still insisted we were taking advantage of the system and profiting off Walgreens which is incorrect. Walgreens made a profit off of us and will get credit from Revlon. Chris was nice and understanding. Be warned.
I havent ever had them properly fill a prescription, and they never have it ready by the time they claimed to either. Multiple times now, including today Ill have to make an additional trip back to the pharmacy and Im going to be switching pharmacies because I cannot keep wasting the gas of making double trips every time
Called for item availability at approximately 9:40 PM. Spoke with manager that proceeded to check its availability. He took it to the pharmacy drive thu, his suggestion, so I didnt have to get out of the car ! I soooooo appreciated this because of my handicap that he knew nothing about ! My husband was thankful he could drive through !
If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. I dropped my prescription off with two coupons. I specifically asked Do you need these now or should I hold on to them? When I returned FOUR DAYS LATER they still hadnt filled the prescription. They claimed there was a problem getting my insurance to go through but never called to notify me. Even if they fixed the problem that day they didnt have the medication in stock and never ordered it, so regardless I would have to come back for a third time. On top of all that they lost the coupons for a very expensive medication and acted like it was no big deal. This is the second time Ive had trouble with this pharmacy in two encounters. The first time I called and had a long conversation about transferring my medications over but when I came to pick them up and needed my asthma treatments, they still hadnt transferred my prescriptions over. I had to wait another day before I could pick them up. Good thing I could sort of breathe... The worst thing about this place is that with all of their mistakes they never apologize. They act like theyre gracing you with their service. I will NEVER go back to this location.
Excellent pharmacy staff that are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The retail staff is courteous and efficient as well. Prescriptions are ready on time and without error. Best pharmacy around.
The pharmacy staff is downright awful! Very rude and always act like you are interrupting their lives. I was at the drive through one day and they were laughing and having a good old time with no customers. It took them almost 10 minutes to begin to help me and served with an attitude.
Terrible service at the pharmacy whether inside or at the drive through. Always very slow. They seem to never enough meds in stock and either have a serious lack of communications regarding issues with insurance or they just use it as an excuse when the fall behind.
Pharmacy staff is friendly but slow as s#*t. Id like to think theyre understaffed but often there are several people in the back doing little while the one person at the register is dealing with a line several people deep. And if one person has an insurance issue, you can be there for 20 minutes and no one from the back (pharmacists or techs) come to help. This is all the time!
This Walgreens is sooooo slow. I am writing this review while standing in line for 40 minutes to get my prescription when there are plenty or people in there to work. This has happened to me multiple times in the last few months. The pharmacy staff are rude. And my prescriptions aren’t even always filled even though they called me to inform me they were. This is just an awful location. I am looking at switching pharmacies.
Very convenient location, but you should avoid during peak traffic hours if you want easy ingress and egress.
This is the WORST Walgreens I have ever stepped foot in. Its not just a one time situation, its every single time. The pharmacy staff is rude and clearly cannot handle the volume nor the prescriptions (they never order enough stock, have gotten prescriptions wrong). This weekend, I waited 18 minutes behind a customer in the drive-through (I was second in line). I would have left, but there were four more cars behind me. When I got to the window, nobody was there to help, so I rang the bell. I was rudely told by the pharmacy tech that we will get to you. When I said I have already been sitting in line for 18 minutes, she replied we go in the order in which you came, so she will get to you. In other words, there were also people inside at the counter waiting as well. This is normal for this place. Just horrible.
Never again will I fill my RX here. Worse customer services. Walgreens you need to train your employees to treat your customers who are spending 700.00 dollar plus a month on just medication to be a little more sensitive....you lost my business and respect.
I dropped off a prescription 2.5 hours ago. I was told it would only take 15 minutes. When I came back, after waiting almost 15 in line, they told me to circle the building and get behind the other cars, then it would be ready when I came around again. There was an issue with the insurance. (Even though nobody called and I got it filled just fine 2 other times.)On another visit, it took almost 5 hrs to fill antibiotics for my son.Im switching pharmacies.
Horrible service! I waited in line for 10 minutes and only moved up 1 spot in line. I left and went back later in the day. I waited nearly 5 minutes before they would even wait on me. This has happened numerous times here. I wont be using them anymore.
Slowly transferring to Holly Springs Pharmacy because this particular Walgreens is overwhelmed with orders. I assume this is due to Rite Aide closing. Rite Aid had a terrible plan to transfer all prescriptions to CVS. Some of us are military and CVS does not accept Tricare. It was a process to get meds transferred over to Walgreens. There was an employee here that did a good job expediting the transfer but some meds could not transfer. Once that happened then we found ourselves having to wait longer than typical wait times. One evening I pulled up to the drive through and a hand written note was on the window saying customers needed to come in to get orders. I was on crutches and in pain after hip surgery and had to hobble my way in and wait in line to get my order. Changes need to happen or this Walgreens will lose customers because of meds are out of stock or the wait is too long. Turnover will increase because employees will be overworked.
The drive thru was slow. I had time time to watch the walk up inside served and the lady bagging pharmacies for future customers and cars line up behind me. It was out of sight, out of mind.
Bad expeience at Holly Springs Wallgreens, stopped at the location on Main St on 9/13/18, flo was not supposed to hit till AM friday. I get there at 5:01.. was greeted by rude pharmacist, saying we are closing at 5pm, Asked to get my wifes meds was denied, asked for corperate # .. denied, (guess she was too busy to get out in cloudy skies) was told manager is over there. Talked to manager went into a room and was gone. said forget it! .. basing my bad review on what I saw leaving.. A elderly man clearly hurting with his arm in a sling tuned away.... truley appaling ...will switch all my scripts to Rite aid from now on.. I undersatand a bad weather situation, hurricane was 200 mi away.... guess thier thought is on the employees getting out early on a cloudy day and not thier sick customers.
Thank you for being open on Christmas Day!!! We appreciate you!
The pharmacy in this Walgreens is the worst. They are slow, rude, and clueless. When you get a call from the pharmacy notifying you your prescription is ready youd think that it would be ready 5 hours later. Not sure what happened to the staff that used to be there. Please get them back or expect to lose all your business to Amazon.
The worst Photo Experience EVER!!! I went inside to order photos. I was prompted that my photos would be ready by 11:16am. (1 hr n a half) even though they advertise it only being an hour. I come back at 12:00 noon to give an additional time. When i get there to pick up the photos the lady at the counter tells me its not ready and its my fault for not asking when will they be done. Even though the screen tells me 11:16 with only 10 photos. She had the nerve to get smart and raise her voice telling me that she has over 600 photos that just started as i was placing my order. I think its common sense to tell a customer that it might take a little longer than expected and then I would have been fine. Then the manager was even more rude so I ended up cursing him out since he didnt have anything nice to say either.
Customer service from pharmacy tech was atrocious.
Cant say Ive ever had a problem at this pharmacy, despite some of the other bad reviews. The other competing pharmacy across the street is super dingy inside, so this is my local preference.
The worst service ever. Very very very slow
The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received at a pharmacy. They are beyond rude and I was told several different things about my child’s insurance until they finally lied and said they never heard of her insurance after I left the store and had to come back.
Needlessly long wait times. Went in after a surgery to get something and despite being the only individual even in the store waited 45 minutes for a prescription to get filled. Finally gave up and just came back the following day. Each time I go to pick up a prescription it takes a ridiculous amount of time.
Our family pharmacy for 6 years. We wouldnt go anywhere else.
Worse customer service at the pharmacy drive throw ... staff are very rude
Walgreens always has things you need.
I like Walgreens dispite what everyone else says.
Slowest service ever!!
Painfully long wait for pharmacy -
