Love this boutique. Lesson just learned ... I need to always ask if item can be returned. Lesson learned by owners to have clear and large signage. Casher also to remind buyers of final sale. I will continue to shop here but wanted to point this out.

She is wonderful at pairing outfits together for me and giving her honest opinion. Bless Your Heart is one of my favorite places to shop in Holly Springs! Jodi the owner takes such pride in her store and all of the products she offers. It doesn’t matter who I need a gift for, Bless Your Heart always has something for everyone! Her selection of clothing is trendy but modest. Most importantly they are all practical for me to go from meeting with a client in the morning to football practice wit the kids in the afternoon. Whenever I’m picking out something new and need a second set of eyes, Jodi is there for me with an honest and helpful opinion! I love shopping here and supporting locally owned businesses!

I had Bless Your Heart Monograms embroider my sisters White Coat as a graduation present when she completed Vet School. It was a very special gift, and I needed it to be perfect, but had no idea what I wanted in regards to font and style. Bless Your Heart helped me pick the perfect font, location, and style so that her White Coat turned out perfect. She loved the gift, and the embroidery. Awesome boutique and wonderful customer service! Jodi (owner) has been my go-to for monogramming for my son for years now! Does fabulous custom work, with great attention to detail. Im a repeat customer and have always been pleased! The other girls that work in the store are always super helpful and nice as well. Love supporting this local business! It can get dangerous though because everything there is SO cute! Lol. Great place for gifts!

I have bought several custom embroidered items from them over the last year and the quality is always amazing. They do a great job of working with you to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want and they offer a wide variety of options when getting something either monogrammed or embroidered (tons of fonts, thread colors, and design options). I have also received 2 monogrammed items as gifts that were bought from their store and I absolutely love them. Again, great quality and great people!

Bless Your Heart is a FANTASTIC small business. Its an asset to the community and helps mold Holly Springs into the wonderful town that it is. The quality and care that Bless Your Heart takes is far above the rest. Jodi is constantly asking what we want to see in her store. She truly cares about all of her clients needs and puts us first.

Zero stars are not an option? DO NOT go here. Originally I was supposed to get my shirts cuff monogrammed with a simple set of initials. Originally I was quoted 7-10 days due to the owners being on vacation. I FINALLY heard back after 15 days. They text me looking for a font - I told them I had already chose a font/color when I turned in the 10 shirts. After 15 days of hearing NOTHING I picked up my shirts without the work being done– I was told someone was sick – different than the original issue for the extended time out. I then was told the paper work wasn’t right – I guess that’s my fault as they showed me the paperwork? My fault for not hearing anything for two weeks? Very very poor customer service – just doesn’t hold onto people’s garments and have radio silence far beyond the agreed timeline requirement - the font select was poor and customer service non-existent. I know we should strive to support local businesses – but they should do the right thing back to us. Find another monogramming service, as they really just don’t think our business is important.

Ive had several custom shirts made for my daughter and we get compliments all the time. Everything the store does comes out better than I could have expected. What a gem of a shop! Jodi (the owner) has curated the best collection of adorable items for your home, to give as gifts, and for you! You can personalize almost everything in the store, from onesies to bracelets to raincoats to tote bags and purses. If you need a last minute gift and dont have time for monogramming or other personalization, no need to worry - there are plenty of things that are ready to go. The prices are right in line with what youd expect to pay for this sort of product, if not a little lower.The selection is always changing, so you never know what youll find. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they treat you like an old friend when you stop by whether its your first time in or your 15th.Were so lucky to have a shop like this in Holly Springs! This is my go to store. They have an amazing selection of clothes, jewelry and gifts!!

Got a monogram to put on my charger to put on myself, the owner took my charger to the back, put it on the wrong way, we she took it off scrached it a lot to get it off, gave it back to me and said it was part of the sticky ness from the previous monogram that she put on. And now it has been almost a year and there is a scratch. Im not very happy and will never be going back.
