I agree with the other people that left awesome reviews regarding this place and the Manager (Mr. Casey if Im not mistaken). His customer service was superb! He was very patient with every customer and made sure to acknowledge everyone as they came in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and tried to help customers get the most bang for their buck depending on their needs (and who wouldnt want that)!I highly recommend this store and hope that everyone who goes there has the same awesome experience that I did.
Ship 10 Sep 2020. No delivery nor return to sender after 70 days. Barbados wanted 250% customs tax. Contrary to their online range 5-60%. This was for a US $102 watch. And FedEx international provides counsel to the receiving countries. After 14 calls, FedEx continues to be unable to return my shipment. Think REAL hard who you ship with, where, and why. Though escalated, an exceptional disappointment in performing the very basics of shipping.

This location is inside Walmart at Holly Springs, just in case you get lost like me.The workers are nice, friendly, helpful, professional.They do printing and have boxes and scotch tape if you are a need of one.My only concern about this location If I have a big and heavy boxes, how do I get it inside??
FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Had a “drop off” package to send out. The Assistant Manager came to help me and was very pleasant and enjoyable to speak with. We had a nice conversation and I was on my way. I will use this location whenever I have FedEx packages to ship.

Rough customer service experience. We waited for 5-10 minutes before Zita came out - Zita was not happy. Her unhappiness showed throughout our transaction; she was curt and annoyed. She’s likely a nice lady but tough to spend $30 to ship an envelope while getting treated like a bother.
Poor service with no professionalism. This place use to have an excellent Service Until they brought the new stuff. She always ask to many questions and giving me hard time, acting like she knows the law and guidelines and still provide her wrong.
