So I was curious and wanted to get my car appraised just to test the waters and possibly jump into a new car on 10-12-2021. A very nice gentleman by the name Alberto Ayala approached to assist my husband and I. Usually we tend to hide until we actually see something we like, but Albert was so easy going we stayed with him the whole time. He had our car appraised in about an hour. My husband and I didn’t agree with the value and he went back to fight for us. He was able to get the amount we were comfortable with. Moreover, Albert showed us a brand new Pilot which I fell in love with. To make this review short, Albert went over and beyond to guarantee we left happy and satisfied! I hope when you choose to get a new car or just an appraisal you ask for Alberto Ayala! Thank you for your hard and dedicated work ethics!!
I bought my new Honda from Mark Scott earlier this summer. Mark was patient, transparent, but most importantly ... he quickly was able to determine what make/model I really needed and wanted. With rising gas prices, I am glad I bought the more fuel efficient car. He took the time to walk me through the process, test drove many options (and colors), and never pressured me for a sale. Mark is very experienced in the car business and I will definitely refer business his way.

Took car in for investigating error code. Car left unstable, with original issue never resolved. the car was severely unaligned, to the point where it was a hazard to drive above 40 MPH.2 visits to the location in total.3 attempts to escalate for a resolution with no return call or action taken on issues. This, after talking directly from the director of the service departmentHonda Insight was taken in to address error code for eco-mode. Upon looking up the error code with the official car manual and Honda, vehicle was in danger of possibly being inoperable, as the error code was reflective of degrading hybrid fuel systemNon-Hybrid-Battery was replaced. Was told the error was due to this.The error code came back, literally on exiting the AutoNation location.At this point charges amount to ~$300The vehicle was taken back, at which point, the situation was explained, and the particular issue of resolving the error was stressed, so as to no lead to confusionWe were told the issue was resolved by replacing a brake switch sensor. When asked how this specific sensor and part contributed to the error, no explanation was able to be given. The servicemen rushed to release the vehicle. During this exchange was escalation attempt #1The vehicle, upon release to us on the 2nd visit, came back with a severe misalignmentNo matter the complex nature of configuration. A car should not leave the lot misaligned like that. Especially not after the servicemen claimed to have test driven the car and said everything was fixed.This can only be the result of either severe negligence, or a deliberate dismissal of the issue to gain a return customerWe called the service center and they told us to come back. We asked for a manager, and were told we could not speak to one.The cumulative total at this point is ~$700At this point, with the above amount spent, time waiting for repairs, and the car arguably in a worse state than when it first was taken inIm sure nobody would object to the hesitation with wanting it to be looked at again.At this point is when the third escalation attempt was initiated, at which point we managed to make contact with the director of the service departmentThis lead to a dead endWe took care of the vehicle obviously. However the lack of action, the ineptitude of service, the avoidance of accountability.Speaks volumes of an operation designed to take advantage of customers, with no intention of actually fixing and resolving issues that come in.

Never in my life would I recommend this service to anyone. From entrance to leaving it was horrible. I pay extra a month in my car quote for service included and it is such a waste of money. I arrived first thing in the morning without an appointment and the lady who attended me didn’t even offer me a good morning, she insisted she couldn’t take my car because they were full. I told her I was willing to wait and it would be no problem and yet she insisted she couldn’t take my car. I insisted further and she took my car. I’m not exaggerating, it took 4 hours to get my car back for an oil change even while I was the first one there. There was a ton of miscommunication and lies told to me consequently. The coffee machine was broken, to many this shouldn’t matter, but if you’re waiting for four hours the minimum you could do is have coffee in the waiting area. After 4 hours, I went to the parking lot because nobody had advised me about my car and saw my car not even washed (which is included) parked and good to go. NOBODY came to get me to tell me. I proceeded to to go to the advisor desk ‘ Kevin’ and waited at his desk for 40 minutes to inquire about my car and had to then find another advisor who then told me to wait because he had three more of HIS clients before me. Finally this advisor who was kind enough to give me the keys. I got to my car and pulled it MYSELF out of the parking lot and found a dirty, paper full, plastic full car of which I threw away myself and drove off.Need I say more?Thanks for anyone who takes the time to read this and do yourself a favor and don’t ever show up at this service unannounced.
It was time for a tuneup and my drivers side visor was acting up so Ii scheduled an appointment. Fernando was out so Tameka took care of me. She is awesome! Clearly walked me through everything that needed attention, as well as securing me ride to and from my office. I’ll request her from now on. Great service!
My experience was horrible, One of your agents which was a woman had a very bad disposition. I was waiting for my car from 2:30 in the afternoon until 5pm. I had to ask another agent about my car and when he went in back to enquire about my car the mechanic told him he was waiting for the assigned agent to get back to him about some observations he found which no ever informed me of. All I know is when they approached her she gave him the paperwork and walked out. All I wanted to do was pay for my oil change and find out more about what was needed to be done to my car. She saw me waiting to speak to her and refused to give me the time of day. Another agent assisted me and was very helpful. I was very upset with my service up until that point. The young l feel should be talked to about the matter. I never got her name but the agent that helped me should know. Truly, Very disappointed.

Very professional, knowledgeable and knows his job very well. I am so very grateful that he was my service person today. When Im ready to trade in my vehicle for a new one it will not be with this company because they can only correct problems that they can recreate. I am driving around in this weather with wipers that work intermittently and they are unable to identify and correct the problem

New student in the area and recently had a very poor experience at a Mavis nearby.. (for more context) I had gotten an oil change done and unfortunately the tech did not put the cap back on properly, causing oil to get EVERYWHERE (they did their best to fix/clean it, but definitely was not comfortable going back). Also, because I am new to the area, I unfortunately hit a pothole and damaged the skid plate (shield protecting the undercarriage of the car).Thankfully because of google reviews and AAA, I found this dealership/service center. They registered me as a new customer, got me in for an appointment within a day, and was able to fix everything in less than a 3 hour visit. The facility was very clean and the staff was so kind/helpful while assisting me during such a frustrating process. I have a 18 Civic Si, and moving forward will only be bringing it for service here. They did a great job and I really appreciate their help, so thanks again!

A good job was done on my vehicle. I was surprised that a part had to be ordered and delivered from somewhere else. It was a really long 5 1/4 hour wait. It is good that I brought my car, to the dealer, to be serviced. I was glad that the brakes had to be flushed because I felt that something was not right with them.
Worked with Mark Scott. I was always running and tight on time and he was patient with me. He always responded on time to my calls and texts and made my car shopping experience a breeze. I have bought two cars unfortunately from this AutoNation and this has been the worst experience ever from the sales Department to the service department it’s officially the worst Honda AutoNation I have ever visit they will tell you one thing and do something else you have to double check their work and make sure they didn’t damage your car at the service department if you speak to a manager they always give you the runaround even with proof I have contacted corporate and I have yet to receive any call regarding my issues

Typically I stay away from service at dealership. This is the exception! The work, and prices ( with online coupons) and the staff are good. Only downside can be the wait so have to skip the car wash most of the times.

Called the dealership very late because my wife saw a vehicle that she fell in love with. They stayed late to help us take possession of the car the same day, and the entire time I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didnt want to buy.Patrick is absolutely the go-to car sales rep. Not only was he knowledgeable on every single feature of the pilot we purchased, he had tons of helpful advice, was fun to talk with, and kept true to his word on what the total cost was going to be.If buying from a dealer was like this everywhere, the stigma around purchasing at dealerships would be a thing of the past. I love the vehicle, I love the experience, and I cant speak highly enough about Patrick and the way he treated us. We will be going straight to Patrick @ Autonation Hollywood Honda for the next purchase, and I am sure we will love our Honda Pilot touring for years to come.

The technical service provided by the dealership is very profesional.I can not give a five star since every time I have been to the dealer, the intake from a service advisor is always slow, even when you have an appointment (which I have had every time). Why make appointments if you always have to wait more than 15 minutes to talk to an advisor even when other advisors are not tending to any customers. Other than that everyone is very profesional.

Overall the experience was good. Hanna, the service manager, was wonderful and handled my car’s maintenance perfectly. Kept me informed along the way in terms of pricing. She was efficient and attentive. Excellent service. My only issue is with Honda itself. I purchased the car with the understanding that they would provide a loaner. I’ve had service 3 times and a loaner has never been available. I will rethink getting my next car from Honda because of this.

I arrived early 45 minutes early for my appointment and I was seen right away. I was told the wait would be an hour and a half, and they were finished much sooner. The customer service personnel was very friendly. I didnt purchase my car from this location, but I will continue taking it there for service as long as I have it.
I went in March and didnt get the deal I was looking for and I didnt feel like the salesman at the time really tried to help me. I waited a few months came back extremely nervous but Mark Scott helped me and calmed my nerves. He asked me the necessary questions and walked me through the entire process. Explained everything from start to finish. The best car buying experience I ever had.

What a NIGHTMARE...!!!When I purchased my used car a few weeks ago, I was shocked when I was given a broken fob, and a promise that Id receive a second key the following week. Agaist my better judgement, I agreed. I arrived the follwing week and the key guy was apparently on vacation...The salesperson emphatically promised I would have my new key the follwing week, come hell or high water...Although I smelled a rat, I went against my better judgement......I arrived week two to recieve my key and was underwhelmed when the key guy didnt have the right fob for my make and model...Never mind that he seem to have a gazillion keys in his mobile key shop... I started to smell thast same rat....He did offer to oder the fob, but it would take another week.... That would be week three....This cacophony of lackadaisical work etghics is due to, and perpetuated by, Carl Vanderwarker, the general mgr.This is the man that thinks it good policy to sell vehicles with only one key ( and broken at that ) They knew this vehicle only had one key and took no steps to rectify the situation... This could have been an easy fix..... But why spend the extra money.....Mr. Vanderwormer felt perfect;ly fine with pasing this inconvenience on to the consumer ... To be honest, Im done with that place, but felt it my civic duty to warn other perspective victims...Just think, if they are this greedy and petty over an insigniofigant key, imaginbe what nasty little tricks and financial pitfalls they have set up for the BIG ticket new car buyers.... I appreciate getting my daughters HRV in quickly for recall and oil change. Her air conditioning wasnt working that great, so they put some coolant in it, but did not find the source of the problem. I would like it fixed before the warranty runs out.

The service rendered to my vehicle did take a bit of time but it was to be expected as they were very busy. My service rep, Rocky, was GREAT! He maintained continuous communication with me and gave his expert advise, which was much appreciated!
This dealership is great! The service department took my car in at its scheduled appointment, I had chosen to wait, snd to my surprise the vehicle was ready before the projected time. I am pleased with my new Service Writer, Rocky and the Sales person who wants me to roll into a newer vehicle, Joseph.

A disappointing first visit... car was not ready when promised and I had to call them for status. When delivered the upholstery had a large grease stain. They insisted I had to come back for another visit to have it cleaned and only relented after I stood my ground. Tried to upsell me on a tire rotation when the car only had 2400 miles on it. By the way... I was there because of a factory recall for a serious fuel pump issue which was also disappointing, although this or course was not a dealership issue. All in all... about 2 hours of wasted time.

I have the worse experience ever. Me and my husband went to buy a car, at first everything was fine the Sales representative Sara was very professional and was trying her best to help us. we were waiting for the car to get the test drive and after waiting for almost twenty minutes I finally got to drive the car. when I came back I was being rush to sign the papers, however my husband noticed there was an increase of 500 dollars on the paper and when we asked why the manager came to explain that another person wanted the same car(the only car on stoke at that moment) and whoever paid the $500 takes the car home. I was very aggravated because we were there first and ready to close the deal. the manager was very rude and told us that if we dont buy the car another person will. I will never go back to that place ever

I have never had a bad experience when scheduling or arriving for my maintenance appointments. For this appointment, I was greeted quickly and asked if I had an appointment and who it was with. As soon as I advised the greeter it was with Hannah, she came up to me, introduced herself and welcomed me. We went inside, discussed what service I was there for and she processed the paperwork. She went over everything with me, and checked back with me to let me know everything was fine and my car would be ready soon. She came back, gave me the final paperwork and showed me to my car. She thanked me for having my car serviced, and asked if there was anything else she could help with. She was prompt, informative and kept me up to date. I appreciated the fact that she never tried to oversell me, which has happened at other places.Their waiting area is also very clean, which I appreciated.
Excellent service! My husband recently suffered a major stroke and is wheelchair bound. I am extremely limited in the amount of time that I can be away from home and Daniel Previlon was understanding, compassionate, and accommodating. It was a last minute decision and I urgently needed to purchase a van to accommodate my husband and his wheelchair. We did as much over the phone as we could, and then when I arrived he had the car and everything ready to go. He stayed late and so did Radhames Acosta who handled the financing. No games, ploys to get me in, etc like I experienced at another dealership (even after explaining my situation, I was still lied to at another dealership and wasted precious time). Thank you Daniel for such great service!!
I had a great service with Arthur the fiance person as far as the sales it was to much back and fourth. I was able to get the car but i felt i could have gotten a better deal. I purchased all my cars from Autonation which makes me consider going for a different brand next time i shop for car again.

We had a scheduled appointment for an oil change the Customer Service Rep that we were supposed to see wasnt there at the moment, so we got someone else who told us that a technician needed to look at the car. mind u we were only there for an oil change I told him that I wasnt interested in his technician looking at my car for anything! These people are programed to sell u parts u dont need and so forth. Mind u I keep saying we I was with my wife and if she was alone they would have told her she needed something else..well not this Guy i have worked in the auto business for over 8 years and the Buisness is generated by telling customers they need more than what they came for..so therefore when my free scheduled oil changes are up Ill go back to doing my own. If you can avoid dealerships.

I bet that Autonation headquarters dont know about, how the employees work at this location they should go to retraining....(in sense of urgency) unacceptable a person at parts dept.with no line and on the phone for over 30 min and they didnt care.... cashiers were like they are at home on their own paste..... incredible ....

Own a 2016 Honda Civic EX with less then 75K. A/C started failing, thought it was condenser as service bulletin out after class action lawsuit extended warranty. I took it to Autonation of Hollywood, FL. They checked and said compressor broke not condenser. On internet information stating on this being common. I was called and told this would be expensive and would be around $1K. I authorized repair as no other mechanic had Freon or equipment to fix this. When I returned to pick up car was told bill was $1800. I checked on internet as the average repair for this item should no be more then $1k. Dealer way too expensive, they know this is faulty and poorly designed A/C system on these cars. Taking advantage of situation.
The worst customer service @parts and cashier.Felt ignored for a whole while and then treated rudely.Ill stick to order parts online. Loosing customers one at the time, great job!
