I came here in December for bulbs. I got them without incident. However when I was leaving I said happy holidays to the cashier who then barked/yelled ITS MARRY CHRISTMAS Like seriously? Thats how you respond to a customer who is just trying to say something nice to you?Oh and last time I needed a battery recharged they refused. Mind you I came in about hour to close and asked if they could slow charge it over night. I was told the battery was no good and they would only sell me a new one. I tested it at home, I knew it would charge fine. Needless to say I didnt buy a new battery I took it to my mechanic who was happy to charge it up for me. And yes, the battery was and still is fine.

If someone says good prices theyre lying. Theyre asking $25 just for 1 headlight bulb for a Honda Civic. Thats a $10 bulb. The only thing they have going for them is theyre open late.

They seem to always have what I need in stock and if I need a tool the free rental is awesome.

They ask you questions about your vehicle including engine size model make etc and he still gave me the wrong license plate bolts. I wouldnt trust them to give me the right part Ill never be back. If you cant do something simple you cant do anything complex.

I always find what Im looking for and can even order online too. Ive never had a bad experience with Walmart stores.

Was told I would have my parts today at 6, I called at 8 and all they said was we dont have it yet, we will call you when we get it, tried calling right before 9 and got no answer. A bit on the unprofessional side without a doubt. If the parts are going to take an extra day, give a call like advanced auto and oreillys do....its that simple.

Came to get my brake light replaced yesterday. Love it because these guys help replace them!

Joe and his manager are super knowledgeable. They always ask if you need any help and will look things up in a second. They like to talk about your car and other things. Its a relaxing hometown feel there. They have virtually everything and if not, they can order it. The store is clean and well laid-out. Prices are on par with other parts stores and you can save if you shop the flyer or discounts.

When Tim and Phil are working the customer service is an excellent 1,2-punch of knowing youre getting expert advice. They are car wrenchers, so they can provide general insights on repair, rental tool usage, and parts o installation. I typically choose Autozone over the close-by competitors when I see one of their cars in the lot.

I came here last night on my way home from work for brake pads for my truck. I have replaced pads many times over the years so I was comfortable ordering a pizza and getting to work as soon as I got home figuring I could have pads done before the pizza would be there. Unfortunately a caliper plunger broke while taking the caliper and pads off and I had to sprint back to AutoZone for a new caliper. They of course had one in stock for me. I have never had to replace one before so I asked for a little advice. The two gentlemen working there went far above and beyond to explain the in and outs of replacing a caliper even reminding me that I would need to bleed the lines (something I have not done in 25 years) and sold me a cheap one many break bleed tool that without question saved me tons of time. I could not be more appreciative than I am. I got the truck back together, ran it around the block for a quick test drive of my work and was able to eat warmish pizza.Thank you AutoZone.

Went in with a concern on bad gas, the tech that helped me listened to symptoms and was able to recommend a product to correct it.

They didnt have what we needed, but the woman that waited on us was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking into.

I have been doing business with this company since the early 1990s and what I can say is they are a huge relief from action auto or overpriced carquest. In the beginning I could buy a new tie rod end for a 1981 f250 4x4 for only $2.99 and a alternator for $13.00 with a lifetime warranty. We used to buy all of our new trucks from autozone in other words but inflation no longer allows. I still like to stop by once in a while to buy a part for somebody elses vehicle (beater)but I have imported higher technology from other Tennessee people with lower miles since I can no longer afford to buy it all there with there corporate scrap metal collection wiping out what little return I got for my loyalty. I appreciate their store staffs they are very helpful over the years.

I got the windshield wipers I needed, but it felt like the staff was bothered when I came in, and when assisting in selecting my wipers, they basically insulted my choice of vehicle. Ill likely be taking my business to one of the other auto part stores on the same street.

Showed up an hour before close on 5/17, and a fat man was cleaning the door as I walked up. He sat there cleaning the door while I politely waited for him to move so I could come in. Instead, he decided this windex task was far more important and kept cleaning until he was done.As if that were not bad enough, once he finally got out of the way, I asked him If there was something I could get to cover my window which had just broke and was stuck down. He looked at me like I was the biggest idiot ever and shook his head at me. What a rude prick!Thankfully the gentleman behind the counter told me some thing I could do at home.Horrible customer service, and a general lack of caring about doing their job. I will be going to advanced auto, or riley from now on!
