Bought brake parts because of a rebate offer. Was told I could mail in, but, that is not the case. Has to be done by computer and have a reproduction of receipt which my equipment is not capable of. I specifically asked if I could mail in rebate. Had they told me the truth I might have purchased from another retailer. Counter staff should be more familiar with rebate terms so they could better inform customers. Live and learn I guess. Update, I contacted store and they assured me one way or the other I would be taken care of. I appreciate their efforts and have changed star rating to a 5. Obviously they do care about customer service.

Quick in and out. Parts Ive needed were in stock. Knowledgeable parts guys here, not the what size engine do you have types, (when you need wiper blades or a headlight bulb) that you find at Auto zone, and so many others.

I get better quality parts at Napa, the staff is more knowledgeable Ive never had to return a part because of defects or wrong part, as far as cost there competitive sometimes cheaper and if it cost a little more I know its OEM quality

Tired to bing a back a a product that had life time warentee they wouldnt even look up the number that was on it.they only looked for if it had a Napa symbol on it. Would not even search the number and said sorry cant help you.
