I came to biggby coffee on this wonderful autumn day in Holt. Little did I know, darkness was waiting. I received a 20 ounce cookie butter cold brew (with cold foam) and to my surprise, it was not stirred. Now, I’m not one to murder turtles so I didn’t ask for a straw. However, drastic measures still had to be taken for me to enjoy my drink. Yes. I’ll admit it. I made a stick into a shiv with my pocketknife as a makeshift stirrer. Honestly, it was a humbling experience. Did the barista set me up? Maybe. But I learned a valuable lesson today. Kill that turtle, get that straw.

This is a cozy little place with friendly staff. Ive never had a bad experience at this location. It always feels clean and well arranged. Food and drinks are always as ordered and any mistake that might happen is corrected and taken care of right away.

The ladies there were super nice and everything tasted great!! My only issue was that I pre-ordered online for pickup at 7:05 and I didnt walk out of Biggby until 7:25. If I pre-order its cuz I dont want to wait in line lol...other than that, its a great place! Horrible parking lot though, I busted my gas tank last time I went!

Always a favorite when I come to town. The staff are sweet and the place is clean. Social distancing and protocols are in place. Of course the coffee is the best in the country too! Sure wish we had a Bigby near me in Florida!

No self serve. So if all you want is a plain black coffee, be prepared to wait 15 mintes behind the 4 people who just ordered for an office of 6 people each before you get it.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The coffee is amazing, the staff are friendly.

They have no way of looking up your Biggby rewards info if the app is messing up, which seems to be more time than not.

Worst Coffee Ever

Nice atmosphere. Wonderful, friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, who are always in a good mood and willing to lend an ear.I come here and get the $1.99 iced coffee special with cream and flavor shots. For less than $3, I call it my discount latte, and its about the best deal in coffee right now.Turkey & Havarti on an asiago cheese bagel is my regular food order. Yum!

I went here today to grab a hot chocolate. The ladys were super nice. They had a bit of a lone so when I got to the front they discounted my drink for getting cold. Then since I had extra cash I ordered a muffin and they just gave it to me. I really appreciate your customer service here. And you deserve positive feedback. Good job girls!

This is one of my favorite locations! I adore the baristas as they are ALWAYS so polite, and are able to strike up friendly conversation even during their busiest hours, all while maintaining getting everyone their orders in a timely manner.

Glad to see that our Holt Biggby Coffee Shop is open again. Enjoy my hot chocolate 😋 with my dearest friend there. Your employees gave us great service.

Pricey, but very good

I always like going to Biggbys, and this visit was especially enjoyable. I stopped in after a long day, cold outside, and I just wanted something to warm me up. The staff were cheerful & helpful, and I enjoyed the interactions almost as much as the yummy hot chocolate.

Stopped in on my way to work like I do every Saturday. They were lined up. One person working. Her name is Stacie. I asked her how long of a wait it would be because I need to be too work in time. She wouldnt answer me and just gave me a really nasty look. I understand being short handed but its no reason to treat your customers like that. It was a simple question. I needed to know if u had time to wait because I didnt want to be late for work. Correction, Sunday morning. The 28th

The baristas are always friendly, and polite, they dont act put out by my order(which has a few mods). Never much of a wait, I just wish there was a tipping option on debit cards because I almost never have cash.

This is the BEST Biggby Coffee shop. The staff is wonderful. They are so helpful ad friendly. Everyone should go there!! The owner Will is really nice our family knows him well. It is a must go place! :}

Today a staff member named Paige (also my name so it was easy to remember) made my experience wonderful. Ive been waiting to use my bday reward for a week or so making sure I made it real special. (I dont come here often at all. I cant afford it). On my app it shows I have my bday reward and the website with my login shows I have my reward to use. When she scanned it it kept giving her errors and telling her I already used it. Even though both the app and online says I still have it. She used her daily employee drink code for me so I would still get a free drink. So SWEET! Im so happy I could come home with my free drink that Ive been waiting all year to have. I even decided to try a new drink than my hot chocolate. Theyre so nice there and make the moment right:).

Nice Bigby, dont sit in the first seat if you plan on reading or looking down as there is a fan that comes in front of a light, for a disco feel. It was a snowy day, and you get to see all the fire EMS and police go through the light.It wasnt to busy, the workers were not at all the friendliest, but did the job.

They make our drinks awesome. Its just a little disconcerting when we go there on Sunday mornings and they are understaffed. In other words someone doesnt show up for work and the person that does is my hero. Its just slower that way.

The girl didnt know how to use the register, she couldnt get the points on my card and she couldnt find her coworkers to help. She was new, and my iced caramel mocha was warm (almost hot) and tasted terrible. I didnt have the heart to tell the girl so I just left. Plus there was a line and no help for her.

Love it here ! One of the baristas working when I came in was just wonderful ! I believe her name was jay. So sweet and my drink was amazing!

Me and my hubbys date spot for a drink...we live in the neighborhood behind it and go for a walk together and finish with a nice drink. In the winter we gear up in our boots and walk up there together and get a hot chocolate..

I had to come back here to write another review. My last review was a low rating because it was a terrible experience last year but this location is under new management (Owners of Jolly/Dunkel Rd Biggby too) now with new employees, a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and great renovations done to the store. The baristas are great as well as my drink that I ordered today! Starry Skies. The new place looks great and it is a completely different feel when I walk into this Biggby compared to last one. Happy customer:)

Staff were not as engaging as they normally are. There was no small talk from the barista who prepared my drink. The drink was not as hot as it is from other shops.

Probably the fastest Bigby I have ever been in; even when they are busy there is a pretty short wait time and Ive never had my order messed up.The caramel apple cider is my absolute favorite, and Ive recently started enjoying the Chinese flower lattes with coconut milk. I still have yet to find a Bigby that makes a good chai latte though.

Its a nice place to chat with friends, but it gets loud fast in there. Sometimes when they make blended drinks, you have to pause your conversation until the barista is done. Good drinks, fast service, regrettable acoustics.

I hate to write a bad review about Biggby since I have been enjoying Biggby for 5 years and actually have worked at one not that long ago but this location (Holt) was my worst experience. :( Right when I walked up to the counter, the barista taking my order was literally eating a cup of soup at the register, didnt smile at all and looked really irritated taking my order. I ordered a simple cookie creme freeze which the other girl put too much milk in it. A lot of the stuff in there looked kind of run down and bare. The one that took my order was kind of snobby. I am giving two stars instead of one because maybe she was just having a bad day but that was just awkward going into this biggby especially since the guy behind me had the biggest smile on his face until he ordered a drink and left not smiling. Definitely not following P>E>R>C.. What a shame.:(

And always have to wait for some dork who orders a bagel and a carmel marvel latte half skim one sugar extra hot tall low fat no whip skinny mocha hold the steam blended double dutch trente back flip with splenda sprinkles...So this place reopened, finally, after a lady drove thru it. Sorry to say the service...is...extremely....slow...

Prices getting even more ridiculous. Quality great as always.
