I learned about out L&H fuel for the first time when I saw posting though Codfuel. When I called the office direct it was nice to speak to someone pleasant. We spoke for a few minutes to set everything up and sched delivery date. She explained its a family business. Truck came first thing that day and even the driver was pleasant. I was so shocked when he said Thank You for your business. That right there won we over. A small thank you goes a long way. In todays turmoil small business are hurting. I have been having L& H Fuel Oil deliver oil to my house for the last 6 years I have to say I never had an oil company in the past come out on a Holiday or a Sunday without charging me triple the fees. This company never changed the price and was at my house that day. They are loyal and family owned not a big chain! #1 in my book. Great company.

I ran out of fuel on a Sunday and my current oil provider was not able to accommodate. The nice young lady on the phone from L&H made it extremely easy to set up a same day delivery, no extra charge. Their prices are great and they are out there 7 days a week.

L&H went out of their way for me on a Sunday morning after waking up with no heat and an empty tank. They were quick to get back to me and the delivery arrived shortly after. Not only did they NOT charge me an emergency delivery fee or raise the price... their price per gallon was lower than my usual company on a normal day. I used the same company for 15 years and like to be loyal but Mike at L&H earned my business on that Sunday morning.

I must say this company has the lowest price around. Very prompt service and the ladies who set up the appointments are WONDERFUL, friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend them to families and friends.

Wonderful company. 7 degrees out and we ran out of heating oil everyone told us Tuesday if they could today is Saturday. They made it possible for 50 gallons so I wouldnt freeze to death. Highly recommend. The lady on the phone was so kind. Other companies take note!!!
