First and foremost I dont like bad service. If I come into your store and I am not greeted, asked what Im looking for, or how could you help me today Im going to feel disrespected as a consumer / buyer. Being African-American I dont receive a lot of love from the Latino community but I would at least expect them to be professional when Im in there store spending my money today was not the case. I got no service not a hello or even a glance of acknowledgement that I was inside of the store. So the items that I came for I made up my mind and I put them down and I walked out of the store. On the way out one of the cashier attempted to ask me could he help me but by then it was too late and I felt slighted and disrespected and I will not spend my money with Advanced Auto anymore from their representation at the Holyoke store I think Im all set with them. Just too many other stores that I can buy my auto parts from and feel happy as a consumer with my purchase...After Reading Reply>> i do appreciate your response and i wont rule out Advanced Auto in the future. Just not that store.

My Go To for Auto Parts. Their own brand of parts has always come through and remain a cut above the rest as far as quality goes that isn’t OEM.

What do we need when we went to AutoZone STP cleaner

You need to learn how to respect others they stole my money I spent $60 on something and I went to return it because it didn’t end up working and they only gave me a $25 gift card and I just wasted my money I wouldn’t where’s my time go to any other auto parts Napa and if you don’t know how to work then don’t work at all

They normally do not have what I am looking for, the computer said they have something and when they look it; they dont have it.

Workers have good communication skills. They speak both in English and Spanish. And are knowledgeable. Prices are high and low depending on what youre looking for.

The young lady there installed the wiper blades I bought which was a big help!

If I could give this store less than 1 star I would.. Horrible customer service bunch of people just standing around .. I will never ever go to the advanced again

Horrible experience standing there for 20 mins and no service kept getting bump and when i asked for help on a pick up item one of the staff told me well get to you when well get to you, mean while another staff member who was on break attended someone else who just walked in. The staff nevered acknowledged me to tell me theyll be with me in a few instead they kept passing me back and attendinf other customers. Never again.

AdvanceAuto parts in Holyoke mass is awesome because they go out of their way to go and get you to bye their products and they treat you like you are propriety number one and not themselves.

Very friendly

Went to get rear brake pads and was asked 3 times if I wanted front or rear. Ended up with front pads. Someone else was there complaining the pads he got were for a different year and someone called complaining about getting the wrong rotors. Staff werent sure why so many customers were in a bad mood.
