Honestly I knew these guys were legit but I got to experience it firsthand today. Kyle (manager or owner I believe) was super informative and communicated very well with me prior to my visit. I went in for a new bumper and mentioned to Kyle that I was having some issues with tires I had purchased the week before. Not only did he guide me in the right direction but he was able to fix my other issue right on the spot so I didnt have to make another appointment - I live 45 min away from the shop so this made me very happy. You can tell all of the guys are professional and produce high quality work. I plan on bringing my Jeep here for any future needs. Thanks again Endangered species!!

Kyle and his team welded a SAF-T-CAP pre-fabricated frame repair piece onto my Tacoma’s rusted frame. They did some beautiful looking work right on time and a little bit under the estimate. The estimate was a very reasonable price to begin with. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Kyle & the team are the best!! We brought our ‘04 TJ in for front end work to fix death wobble, that would just never go away. The worst! Kyle took our baby back, lived up to his word, and wouldn’t give up until he diagnosed the problem & fixed it!! My Husband & I are beyond grateful! He even fixed another relentless problem with the brakes while it was there! This Jeep is our dream realized, and we are so appreciative of the AMAZING service at Endangered Species!!

JEEPS... YA THEY KNOW THEIR JEEPS! Always looking out for their customers best interest! I trust them in all their work! I went to another to price lifts.... well lets just say they werent giving me everything I would need and Id have to go back for more, costing me even more. NOT THESE GUYS. Mike gave me everything...and I mean everything I would need, from the jack base extension to the geometry correction brackets to the shocks. He was so knowledgeable and patient with me, explained it all to me. Later they welded on reinforcements, looks as if it was done from the factory.

Everyone was very helpful, beat the price i had on a soft top and even installed it for me. i had some preventative frame work done on the jeep and the work exceeded my expectations. thanks

My first experience was great, ordered a refurbed steering box, came in the next day and they called me to let me know the part was in. They even did a quick tighten for free. Next experience was not so great..I ordered a Rancho steering stabilizer for a TJ and the part took about a week to come in, no call from them. I went to install the part and it would not fit, I looked up the part number and it was for a Cherokee (5401). I had to call out of work the next day because I did not have a vehicle and returned with the part to get the correct one. The owner said he has been installing that part on TJs for 10 years, he looked in his catalog and saw they have a new part number for TJs. He said he would order the part and it should be in the next day. I called that day and they said the part arrived, but I wouldnt be able to pick it up until saturday (which they said they are open from 9am-1pm). I arrived around 10:15am and everything was locked up, no answer on the phone. I had someone pick up the part today, so hopefully it is the correct one.After this major inconvenience they never even apoligized.

I have never been able to do business with this company because every time I have tried they are beyond rude and unprofessional. Im not sure if its because they assume Im just another one of those Jeep Girls or if its just that they have an extremely bad day every day and take it out on their customers. Whatever the reason I am no longer going to try to do business with them.
