I first heard about this place through a buddy. We were riding Fl. City and his bike broke down out on the trail. He called trail ATV from the hole he was in and Hector walked him through a few things and got him running enough to get out. (Angle sensor)2 years later I needed a gear reduction put on my Rincón. He was half the price of the dealer and and dealer also had a long wait time. He did it and found a problem that happened under his work. He took full responsibility and tore my whole motor down and made it right without asking for a single penny more than my original quote. This man could of said it was broken when he opened it and charged me for parts gaskets etc. he is as honest of a Atv mechanic as I have ever found. I do most my own work and bike runs flawless and when it doesnt and Work is beyond my capabilities he is the one I let work on my bike. Any 4x4 guys with any real built bikes in south Florida all know him well.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ATV to Hector!!!. I Took my 400 to him for a Valve adjustment, Not only did i BURN my leg with oil that was spewing out of the head of the engine after I picked it back up, Because he did not place the seals back on like he was supposed to. I called him and asked him about it and he gave me an attitude like their was no way possible that it could of happened from his work. The very next time that I took my bike out for a ride, I then got stranded as my Bike turned off and would not turn back on. Come to find out that when he did my valve adjustment he compressed one of my valves!... And Of course once again when I contacted him about it he told me Well you can bring the bike back, But one thing has nothing to do with the other... As if I was stupid. (I had already taken the bike to 2 different mechanics, Just to get another opinion, So I knew what was wrong already). ...... SAVE YOUR BIKE, I have spoken to several other Mechanics who have had to fix bikes with the same issues as Mine that have also been to Hector for a valve adjustment and or other repairs!.
