Never an issue when I bring my car, car is always done within an hour no more than that.

Went in for oil change today. Was told I need a battery cleaning for corrosion 28.00 did my self for 10.00. Was told needed new battery 169.00 mine Was under warranty from auto part store I purchased it at. Was shown battery was good. Was told need to replace engine filter I had just changed less than 3 months ago 70.00. Only thing that might have been needed was a throttle body service but it was 169.99 online said it should not have been that much. They tried to rip me off but I know enough to not let them. Please be careful when they are offering extra services.

STAY AWAY! I am giving a 2 star only because the employees were very nice. I chose a Toyota Dealership expecting to not be taken advantage of. I knew it would cost a little more and was willing to pay it, but I should have known something was up when I could not get an estimate over the phone for a specific repair. I knew the exact issue because I had already gotten an estimate of $350 from another repair facility in Jacksonville. I made the appointment to have it looked at over the phone, with no mention of a cost associated with the appointment. I was informed after I arrived that if I do not choose to have the car repaired after they were done looking at it I world be charged between $130 and $150 dollars, but if I had the item repaired there was no charge other than the cost of the repair. It took 2 hours for them to confirm that the rear bearing was indeed bad. I was sent a text with 2 different prices for the bearing, $810 for OEM part or $690 for an after market part, taxes not included. THIS IS EXTORTION. My choice was to pay them for the repair or pay the $150 and try to find someone else to fix it today for a $350 plus what I paid Toyota. I should have left. It took over 3 hours for a 45 minuet repair. I am out 6.5 hours of my life (not counting drive time) and $340 more than I needed to be. I have never had a Toyota dealership take advantage of me like this before, and the other dealerships offered free coffee, water, and snacks.

I went there for my 5,000 miles service, they only took about 15 minutes and the lady said that the oil was not changed because it was in good shake but the did the tire rotation. Also she mentioned that I had _ service which I doubt. They even forgot to put the next service sticker on the windshield.?mm?

The staff was friendly and I didnt have to wait long. However, they tried to upsell me on a cabin filter and windshield wipers. I put in a new filter less than 2 months ago and installed brand new wipers the day before I had my vehicle serviced. It makes me wonder if they actually rotated the tires and topped off the fluids. Trust is so essential in business and they obviously didnt try to earn mine.

Went in to have the wipers on my vehicle replaced. I was charged $45 and when they told me the vehicle was ready, I find out they didnt change the wipers at all and my old ones were still installed. I came to this conclusion because the wipers are sun bleached, falling apart and leaving the same streaks as they were before.

I don’t understand if you make an appointment to be made to wait three to four hours for a simple oil change. I can’t wait to change my car not to deal with this brand any longer.I’m over it and did not even accommodated me for the waiting which is the least they can do since their mechanics are slacking and just joking around. I will never go back there

Took my car in to get the battery replaced, oil change and I had a recall too. Everyone was friendly and they took me right in. Everything was taken care of in a couple of hours. Very pleased with the service. They even provided Lyft service to take me home and bring me back. Only down side was that the one Lyft driver did not speak a word of English. Caused a problem. They need to make sure they provide drivers who speak the right language. Otherwise happy with South Dafe Toyota.

Me dieron appointment para las 2:35pm, llegué a la 1:44pm sin embargo después de hora y media, pregunté por mi auto y la persona q recibió mi auto no estaba, y me dijeron q recién le iban a cambiar el o aceite, le pedí me lo devolvieran tal como estaba porque ya o tenía tiempo, me lo trajeron casi a las 4pm y q según ellos ya le habían hecho todo, tuve q pagar mas de $100 para q me lo pudiera llevar. Ni me hicieron el descuento q me prometieron por haber sacado appointment Martes después de las 2pm
