My experience at Homestead Hyundai was great from start to finish! Prior to coming to this dealership I had been to a few others and one in particular I simply walked away because the finance rep was extremely crass, pushy, and sarcastic. Needless to say Im SO glad I did because Ernesto, Andreus, and the rest of the team at Homestead Hyundai really made me glad I made that decision.The customer service and hospitality was great. Even the other salespeople that werent necessarily helping me were very nice. The environment was relaxed but still very professional. It was everything that I needed to think clearly and make the best decision concerning my purchase. Ive already told a few people about my experience and will continue to refer people. I was purchasing an Elantra at MSRP because today’s market does not allow for rebates. They do not disclose all the extra fees they charge. They engage in “bait and switch tactics” after spending almost all day negotiating, at the last minute they switched the deal and added $1000 to the purchase order, just minutes prior signing. The price was changed in the new documents provided at the last minute. Very unprofessional. Make sure to revise and calculate all the numbers yourself. The printout version they will give you does not add up. Be very aware that they will be adding more fees at the end hidden in the numbers. We left and purchased a Nissan next door.
I love this dealership. Even though some salespeople pick and choose who they want to help, Dominique and Edwin were very help, accommodating and worked with us to get the car we wanted and needed. Everyone hates the car buying process but they both made it very smooth. I am happy with the service and have been a loyal Hyundai customer for the last 10 years. This is my third car ( not by choice). These cars are safe and stylish and affordable.

Hours dont match whats advertised on map apps. Service and Parts center closes at 1800 and the timeframes for when they say parts are going to arrive vs when they actually arrive are inconsistent. The service staff are pretty friendly though.
Sales personnel must not must want to make a sale. I’ve been sitting here for 2+ hours with a 2018 trade in and not a single sales person has made a move to earn our business. We came with intentions of trading in our vehicle and financing a 2022 Tucson but since we have been ignored for 2+ hours it seems our business is not valued. Would not recommend

Brought my car into the service center because I did not know what was wrong, Manny assisted me the whole time. He let me know that theyll have to perform a diagnostic test and told me upfront that my car wasnt under Warranty so I would have to pay $130. When he called and updated me on what was wrong with the car and was able to fix it the same day. I received good customer service and was happy that he continuously let me know what was going on.
Waste of time if buying from internet. the objective is to make you show up at the dealer and try the upsale. Not sure why they sent offer and pricing when in reality cars are not available. Same excuses... oops that car was sold yesterday.

I purchased a car a month ago. My trade in is not yet paid off. I have called with no response so finally had to walk in to the dealership. Alain Poeitvin decided to try to “help” me and has done nothing but give me run around. Stated he would follow up and text me on Wed that the payoff was sent. Wed was 3 days ago and I am back at the dealership sitting here waiting for a Manager who always seems to be coming “around 1200”. This is after Mr Poeitvin tried some BS maneuver of entering the wrong financial institution in the computer to get an error to pop up so he could say that meant the payoff was sent. The fact is he doesn’t know what’s going isn’t the one who can solve the problem in the first place and will try any lie to make you leave so he can continue to do nothing. Instead of finding the person who can answer the question or helping. No follow through. No return calls. Flat out lies. It’s a shame because Hyundai as a car brand is excellent. I would expect better representation of the product by the dealership.

Took my car in for the first service oil change and tire rotation they return the car with 1 quart of oil low at the add oil mark did not bother to check my other fluids or add washer fluid that was very low the tire rotation they did not bother to check the pressure on the tires all my tires were low on air they did not bother to put any air in them never again will I go back to this dealership for service

The service center here is great, and they will let you know what you need done to your car to keep it running in good standings. Michael was a huge help to figure out my wifes brake light issue with the techs. Get there early when they open if you did not schedule an appointment for faster service like any other service center. Big workshop, organized, and well prepared with all the specialty tools needed to work on your ride.

I visited the Homestead Florida Hyundai Genesis Dealership on May 5,2021 for an oil change and vehicle recall service.After arriving at around 0830am, I found that only one service representative was there. I stood by sercice desk for about 10 minutes thinking that this was going to be a bad customer service experience. After stadying there for what it felt like a long time, I came to realize that the service agent was on what it sounded like a personal call. He ignored me and never even acknowledged my presence or told me that someone would help me at any time soon.At these time, I really felt like leaving the dealership and getting my car service done somewhere else. After gettting frustrated I decided to walk around the place and I found two laddies at the cashier window where I asked if someone could help me over the service department. One of the laddies told me to just go back to the service desk, but after explaining to her what I had just experineced, she walked me to the office of service ambassador Ms. Jacqueline. She advised her off what was going on and Ms. Jacqueline stopped what she was working on, checked in my car for service and apologized for the situation.I have to say that Ms. Jacqueline really changed the whole situation around for me from felling like I was not welcome there to felling like a valuable costumer again.Ms. Jacqueline and Service Rep. Sam helped when I returned to pickup the vehicle and went above and beyond to take care of me.

I really wish I could give it a lower score. I have been trying to reach someone for the past 5 weeks. If its not related to sales, no one will return your call. For 4 weeks I have attempting to reach someone in accounting for a refund from my Gap insurance. Finally, the operator Catherine, stated that someone in accounting confirmed that such refunds are handled by Dadeland Dodge as they are affiliated. I have been for the past week calling on a daily bases and leaving messages on voice-mails and yet a call back. I am writing this review in attempt to have the correct person to reach out to me. Is Good Customer Service Dead?!?
I’m so deeply disturbed by the treatment I’ve received from your dealership. I dropped my car off on February 5th with Manny. I got the run around for one month. I got the estimate to the dealership on the 16th, the dealership didn’t take the car to the body shop until March 1. I have repeatedly called, left messages, emailed, texted and even went to the dealership and have been ignored. My insurance agency, USAA, has called and left messages and they have not received a response from Hyundai. My service rep is Manny. He didn’t respond to any text messages or calls . The service manager,Jose, Manny mentioned he saw the car sitting outside his office for over two weeks and never followed up on what was going on with the car. I made a mistake purchase my car from this dealership. I just called twice today and no one responded. I will never buy another Hyundai. I owe $450 and counting for my rental car because my insurance company has said the time for repairs has expired. I hope that whoever reads this never purchases from your dealership. I plan to trade my car in as soon as possible. I don’t want to be seen in a Hyundai. I don’t even know what else to say.
Need improvement on the coffee service get a machine that has a water hook up,provide stirrers, also maybe have a courtesy vehicle available,give someone a job.

Me and my husband brought a car from here our salesman’s was Sean he was nice but he just wanted a sale. We went with a capital one finance loan and told him we wanted to use just that to only run our credit with them he got our information and we pick a car I told him I don’t trust car salesman’s he said we’re not like other car dealerships we don’t need sales we are a multi million dollar company after going over everything I kept telling him to only run my husband credit with capital one guess what he ran my husband credit 6 times and he never told the finance manager to only run it with capital one I was mad because he lied and my husband has all these inquiries on his credit made his credit drop 47 points. That little punk got the sell but I wouldn’t recommend him selling you a car because he said he don’t need sells and he is a liar overall homestead Hyundai is good but they need to train there salesman’s better.
My experience was amazing with my salesman Kishawn considering that I was very nervous and this was my first car I’ve ever bought from a dealership. He was very kind and greeted me when I was checking out the cars. He communicates everything very well and helps clarify any questions or concerns that I had. He was knowledgeable on the cars and knew everything about the cars which was phenomenal. The process was very smooth and I picked out the car wanted. I’m most definitely satisfied with my car and he should really be promoted if possible or rewarded in some way for having stellar Customer service skills. You don’t run into people like that on the regular basis anywhere. I would recommend the homestead Hyundai over the one in Kendall. The Kendall location lacks in customer service skills. Plus the one in homestead is brand new and I never knew it existed until I googled car dealerships and that one popped up. Hopefully someone finds this review useful and consider this place😊.

We left the service department knowing that we will never step foot in there again. We had gas leaking underneath the car and towed it to the dealership.Prior to them making any assessment on the car they flat out told me that its not covered under waranty. Which is a huge red flag since the car is sitting in their parking lot and not in the shop being reviewed by their techs, STRIKE ONEThe result was that road debris had caused damage to the gas tank and cannot be covered by warranty and the bill was $1,200 with no discount or no help.A few days later it was ready to pick up, they were kind enough to show me where the cashier was but no one mention where my car is after I paid, STRIKE TWOWe found our car and right when we started it, it was empty to the point I wasnt sure i can make it out of the lot. STRIKE THREEI went inside and spoke to the service manager JOSE SUAREZ as to how can you charge me 1200 to fix a damage gas tank and not put gas in the car. Instead he lies to my face and says he put four gallons in the tank. I had to make them take the car and put in gas before we stormed out.The worst experience i had in a dealership. Never going back and chances are trading I my Hyundai for another brand.

Took my car for a TPM sensor repair in one wheel and it turned into a bigger deal. I was at the dealer for close to 8 hours.After removing the wheel to replace the sensor they were not able to put my wheel back.To top that, the tire was damaged and I had to buy a new one that they could not mount. I had to wait until they took my rim to a tire shop to get it mounted.Thats not all... I also paid for an alignment that was not done properly.I was told that the reason my car was still pulling was because I had damage in the front end.I have asked for that report several times.Spoken to several different people who tell me that they are going to send it, but they do not.I now believe that this issue was fabricated by the service department at Homestead Hyundai and this is why after 6 phone calls requesting a copy of their findings, I still do not have the report.Might want to think twice before taking you vehicle to Homestead Hyundai.

If I could give their service department zero stars, I would. My experience with Homestead Hyundai was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealerships service dept.I dont know where to start. I booked an appt for a simple 15K servicing and clicked on the link to let them know that I would be waiting at the dealership during the servicing. They told me it would take about 90 minutes, which already seemed excessive. Despite my appt, they didnt start on the car for about an hour. Over 2.5 hours later I was still sitting there -- I guess the service guy had to go to lunch.When it was done, I was handed a service acknowledgement/receipt to sign -- only problem was it had someone elses name and car on it. Despite multiple attempts to fix that, I was repeatedly given receipts with someone else name/address on them, because we shared a last name. By the time I left the dealership I still didnt have a correct receipt to document that Id had the car serviced.During this whole saga I calmly asked to speak to someone a bit higher up the chain, but I was ignored. Honestly, I was just astounded.Its clear that once theyve sold you a car, they couldnt care less about you.
So another fabulous job performed by the service/maintenance crew at this location. They performed their tasks at a superior level. Easy to check in. I dropped my vehicle off, and my vehicle was ready for pickup in about 2 hours.There were several vehicles in front of mine, so they got to my vehicle relatively quickly. When I went to pick up my vehicle, there was an issue with misplaced paperwork. The staff rectified the problem immediately and I was not charged for the service performed on my vehicle. Accidents happen, but the way people rectify those issues truly shows the dedication of the employees present. I definitely will continue coming to this location and highly recommend for those individuals in the area that own a Hyundai to stop by as well.

There are good people but they didnt help us, i feel they didnt go beyond the ordinary to get us the loan, ive being in other dealers every 2 years like kia, and i know my credit score is not the best, and that i was upside down with my excelent outstanding trade in vehicle, but other dealers still fought for me and got me the car i wanted, this is the first time i dont get a deal in my life, and i know is bexause thia dealer didnt show much interest they just wanted more down, they even asked me foe 4000 dollars as down, ridiculous but they are good people anyway, they just need to help more, i know i would have gotten the deal if they would have try harder...but i will just go back to kia, im sure i will drive a brand new car out of that dealer tomorrow...thanks anyway for not trying hard...all i wanted was a 21000 dollar elantra, was it so hard????

My daughter purchased a car here Sept 14,2020 but they didn’t give her the correct info to the finance company. Today is Oct 8 an no one in the finance office will answer or return our calls. She spoke with the salesperson who sold her the car but she refuse to help because “ it was her day off”. Her name is Piedra De la Rosa. This company is a joke. They will quickly sell you a car but don’t want to help after the deal is done. We checked over the contact an asked about payments and they told us the company would send us something in the mail but we never got it an her first payment is due. Do not purchase a car here!!! You will not get any answers to questions if you can speak to some one.Homestead Hyundai is a joke and the worst place to buy a car. Stay away!!

I’m contacting corporate fir this issue. The sales was very pushy to me to buy this car🤔 what a coincidence he car is falling apart. Hyundai homestead... never purchase a vehicle again there!!!
