I would not gave this place no star manager do rude Ill prefer to buy something of a mannequin Louisa refuse from buying saying that she having visitors over and I cant have it not even sorry or my phone # for a rain check.. Then she followed me to the front register when I was getting ready to pay Try to over Overcharge me on a swimsuit that was used So I just left.. Staff nice manager BAD Attitude

Declined my clothes i was trying lend them. just because my pants had small “skid marks” doesn’t mean that they’re “unsanitary” 🙄

Great place to shop for second hand clothing for your children

This has never happen to me before and I feel everyone should be aware how customers are being treated by some employees at this store.An elderly lady hanging clothes was very confrontational and kept harassing for being in her aisles until I left. I felt discriminated and I dont recommend to go there until they train employees to treat all customers with respect.#Iwillspeakup

These ladies are SUPER SLOW, she started making up prices for stuff that should be less than 5 dollars. She is also said a very rude and inappropriate stuff. -1 star.

The store is always clean and organized. The employees are very nice and have a good work ethic. Cashiers are VERY nice! Always with a smile. One of my favorite places to shop for affordable, nice things.

This Store never has any good finds, I have good reason to believe the staff is stealing Donations the selection is very poor and the staff is not very friendly. I hope things get better .

90% of the store is clothing. If youre looking for just clothing this is the place for that. Small section for housewares.

Prices were high on clothes unless you could find the half price color. 1 old drinking glass is 1.00....you can get a new one at dollar store. For same price. Store is clean and has lots of clothes.

Clean and organized hopefully it stays that way. Staff very friendly. Will go again as long as it stays that way because the other Goodwill are disorganized and dirty (mop the floors)and smell bad. This one doesnt have that smell like the other ones, please dont change. Keep it up on being organized, clean and friendly

Cleanest and most organized Goodwill I have ever seen. Only drawback workers did not speak much English. And could not see prices of product clearly marked. Overall best Goodwill Ive ever seen.

Bought a speaker was told I could bringing back if it didnt work took it back and was told by supervisor minerva I could not return item given I was one day past return date some people have to work 7 days 12 hour shifts very unhappy with their lies will never buy nor donate anything to this location!!! Buyer beware!!!!!

Good I found what I was looking for

It’s one of the best Goodwills for me. But I was bummed when they moved to the new location. They were on the poor side of Homestead before. This helped a lot more people that needed a break on prices.

Biggest Goodwill Ive stepped in yet, great quality and amazing prices. Perfect place to invest in changing your style and refreshing your wardrobe.

Visito el lugar siempre q voy al Presidente pq compró los pantalones de trabajo de mi esposo esa talla no es fácil de encontrar y me gusta revisar pq te encuentras artículos con sus etiquetas, a pesar q son artículos donados y la mayoría usados, hay cosas q no debían tener ese precio, la disculpa es q son de marca, es mi criterio, pero al final ayuda sobre todo a las personas q trabajan y no pueden visitar otros sitios.

Usually I wouldnt say anything if it wasnt a big deal, but Im sick of this employee. She follows me around the store as I go through the clothes and Im not a messy shopper so I dont need to aggressively fix the hangers every time I leave a spot. Usually she does this when there are 20 other people shopping, shes an older woman, and her name is Gloria. I also know that she does this to others. #iwillspeakup

Expensive clothes. That place is made of recycled clothes. I paid 9 and 8 dollars for 2 jeans for my husband to work. They are not new or premiere. My opinion should not exceed 4 dollars.
