Covid precautions are in place here at this 7-11 in Homestead... No fountain drinks, no self serve coffee, BUT they did have coffee made and the counter person was kind enough to help me out with a cup when I thought I would have to go without...

Every day this week they have been closed well they stand around inside and talk. I have gone there at 4 a.m. everyday to get food and coffee and now apparently I have to go somewhere else because the overnight people do not wish to work or help guests. Please change the sign out front to whatever the new hours are and take down the 24/7 sign.

A very rude employee said I could not use the microwave when there is no sign stating that I cannot use it. Not only that, but there is no sign on the door mentioning the requirement of masks and she stated I must put one on. After all, she neglected service to me and didn’t let me purchase an item I wanted. She kept walking around and acting as if she didn’t see me. I’m very disappointed by this employees horrendous customer service when I was only going through my daily routine of passing by a 7-Eleven during lunchtime.

Rude cashiers yelling about a mask yet wearing theirs around the chin! They walk away from the register when the line is still 10 people deep.

The worst cashiers are at 7eleven ..one has a name betsy very rude cant sell scratch off tickets why is that? Where is the store manager or district manager..?

I went there 2 days ago and they have the alcohol locked up, you have to ask the cashier to open it, I asked a lady that works there and she pointed to the other girl who had like 10 people in line. Then after about 10 minutes waiting in line the original lady I spoke to decided she would take a customer and I was next, I told her I wanted to make a alcohol purchase but No one would help and thats going to make customers not go there. I know if Im buying alcohol it wont be there. I dont have time to spend 30 min in 7eleven.

Urine smell around the gas pumps...no hand sanitizer present..

The people there give great customer service. As far as the guy who is complaining about putting $100 as credit card for a $20 purchase of gas anytime you purchase gas from the pub it has $100 purchase hold no matter how much you pay. And as far as the Hot Dog Person sometimes you want the hot dog and it hasnt actually been turned enough on the rotisserie but you see it. Sometimes you just have to ask them to throw it in the oven. As for the wrong pump if you dont know your prom and you give the wrong pump number and someone pulls up to that pump and pumps it thats not 7-Elevens fault youre supposed to look up and see what pump youre at before you go in. They process hundreds of people an hour a day give them a break they are not paid that much and they put up with a lot of BS. Theyre just trying to make a living.

When this place opened it was awesome now with the new staff running this you could never have hot coffee it’s always some attitude given by the manager. This place NEEDS a new manager who cares about the store

I had never been treated so badly ... Today 10/19/20 at 12-1 in the afternoon there were two black women who did not serve customers and the only thing they did was walk around the whole store, eat doritos and ignore all the customers that were in the store. I was 30 minutes waiting to be able to fill the gas tank because they did not serve anyone ... This store is good but with those two women they are deteriorating the customer service HORRIBLE

My worse 7ELEVEN experience, variety food but the cashiers need more education... they do not know nothing about a good customer service

I went tonight 7/29/2020 and the cashier was not wearing a mask and yelling at a customer for not wearing a t shirt! I said wow where is your mask and he said I do what I want and coughed. True story smhYoung Latin male that I never seen before and I’m / was a regular.

Omg this is the only 7 eleven that you have to get in line ask for a cup before you purchase any drink then get back in line to pay for it why are the cups behind the counter in 7 eleven in Homestead

They yelled that they were closed when they are 24/7. Even tho door was unlocked continued to yell they were closed. Always horrible service at this location. It was 4:45am on 11/5/2020.

Got 2 large coffees, the cup holders that are used not to burn your fingers were all broken so my husband and I put an extra cup in our cup in order not to burn our hands . When we went to pay sales person Roberto said he would have to charge us for the extra cups, we explained how hot it was and that the holders were broken (all of them) and he said he couldnt do anything. So we took the extra cup out all so he can throw it in the garbage. We left with 2 burning coffees. No customer service skills whatsoever from him .

11/1/2020 2:17 pm.. Bad customer service not welcomingat all. Girl behind the counter is just sitting down had a bad attitude when i had to ask her for a cup to get a fountain drink, the guy working with her has some kinda rap music going on with curse words.. will not be going there again.

ATM scammers DO Not Use There ATM..... it took 20$ from my account never dispensed the bill! Then went to get gas and it put 100$ hold on my card for 20$ in gas these people are theifs

Customer service was questionable but good food selection and smoothies.ok gas pricing

Went in for a hotdog and some gas, hotdog was raw and the cashier put my gas on pump 12 instead of pump 2. When I went to complain about the gas the manager said it was my fault and he couldnt issue a refund. Terrible store, terrible management.
