This place is on point. I get all of my workshirts here and the service is fast. The customer service is excellent, you can call them anytime and they always answer their emails.We are a mold inspection company in Miami and this is the only company we use for our embroidering.

I ordered my daughter’s school shirts a month before school started. She needed blue and gray shirts as required by the school and this is supposedly the only provider that the school works with. You would think they would carry them.They said they did not have the shirts in blue but they could be ordered and would arrive before the beginning of the school year. I came multiple times to pick them up and was always welcomed with, they’re not here yet and a rotten attitude.I finally came again today. I figured that 2 months would be sufficient time and the lady simply says she doesn’t have them. I hear her asking in the back and the lady says, for the first time since I placed this order, “well.. I just can’t do that”. She comes back, opens the register, pulls out money, places it on the counter and says “here’s your refund”.I said to her, this is not the way you do customer service. You can’t just keep me coming back and then decide two months later that you just don’t feel like fulfilling the order and throw some money on the counter. Her response was “what do you want me to say? Sorry? I’m not the boss”Speechless

Great quality shirts, amazing prices, quick and friendly.

Small place, decent prices for what I needed. I saw a lot of school uniforms and regular polo style for sell. I wish they would be more professional. Not that they were rude, but when I walked in no one greeted me and it took a while to be acknowledge and addressed. By a while I mean well over 5 minutes, a simple hello we will be right with you will go a long way for any business.

Great prices, fast service. have gotten my work shirts there for 3 years now. They always order the exact shirts I want and also give good prices on embroidery for outside shirts.

The Cuda Art Booster (who I am a member of) used Creative Threads for the first time this year and we are very pleased. They were courteous and professional. They gave us realistic dates for when the shirts will be ready and did not make promises they couldnt keep. The quality of the graphic is great, considering it was given to them as a line drawing. They didnt charge us a set up fee because we were a school organization. They were patient when we had multiple changes to the shirt art. They were fair and honest with their quoting and pricing. CREATIVE THREADS is a class act and we will definitely be using them again!

Been dealing with them over two years. Never had a problem and the staff is courteous. I have had shirts and bookbags embroidered. Order has been ready when told. And if there is a delay I am notified which I have only had a two day delay which was fine. They did tax exempt during school tax free weekend. And exempt business tax. Love this place. Much cheaper than another place who charged triple times Creative price. Affordable.

Went to several places then saw them on Google & decided to give it a shot. I went Thurs afternoon needing 4 shirts for next day before 12 PM I showed her an idea of what I wanted & she got it on point! The lady was super sweet & said she was going to try her best I was not expecting her to be able to do it so last minute & for such a great price! I will definitely be back there again & highly recommend them!

I was highly recommended to this place after having a horrible experience at Ibileys in the Winn Dixie plaza off of Kings highway in Homestead! BY FAR, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have had an order pending for over a month. At first they did not receive my email, they were so disorganized they had opened the email and lost track of who and when it was opened! After that they had promised the order to be done on a Friday, but I did not receive a call until 6:00pm making it impossible for me to pick up the order. That Following Monday, I was there at 9:00am, only to find they had the color of the jerseys incorrect. Having absolutely no empathy for their mistake, I was sent away and told they will be done the following week by Tuesday. I gave them two extra days and called on Thursday, the order was not ready. The manager Jill told me that I will not stop a $5,000 order to make your four jerseys. She went on to say, I was already upset why would she upset another customer by delaying their order. Needless to say we will not be doing any business or recommending this business to any of our colleagues.
