Don’t go around 1:30-2:30 pm they are short of staff, only one person helping at the customer Service dept kiosk. The Manager doesn’t care to see long 10 people waiting 😤 terrible waiting time.

Under staff at the printer counter. FEDEX service is awful, I drop packages almost every day, lately my packages are not being pick up and that cause me trouble with my clients since they expect the packages next day. I need to wait in the line for a long time... last time I waited over 40 minutes to get a receipt, just to wake up the the next morning to find out my packages were left at the store when FEDEX pick up. I really suggest moving the FEDEX to the front of the store and have a dedicated team member handling all FEDEX shipments.

Waited to be services and then representative decided to multitask on my time. When complained, the floor supervisor Laura said thats how she runs her department. Asked to speak with Office Manager Brenda she said that is company policy and thats how they run the store.

I’ve come here many times and the staff is always really helpful however there is a manager called Laura and she’s exceptional I love coming here because of her customer service.

Its very sad that this store has machines that dont work manger was no help and was ready for me to leave the store the one in homestead 312

I was trying to make business cards like I did it a year ago in a store but they said only online I can do it, ok so I went to another store and they help me out, that means that they can but doesnt want to. Never again use this store for print .

I tough that I would do faster by using their services, but noooo, if you dont have a credit card you cannot do copies or fax, also I was notified at the register that FedEx dont ship to P.O.Boxes as per OfficeMax. So I couldnt do copies and after waiting in line for 20 min they tell me they dont ship. I waited 45 min total on a place that is supposed to help you with a faster service. The staff was very friendly but the service is not good.

The store is conveniently located in a busy shopping center. They have a good selection of various office supplies. The store is clean and organized. The best time to go is on a weekday after 7:00pm. They do need more workers for the checkout line. Friendly staff.

Absolute garbage this place .. Print shop here is always a Ill equipped and the hassle you on the job you want to print. NEVER HAVE WORKING MACHINES CAN never print . Transparencies are always an issue . Filled with excuses as to why they cant serve there hours are different from all the stores . Rudy the person responsible for the store have zero customer service charisma . Always have to drive to eureka or kendall office max to be serviced.

I wanted to make a simple stamp and has been 4 days of waiting in lines over and over. Service is very slow and takes at least 30 to 45 min to be helped by someone that’s going to take forever and not solve anything. Do not advertise something if you are not going to make the effort to do it.

The staff is always so willing to find exactly what you need. I’ve come with pictures of the ink, toner or drum for printers and they always find me the exact one I need. The staff always asks me if I need help. They have a great system in place with the walkie talkie ear pieces so the job gets done fast. Good job to the management for training so well.

I want to recognize Eugenia, I came in one morning to make copies and I was not having a good day. Looking back, I wasnt at my best, and I was very frustrated. I havent used a computer in a long time so I forgot some basic things in the very simple printing PDFs from my email became a challenge. Eugenia took the time to explain to me, and to show me, and with a smile help got me out of there much quicker than I wouldve been on my own. It may not sound like a lot but that morning I really needed the help and she was there to help me with a smile

I found everything I wanted and a few extra deals. Big store and always staffed with friendly people. Never long lines.

I will never be back. Waited in line for 10 min for copies only to find out you have to check in online. What? I thought that was the point of standing in line. When I mentioned it ta a manager she only chuckled. . Horrible horrible horrible.

At the old Office Max, the Services Center was fast. Since the merger, it is ridiculously slow always. Corporate profits are more important than Customer Service. There are never enough employees at the Service Center especially at peak hours. Too bad we dont have a local alternative like we used to. Calling the corporate office is a waste of time. They dont care. Extremely frustrating.

The service attention to client and follow up with the client is magnanimous.I have a been a steadfast client of this location and plan on carrying on.This store should be an example to so many others in Miami Dade.

Poor CUSTOMER service in PRINTING!They dont GREET YOU and leave you standing in line like CATTLE! We needed a big poster laminated and they were very patient and thorough with helping us and completing the task.

This is the WORST experience in any OfficeMax I have been to. Employees are rude and ignore you when you want to print, copy or fax. So then you go to the self service in desperation to get something done and the equipment came over on the Mayflower!!! The one in Florida City they closed was AWESOME and eager to assist customers. You wont find that service quality in this Homestead store!

The print shop is anything but a quick or a same day service print center. The employees are extremely slow and customer service is far from acceptable. On numerous times I have sent things to be printed and the next day they didnt have it done. I have ordered stuff to be printed and had to wait in line for a half hour after getting a confirmation email and paying for my item while an employee helps people for 20 minutes create something on the SELF SERVICE design center. I am standing in line now and called from the line to the store asking if they could send more help, the response is they are the only ones who work in that area. I ask can a manager come? The response is she is up front and cant leave that area?!?! Worst place ever and I will not do business here any more!

It is so expensive having a single page faxed to a local number( $2.14). In addition to the long line in order to have the service done. It has become my last option to fax a document. that was in Homestead store
