Update- was told to send an email about my experience. Have UET to get a response. Beyond annoyed at this point. The storage was a big deal for us 😑!DO NOT go to the Homestead location if you need questions answered. Went into the store to find a sleeper sofa. I understand Spanish but dont speak it well, but my husband speaks fluently. The sofa we wanted wasnt in the store but they had another to look at size difference. We asked if the original one we wanted had storage. She said yes. We asked what type of mattress came with it, she showed us one. We asked her what the price would be if we ordered with her in the store. Went home to decide and ended up ordering it online. First the item was almost $60 cheaper than she quoted us when we went to order it ourselves. It had no specifications in regards to storage or the mattress so we took her word for it. We order it, it gets delivered. We notice that the mattress is NOTHING like she said it would be AND there was absolutely no storage at all. At this point we couldnt get another sofa as we already threw out our old one and desperately needed the sleeper. Really wish I would have dialed the customer service rather than take the word of this sales woman!

Update : I have to mention that even tho the customer service at the store was awful ... I talked to Caridad (customer service ) and she helped me so much to resolve the issueThanks to her, I feel so much better what a great person.I bought a queen bedroom set and the day of my delivery everything looked good (I’m pregnant so I wasn’t able to look under the dresser ) the next day all the drawer of the dresser were uneven and my boyfriend checked and saw it was missing the middle piece to give the dresser supportRight away we called the selling associate and she “opened” a case ... the solution was to have a tech coming to our house (during a pandemic ) and check it out ... the day he came he didn’t know what was wrong ( we showed him and he said he updated the case... ) we was supposed to come next Friday, he didn’t show up we called the company and he was coming next Tuesday ( he didn’t ) we are really upset because now even the bed is broken and we have no solution or we are not allowed to return the bedroom set or have it exchanged it ) really frustrating

I have to say that I went in just to look only but found the furniture I was looking for but when i went to así some drink questions, Lissette Rubio answered all of them. She didnt try to sell me anything. She es awesome and honest. I tended up buying a dinning room set and a bedroom set. Prices were affordable and Lissette was amazing.

Horrible service, don’t go there! After waiting for 3 months for my furniture without having anyone call me or give me any follow up, i had to call to see what was taking so long. The lady that helped me the first time was not working there anymore so no one knew about my furniture. Finally I had someone call me back to tell me I had to wait another 2 months. I canceled my order, HORRIBLE service and follow up. It was my first and last time in Rana Furniture, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go there!

The staff made a mistake on my order and made me pay an extra delivery fee due to theyre mistake. Then they missed quoted me on my matress and I had to eat the cost. The furniture is cheap. My dresser is falling appart after just a few months in places i dont touch and my leather couches I bearly sit on are pealing. They dont have waranty on furniture and dont take returns. Dont waste your money Go to city furniture, badcock or rooms to go.

Every time i visit this store, the staff is always so courteous. The agent, Henry always remembers who I am and always remembers what i need. Two years ago we needed a mattress when my mother in law came to live with us for a month. Rana Furniture fitted us with a comfortable mattress. So comfortable, that was the style mattress I wanted in a king size. Gilberto looked up my records, found a similar if not the same style, and I tried it out. It was perfect. If I didnt ask someone I would not know that the store in Homestead is open because at that end of the lot most of the stores are closed and theres no Banner or anything outside welcoming someone into the store, saying Hey were open. Even as I walked up to the door I did not know if the store was open or not however it was. Customer service was wonderful. Worst furniture place EVERRR ! DO NOT PURCHASE from them . I paid over $2000 for bedroom set . It’s been a month and still have not received . Call customer service department and they hang up on you over & over again . No one speaks English in this place . No one can give me any information in regards to my order . I moved into a new house and have no bed because they have not delivered it yet and cannot tell me when it will be delivered . Awful experience wouldn’t wish this on anyone .

The worst customer service in delivery. The firtst delivery, they were 3 men and they damage the bedroom furniture, the walls and stairs of our house. They wanted us to stay with the damaged furniture, but we told them No. One of them said:nobody is going to see this, because it goes to the back. We returned the furniture. The second delivery they were 2 men and they did an excelent job. They knew what they were doing.

Worst customer service Ive come across. I was suppose to get my mattress delivered on dec 28. They called me 3 weeks before and told me they werent coming till jan. I told them I couldnt wait. They said they would come on the dec 29. I cut my kids Christmas vacation because they were delivering the 29th. Janet from the homestead store called that morning and told me they werent coming because were the only thing they have coming to the Keys and theyre not coming down just for that. If I wanted to I could drive to the warehouse and pick it up myself. Told me to call Joe Jarvick which was the guy in charge of sending out deliveries. Boy is that the worst person to have in that position. He told me theyre not coming for one thing in the Keys. I told him thats unacceptable. I needed the bed. He told me take it or leave it. I told him to give me the number or email to someone above him. He said there was no one above him except the CEO and he wasnt giving me that. Ive shouldve listen to all of the horror stories about this company but I thought I was getting a deal. But like they say, you get what you pay for. Great service but not likeing the styles of furnitures they have

On 05/23/18 I bought 4 barstools (item # 301379) at Rana Furniture of Homestead FL.Unfurtunately, 3 of the 4 barstools have been puntured by a metal part from inside, causing my guests and family scrapes and clothes to be torned.On 08/10/18 I recalled I had purchased a protection plan for 5 years, so I called the store to ask how I could have this problem fixed.  They asked me to send them photos of the damaged barstools and opened a case.  On 08/21/18 After not having heard from them, I called again to get an update on this case, and they ask me to send more photos, so I did.  A week later, I called for a third time and they said theyre working on the case.  After a fourth call they told me they have place a complaint to the manufacturer, but they havent get a response from them.  For the fifth time I called on 09/18/18 for an update and again, I get the same answer.  The problem with all of this is that I did not purchased these barstools from the manufacturer, but from Rana Furniture which I also bought a Protection plan expecting to be covered like the seller said: if anything happens.  For my surprise I called Customer Service today and the person I spoke to tells me that the plan I purchase only covers accidents. I am very disappointed in this issue because I have purchased in Rana Furniture before and never experienced any problem at all.  I would appreciate this problem to be solve in as soon as possible.
