It was fine I knew what I was looking for so my shopping was easy.

This is the worst pharmacy at this store ever visit from all Walgreen in the entire city. The pharmacy was the worst attention and the lady with red hair Joyce had not professional ethic in how to work in a pharmacy and she does not have any respect for customers. She was skipping me, and ignoring me and let pass everyone else, after waiting for 1 hour. She said to go and look some where else to get my vaccine done. Sometimes is necessary for them to learn how to do customer service. Medical field is for people that love what they do and have that passion for it. This Walgreens location requires a better training of their staff. Just keep in mind that our taxes and insurance are paying for this vaccines, you are not giving away anything.

If I can give this pharmacy negative stars I would. This is one of the worst pharmacies to go to. If you can stay as far away from this place as possible do so. Long wait lines, under staffed, they lose your prescription orders and worst of all every doctor that has to call in to prescribe medicine has to wait close to an hour to get through to prescribe medicine. This place needs new management and someone from corporate needs to take accountability

This Walgreens literally has the worst service, customer service, COVID 19 service, any type of service they are horrible at. You cannot go into this place and expect to receive a vaccine without making an appointment. Walgreens is wrongly informing people they can get their vaccine in their location, when you actually can’t. They will refuse to vaccinate you even if you make an appointment the day of or have all of you documentation with you, there is no walk in, no waiting, because there is no way you will receive the right information at this place.

Worst Walgreens experience ever my wife went in 10 minutes before closing time to use the restroom and as soon as she Went in a lady screamed at another lady to “close the door right now”. Worst Walgreens Ive visited. Unprofessional and negligent pharmacy staff. My covid 19 experience was awful! Please try a different store. There are so many other good Walgreens store around.

The worst I waited for 30 minutes while the young lady sat her talking to her boyfriend who was falling her around the stores and than she had an attitude and didn’t even have my photos ready… meanwhile she didn’t even know how to work the machine and than allowed people to skip me telling me my order is not ready… never again I was late to a very important event

The worst walgreens in florida 3:30 hours waiting to dispense a medication. somebody ( managenmet etc) has to do something. this is a pharmacy, not a candy store.

Had an appointment for my vaccine and spent 20 mins just trying to check in. Line never moved so I left after missing my appointment. Do not go to walgreens for your vaccine, appointments seem irrelevant.

I am really disappointed at your pharmacy staff. I don’t know if you need more staff or simply don’t do what you’re supposed to. There is NOONE answering the phone at the pharmacy!!! They pick up the phone and just say “please hold” over and over again for more that an hour until the call gets disconnected !!!! Morning afternoon or night. Doctora are calling to order Rx and left the message frustrated at last and patients call as well an d is the same story. You HAVE to organize yourselves between attending at you desk and PICKING THE PHONE!!!!!! we are talking about medications guyssss. We are allllll busy on both sides!!!!

Be prepared to wait a hood 2 hours to get anything from the pharmacy. TERRIBLE service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

More than one hour waiting in line, bad services

Drive thru pharmacy is very slow. Expect a 30 minute wait in line or longer. Staff lacks courtesy too.

Open from 7am -9pm everyday. They have a little bit of everything. Wide areas in between shelves. Plenty of parking, bright lights and quick check out. Tons of snacks, vitamins, beach day supplies. Near the turnpike.

Super clean and well lit isles. The sales person at the photo register was very polite and took my passport photo. He was patient retaking it twice and had it ready immediately.

Very clean and everyone is helpful. Ive never had a reason to complain. Ive used the pharmacy a few times and was helped quickly. Enjoy coming here.

Lazy and obnoxious Pharmacist, medication could be a life and death situation, rules are made to break.. I will take my business elsewhere. Don’t feel like dealing with rude people.. I have no time or patience.

The pharmacy staff are rude, very unpolite, extremely difficult to answer the phone and when they do they hang up quickly.They should have a mandatory customer relations course to become service oriented employees if the company wants to improve its community relations .

Every time Ive gone to the pharmacy, they exhibited poor customer service. no urgency in their work. I waited a good 15 minutes just for someone to attend me..I just got what I needed and that was it.

Takes the pharmacy staff over 20 minutes to pick up a phone call. I have been on the line and all I can get is three staff members telling me “thank you for calling walgreens,please hold”.

This place sucks they are so lazy, we went to go pay the light bill there at western union the person that was helping us was so distracted on there phone and with an attitude found out days later that the payment didnt go thru and had to return days later cuz they disconnected my light and they still didnt want to help me out and resolve the problem they caused for me they didnt even want to get on the phone and try ended up telling me we can give u your money back so I can deal with it else where... bad part about it now Im left paying late fees and still no light they said it going to take up to 4-5 hrs if not tomorrow morning and the baby is already getting frustrated because its so hot

The pharmacy has horrible customer service! Avoid! My mother is an elderly person. The pharmacist staff that works in the afternoon is extremely unprofessional. Usually gives her the wrong prescription or take forever to do her prescription and treat customers very poorly

My experience was horrible after going 3 times to the pharmacy I had to look for the prescription on paper because they did not receive it electronically and when I finally managed to leave the prescription to be prepared, it arrived after 3 hours, which was the maximum time I had to wait. and when I bequeathed it was not ready and they could no longer do it for me because they had an hour left to close and they had to talk to the doctor because they lacked instructions for the prescription. I told them that the Nicklaus Urgen Care was still open because in 3 hours they had not been able to call that my 1-year-old boy needed his medicine and the man told me no that until the next day they could not do anything🤯 In the end After all, I picked up my prescription and called Urgen Care myself and the prescription had no problem, they just didnt want to do their job.

Im not sure what to do with this place and its system but I always have problems with my information, they say they dont have my phone number or my insurance information when picking up the drugs, when I delivered the prescription they asked me for my number Social security and when I delivered the prescription at the window the cashier received my prescription and asked for my insurance to which he replied that I had two profiles and when he saw my insurance, he said that if he had the information in the system and did not enter anything on the screen to which he asked me to wait two hours for my medicine, when I return two hours later they tell me that they have two of the 3 medicines but that they cannot give me the doctors prescription because they need the paper, so they want me to look the drug that they do not have in another pharmacy without a prescription because they do not want to give me back the original ... frustrating when you are completely sore waiting for two hours for your medication and they leave you with mile s of problems to be able to obtain it.

The store is very well organized, but at the checkout always the customer service is lousy, the lady always seems to be in a bad mood and attends people reluctantly, I am not to comment but it is always the same, a pity is the walgreens more close to my home.

What can I tell my favorite pharmacy that the pharmacists pay attention if you ask to speak to the doctor quickly they will pass it to the phone 📞They tell me to pick up the medicines of the month, not all pharmacies do it with a very good team and very professional. My blessings to all 🙏
