My favorite Walgreens. I usually go for a lot of things in general and the pharmacy every month. They have always treated me well, but Yudith is the one who has helped me the most, always gives me good advice and helps everyone selflessly. She has excellent customer service.
I had an appointment to get my second dose of Moderna at 11:45 am at the pharmacy I notified the service representative that I didn’t bring my card. She stated that it was okay and that I didn’t need it. She grabbed a new card and began to start writing but then stopped. She spoke to another employee in Spanish and then came back to me and told me that I needed to get my card. I don’t live close by but because I needed to get the second dose I drove back home to go get the card. I would like to know why did I have to go back and get my card if the first dose is in the system already and they could have just looked it up to write me a new card. Did they not believe that I didn’t take the first dose or they didn’t log the first dose in the system and that’s why they needed the card. Questions that need answers! No compassion no empathy. Waste of my time and gas.
The customer service in this Walgreens was great. Karen helped me find what I needed. She was very helpful.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Walgreens, everyone is super helpful, I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the pharmacist at the front but she went above and beyond to find a Walgreens that had the antibiotic I needed (after having called 3 myself that didn’t have it) she went out of her way and found one that did and then called me back, so thankful for her help.
Customer at the pharmacy is usually okay. I wish they would call the Doctor for expired refills like they say they would.That can be a bit frustrating with these new restrictions on how long a refill is good for nowadays.
This is the best Walgreens in Homestead. Customer service here is of the best in town. Most places dismiss your requests yet they made me regain faith in stores down here. They are quick to assist in the store a they are in the pharmacy, sometimes if things take a bit we have to understand that they are dealing with medications for people and if they mess up they can potentially kill someone. Patience is also key when it comes to healthcare and medication dispensing.
Seems like this walgreens is keeping the products that is needed most for the COVID-19 to themselves!Within 20 mns of so called receiving shipments they were already out of Lysol sanitizer sprays! But they had Alcohol and had sanitizers!Its the same thing every time they so called received Lysol!
The best costumer service you will get in town, the cashiers are so Kind and nice that it feels great to go there.
This specific location needs to train their employees that work in the photo center including the manager Maria Menéndez. I ordered a photo cube and was notified to come pick it up via email. When I showed up the guy at the photo center was slow, unmotivated, and on his phone. When he finally acknowledged me he said he and I quote “I don’t know how to make a photo cube”. I requested a manager and when Maria (the manager) got there she also said that she didn’t know how to make one. To come back another day and it’d be ready. The unprofessionalism of that is unbelievable. She told me to wait even more, she told me to go back home and wait there. She told me she’d call me once they’ve figured it out. Not to mention my whole time there another customer was also experiencing an escalation because they made her wait an hour to then tell her they didn’t have what she waited an hour for. Train these employees, teach them customer service. And hire another manager because Maria Menéndez is under qualified by a lot.
Manager has horrible customer service. Rudely interrupted when I asked her a question.
Please go to the Walgreens on US1 and 288th street or any other Walgreens besides this one. They will tell you that your prescription is ready for pickup and have you wait for 30 minutes when you arrive to pick it up. Dont say its ready if its not ready. Aside from that they have you waiting on the phone forever and almost always waiting in the Drive-Thru line. They have no problem making you wait. Like you have nothing else to do.

Pharmacy staff is helpful and sincere.
It saids it closes at 12am. Lies! I was there at 11:23pm and they were already close. I checked on google the hours and it’s supposed to be open. The store hours on the door as well states 12am.
Pharmacy Drive Thru is a joke. I have been waiting in my car for 40 mins. The car in front of me pulled to the window and they helped her 10 mins after pulling in. Worst customer service experience ever in a pharmacy drive thru.

Pharmacy customer service is terrible. They are extremely show despite the fact that there are five people behind the counter and only one customer. Always put on long hold on the phone. I go to CVS or other walgreens now. A waste of time.
We dropped off only 3 disposable cameras over a week ago...OUR ONLY WEDDING PICTURES... And were told on 3 seperate occasions a certain day to come get them, moments ago my wife was told a 4th time, they werent there, and a Ms M. Mendez, when my wife said, these are so very important to us, and our only wedding photos, this is now our 4th trip up here and its been over a week, Ms. Mendez said, So, what do you expect or want me to do about it, you can just come back later, or not, but I dont really care... The condescending tone was beyond disrespectful, I was standing off to the side and heard it with my own ears, as my new wife cried leaving the store, I can only say, dont worry, we will get them one day, as long as Ms. Mendez has nothing to do with it. ... If she did ? I wouldnt count on it.We live only a mile from this store and for this individual and her attitude, we cannot bring ANY business back to this store, prescriptions or otherwise... There are way too many other places, and people who at least pretend to care rather than make sure you know they do not care, and theres nothing you can do about it... Really sad when just one employee can be so rude it leaves you feeling it must be the way the entire corporation feels... Having family in the Homestead area for nearly 75 years, I will be sure they all know and share this with everyone they know in this town as well. Xiomara is and awesome cashier,shes very patient and always has a smile on her face,I love shopping at this walgreens,they are the only one that still offers military discounts in this area and make you feel welcome when you walk in especially Xiomara
This location has the worst customer service at the pharmacy. They do not value their customers at all. They are inconsiderate. They need serious customer service training.
