I always pass by this place but never had needed to go in. It always is packed. So I needed some work on my muffler and stopped in. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable. I had many questions to explore my options. He answered all my questions made recommendations and offered me different solutions. I was in and out of the shop and completely satisfied. I didnt get the guys name unfortunately.

In and out in 30 minutes with a great price! Welds look great and exhaust sounds amazing! Will be coming back with my next vehicle.

I brought my 1997 chevy k-1500 in because it needed some exhaust work well I couldnt refuse when they told me the price for a new true dual exhaust system with new Flowmasters and Catalytic converter s with all new 02 sensors they even fixed one of the 02 sensors where the wiring harness was melted on the engine couldnt be happier with the outcome looks so much better not to mention it sounds like a completely different truck SOUNDS GREAT also runs better THANK YOU SOUTHERN MUFFLER if youre in need of exhaust work dont hesitate to take your vehicle here you wont be disappointed.

I just had an amazing phone call with Derek of Southern Mufflers. Ive had my Ford F-250 in his shop for the past 2 weeks. It wasnt running properly, and he and his guys probably spent hours trying to diagnose it. In the end, he gave me his professional opinion on what was wrong with it. He was honest and helpful, and did not charge me a dime. He said he does not believe in charging anyone for a service he cannot repair. Now thats a good ole honest business hes got at Southern Mufferls. Thank you Derek!

Went in for true dual straights on my truck was quoted $3-400 for the install if I provided the majority of the system (came as a kit). When I brought my truck in to have the system welded up they acted like they were doing me a favor. Refused to angle the exhaust tips where I wanted them almost refused to do the entire thing because I didn’t have mufflers to install. Then had to practically beg to have my o2 sensor bungs installed because “you don’t need them” lol. After all they did it in under an hour and charged me $650 to weld up half an exhaust system and never gave me back any of the hardware that came with the system and wasn’t used on the truck. Fast forward a month and every single weld on the system is leaking and one of the tips is hanging down. Will never return.

Great experience installing my exhaust tip. Walked in on a Saturday and they had no issues getting to work on my truck right away. The price was more than reasonable and they did good quality work. Very happy. The owner Derek was very polite and was vary patient answering all my questions. Great place!

I stopped in today to get a weld fixed on my 1978 dodge Magnum. My muffler hanger support weld broke. They brought my car in right away and fix the weld in minutes. When they went to start my car the starter would not engage. After a few minutes of diagnostic work between them, they figured it was the positive cable from the battery to the starter, it’s old and was not making a good connection. They put a new connector on the cable and she started right up.I asked them for the bill and they said, No Charge.This is one of those few places you hear about that the owner and employees are very honest and respectable.How many other places do you think would have done that, not many, if any.Southern Mufflers is the only place I’ll take any of my cars to if I need any kind of muffler /exhaust work done.

Took My 2005 rsx to get the tubes welded and they couldn’t work on it since it was missing the springs. They made sure to send me home safe my tying down my exhaust. Definitely coming back once I have springs. Very friendly staff!

Professional, first class service! Brought my Airstream Interstate Sprinter in to have a resonator added to the generator exhause. Within 5 minutes I had a very reasonable quote and they were able to do the work on the spot. Resonator and new chrome tailpipe were welded in and rust sealed and van was off the lift in 30 minutes. Absolutely top-notch, professional and friendly. I will return whenever I have a vehicle that needs muffler related work and I heartily recommend this shop to anyone in need of the same!!!!

Very honest shop. When in to see where the rattle was coming from, turns out it was just a heat shield. They adjusted it and didnt charge me anything. Great shop.

These guys are really, really good. EXCELLENT diesel mechanics. Derrick is super knowledgeable, fair priced, AND honest. Example: I authorized him 1 hour ($125 diesel rate) to simply troubleshoot an electrical problem that I Couldnt trace for a couple of years on my own. When we spoke of the problem, his reply was we solved it very quickly and only charged you ten bucks. I was happy to know there are still some honest and great people out there. Stopped in around 4:30 to get an estimate on a new exhaust for my truck. told them I wanted a more aggressive sound and asked about coming back Saturday. they said they could do it right then and there take about an hour and they did not disappoint. set me up with classic super 10 flowmaster. truck sounds great and they did the work in an hour as promised.

The staff is very helpful and friendly.25 July 17 went in today have had an issue with exhaust others quoted me $500 to change out entire exhaust. Soutern muffler guys looked at my vehicle and saw that i only needed a muffler that was it. Cost me $240 out the door. Saved me alot, these guys are awesome.

On a trip from Canada I was referred here to have a broken pipe with dissimilar metals repaired. Generally considered not possible to do. Not for these guys though all done in 30 minutes for $125.00. I’m sure it would have been 1000 at the dealer.

$250 for a 30 minute cut and weld after arguing with me about the difference between mufflers and resonators for 20 minutes.

Took advantage I had no knowledge of the muffler inner workings, wanted to get a noise removed which I was assured was the catalytic converter and/or the starter but once changed noise persisted, then went to on to say they said it was the starter ... they covered themselves by stating it could be either or but I was too uninformed about mechanics to notice.
