I went in to purchase a mattress that I had found on the website. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. They did not have the one I wanted in the store, but he promptly set up my order and gave me the directions to their warehouse so that I could pick it up the same day. The man who assisted me at the warehouse was polite and worked fast - I was all set in a few minutes. Im happy with the new mattress too. Good price and great service.

This place is a rip off. My brother bought a Serta box spring and mattress for me here. It cost over $1000 and its only 5 months and my mattress is caving in on the side where I sleep!! I called them and they never called me back! They never told me about the store policy of returning the mattress in the 1st 4 months if you see anything wrong with your set. I asked them if there was any kind of written warranty and they said no! We bought the mattress set in good faith but we werent treated right at all!!!

After having a recent disappointing service experience with Casper, we decided to do it the old fashioned way and visit a retail store. This review is about Mattress Firms Customer Service. I contacted them to find out why a bracket needed to install a headboard to my bedsadjustable platform has now been rescheduled for the third time. The representative (jBrandon) followed up quickly on this delay, and tried to expedite things by contacting every Matress Firm location to see if they perhaps had a bracket in stock in their store. Unfortunately, none was located. Meantime, he also tried to find another solution to get my bed and headboard connected up. We agreed that the best solution would be to wait for the third delivery attempt--this may be a supply chain problem. However it would be good to know. If no delivery happens the third time, then well try a different solution. Thank you Brandon for your persistence and good service. You do deserve a 5-star for your kind and ongoing help.

Brandon at this location was an absolute GEM! My mother had been struggling with severe back pain from a mattress that didnt suit her needs. (purchased from a different retailer.) She was stressed from not sleeping well and looking for a great deal. When we went into Mattress Firm, Brandon was not a pushy sales person, but let us shop and helped guide the process. I did a lot of research and shopped around at a few different mattress stores. I was interested in a tempur-pedic hybrid mattress for my back pain. I went into the Mattress Firm at Brookwood Village where I was greeted by their associate Brian. He was very informative. He took the time to answer all of my questions and guided me to the tempur-pedic pro adapt hybrid with adjustable base. I feel very comfortable and confident about my purchase and cant wait to receive our new mattress and base. If you are in the market for a new mattress I would highly reccomend speaking with Brian at the Mattress Firm at Brookwood Village.
