Not sure of the techs name, but she was awesome. My daughter is away at college and the WiFi is poor in her area, so she has to use her hot spot for most internet needs. The technician was able to add another line, double the hot spot and not break the bank! I really appreciate her coming to my rescue!
I had an appointment and the manager said she could not help me as she sat at the desk, because she only had two sells reps. She continued to just sit at the desk as I waited for a sales rep to assist me. I went there because it was listed online that they had the iPhone 12 Pro, however they only had the mini 12. I have been an iPhone user since the 4 and I was not pleased. Need to work on customer care.

Gina Stewart deserves more than 5 stars!! We were beyond stressed when we walked in the doors of AT&T today and she made us feel so much better by helping us get my husband a replacement phone after his was stolen when our vehicle was broken into. She was not just informative but she was genuine and made the process as easy as possible for us and kept us smiling. I even ended up upgrading my own phone while we were there. In such a wicked world we are living in these days she was a breath of fresh air and I am so glad we ended up with her for our appointment. What a wonderful employee you have there on your team!

This location has horrible service. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I placed an order online on 7/5. Received the email 7/6 @11:14am indicating my order was ready for pickup. The email gave curbside pickup instructions. I checked in and waited in my vehicle for 20 minutes. No one came out and several people were going in and leaving. I figured it would be best to just go in and get my order as it didnt appear as if anyone was going to come out to bring my order. Upon entering the security asked if we needed assistance. I advised I was there to pick up my online order. He advised it would be a 30 minute wait, really? I questioned why since the email indicated the order was ready. The phone was paid for and shouldve been in a bag. Immediately an employee said were short staff so you can wait or not. Excuse me, first of all the hispanic lady was with a customer. Horrible customer service that youd yell across the store instead of getting up to come over to speak with me. All of the back and forth she couldve gotten up and retrieved my order since she had something to say. Doesnt make sense to order online, get an email indicating your order that youve paid for is ready, check in and wait 20 minutes to be told you have to wait 30 more minutes. She indicated she couldnt control the email sent. Im pretty sure the system didnt send the email saying the order was ready a person did. She was very rude and ignorant. She definitely needs customer service training and to be written up based on her unprofessionalism.I left and reported her, canceled the order for that location and made it at the one in Orland Park- 7170 W 159th. I received an email 2 hours later saying my order was ready. This email didnt say curbside pickup. It just indicated to come in with your ID. I got there and was greeted by an employee not security. I advised I was picking up an order and gave my name. The employee went and retrieved my order asked for my ID and gave me the bag. I said is that all. He said yep, thats it. I explained to him what happened earlier. His remarks, why would you have to wait 30 minutes for an order thats ready and paid for? Exactly, that was my question. Its apparent the Homewood, IL location has staff that doesnt know how to do their jobs and clearly hasnt provided customer service training. I will never go to that location again and recommend you not to either.
The representative was very Jennifer Barajas was very kind and helpful. Her display of assistance and professionalism was that of a model employee. My recent customer experience with AT&T have not been favorable, in fact, the worst customer service Ive ever experienced since my 66 years on planet earth. Jennifer and one other employee from the loyalty team have restored my faith in AT&T. Ive been an AT&T customer for over 45 years and almost ended my long time relationship with them.
The agent who assisted me, his name was Nicholas (Nick) was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the products and displayed excellent customer service!
Customer service was FANTASTIC!! I wasnt treated like it was just a sale. Communication was genuine and not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything I wasnt interested in. She suggested the AT&T Tv and showed me all the features as if she KNEW I needed it, and I did. I walked out very happy with my purchases.

Purchasing a new phone was a breeze. However, I experienced some difficulties transferring my data from my old phone to the new one. I visited this location twice for some assistance and both times the sales rep Quad refused to help me. Both times Quad told me that the store had 50+ devices and that I needed to go home to transfer the data. I did receive assistance from LaMar at the AT&T Hyde Park location. He reset my new phone, placed both phones next to one another, and BOOM the transfer started..:.my problem was solved in 5minutes. I will not visit this location again.

Marcus was extremely helpful after a previous manager OVERCHARGED me for an entire year. He got me on the correct plan that I should’ve been on the entire time AND called loyalty to help me get credits backdated. If you got to this store ask for Marcus.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I went into this location to get my Uverse service transferred to my new home. The salesperson didnt know how to do it, and the manager Jason told him that it wasnt possible and that they had to create a new service through their new AT&T TV. Come to find out, that transferring service IS possible. They did this with the sole purpose of getting the commission dollars on a new account.Now, due to this thievery, I am now forced to move into my new home, and now have to wait over a week for them to wire and install this new service because the management is greedy. I started this process over 2 weeks ago to ensure that I would have service when I moved. When called out on his behavior,I was told that he does this all the time with customers and nobody has complained before me, and that the customer service department on the phone lied to me. The only liar here is Jason. Not once did I receive an apology. Nor have I received compensation from this store for his lack of consideration (he lied to the customer service agent and told her that he did not have access to do such a thing, which the customer service agent said was a lie).If you do shop at this store, (which I wouldnt, because theyre $$ oriented, NOT customer service oriented), I would go the extra step and ensure that they are telling the truth before you sign any paperwork by calling the 800 number. If not, you will be subjected to unnecessary credit checks, and it will delay your services. I am truly disgusted by the behavior of the management in this location. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to do business here.
I received service from Gina. She was extremely helpful and personable. She listened to what I needed and provided different options for me to choose from. I have not received customer service to this extent of excellence in a long time. I would highly recommend dealing with this rep when visiting this location!

Gina, is a good representative. I watched her assist two elderly customer. She listened to their problems with the patience of a person who understands that our elderly need more assistance then others. I wasn’t even her customer but her persistence and grace for the elderly compelled me to write this compliment. She did an awesome job!!!
Michael Diaz was very helpful in assisting us with our upgrade. His coworkers seemed disinterested in helping any customers. Michael, on the other hand, was very welcoming and attentive throughout the appointment. Micheal receives 5 stars. The store only receives 4 because of the service Michael delivered. We were stared and glared at by other associates as well as the security officer throughout our appointment. When other customers came in, the other associates were sending them away with various excuses so they wouldn’t have to service them. Associates should be aware of their behaviors when customers are present. They made us feel uncomfortable. Michael did his best to keep the experience pleasant.
Great people and service
On my first visit to the store, when I purchased the iPhone pro max, the salesperson had me on a payment plan even though i told him i wanted to pay for the phone upfront and because of failure to accurately input data into the computer I lost the first number I picked out for my new phone and had to take the one salesperson offered.
Jen is so patient and kind. She helped me set up my new phone the other day and made sure all of my things transferred over. She made great conversation and we shared stories about our children. It was heart warming and she is so genuine.
I left this store not purchasing a new phone for one of my lines due to the uncomfortableInteraction with the employee helping me, he was pushing me towards installments and not allowing me to purchased the phone outright (which was a $300 phone). I left and ended up finding out the employee had already put the phone on my installment and had cut off the phone I was currently using for that line. I got a little upset but I understand mistakes happen. My frustration started once I got to the store 30 minutes before they close and they denied my customer service, I started explaining my frustration because I had to service on my line. The employee giggles and laugh at me as I was explaining my situation. I felt like i wasn’t welcome there. Horrible horrible service and attitudes. This is the worst to see during these times, people not being kind to one another. I went in there as calm as can be and I receive a slapped of the face, now I’m stucked with a charge on my bill and no line. Thanks for stealing my money.
Went to Homewood store and had the privilege of working with sales associate Gina. Her knowledge and compassion working with my elderly mother was commendable. She is an asset to your store and brand. Can’t say enough about the experience.

I went in to pay my bill and their Rep asked for my ID/drive’s license then placed it on the table in front of him and began taking pictures of my driver license with his tablet, not scanning it put actually photographing it for later... I objected and left and notified the Homewood police... this was not done at any other store... I callled other store and asked...

When I went the AT&T store in Homewood, I was approached by a young man named Qadree and the moment I walked in he greeted me with a nice warm smile and was happy to help me with any problems or questions that I may have had. Over all good service and I left out with a smile on my face just as big as his.
I came into this store yesterday with the biggest attitude about the refurbished phones tmobile kept sending me, i was in a really bad position my phone broke and I have bad credit, somehow this at&t store worked their magic not only helping me get a new iPhone 11 but also being very patient and kind I appreciate Jen so much for helping me out ! The Worst experience ever signing up for new service that never happened. Turns out I never needed to even come to this store, and all I had to do was answer some questions to verify my identity over the phone. The stores and online department are so completely different and the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Competence is a rare bird these days! I ended up getting the matter resolved on my own.

Finally, a store full of workers who know what their doing & seem to like it too! Although I was sent off from another at&t store thats not worth mentioning that same day I was STILL able to get my technical phone issue resolved. I went to the AT&T store in Homewood, IL with my cousin and I was so impressed by the amazing service that I witnessed! When we walked in, we were greeted immediately by Qad, seated, and asked how we could be served. Qad was able to fulfill my cousins request within minutes; thoroughly explaining all of the details that followed such as the cost, what his next bill would look like, and what other options he had in order to best satisfy his needs. He also was able to answer a few questions that I had, though, I’m not currently an AT&T customer. I’m seriously considering switching after witnessing Qads amazing service! He is truly an asset to the company as a whole. 5 stars!
Terrible overall pricing . No one can explain why my bill amount varies EVERY MONTH . Misinformed by MULTIPLE agents regarding upgrade eligibility and qualifications on leasing accessories . Poor customer service IN STORE . Only supervisors seem to be knowledgeable .

I was very upset at not being able to use the kiosk for an electronic payment from my checking account. I had to either pay with cash—which I didn’t have with me at the time, or had to pay with my credit card. The customer associates present were polite and cordial, even when I complained about not being able to pay through the kiosk with an electronic checking payment.
