Genuinely one of greatest customer service experience I’ve ever had came from this Rimowa store. I had an issue with my carry-on luggage and contact online support prior, notifying that I would be traveling to Hawaii and inquired about repairs. I was contacted by the this store’s team and they anticipated my arrival to assist me. I didn’t buy anything and yet the service was so nice and professional, you’d think I just bought suitcases for my whole family (which I totally would if I could). They left me hand written thank you notes and even sent me a post card. Truly I can’t recommend Rimowa enough. (My experience was from early 2020).

Service was excellent, staff are friendly and accommodating. The only thing that i was disappointed is that they don’t have any stickers available.

Had a handle repaired in two days and was greeted by a huge smile when I picked it up. Very friendly staff.

Limited items of plating specifications were on sale. There are memories that were 900,000 in 2 sets. Some of the shops said, AK somehow an idol group producer bought it and bought it or the locals (they do not know about Yasushi Akimoto).

They will respond in Japanese. The price is a little cheaper than in Japan. Sometimes I bring an old suitcase from Japan and exchange it. The protector in the suitcase corner was dented, so when I consulted for repairs, it was said that the cost was unknown for about 3 days. I was told that in Japan it costs about 5,000 yen and I dont know how many repair days it will take.

The price of a suitcase is a little cheaper than in Japan.I met Mimura of Summers here before.
