Excellent service and friendly staff.

The lady that has been there for years (I think her name is Alethea) is awesome! You can ask her just about anything and she knows it all. She represents what customer service should be and the repair folks are top notch as well...plus my vacuum is the best vacuum I have ever owned (the extra $$ is worth it folks!) and I will continue buying from them for those reasons.

Hey folks, fake reviews, Im real, and here to tell it like it is, how in the world is somebody supposed to buy a piece of plastic, for 1200.00 dollars? I mean these things are junk its a cheap motor, in a plastic box, with a tube attached to a plastic handle? When it breaks, they try to get you to trade it in for a new one??? Its a con, just over the top, a scam, and they are belligerent, when you need something, hey its unreal, Im a working person, not a rich stay at home mom, you get the same thing with a 50 Buck vacuum, waste of money.
