Does anyone work here besides the young black man the glasses? I’ve been twice in the past two months abd he’s been the only person seemingly helping anyone everyone else is just sitting around in their phones or out of sight. Your basic cell phone store, the experience was drawn out an quite long but the employees were helpful an courteous. Did everything they could to help us get the best service deal an phone. They are of course using the social distancing measure an mask policy in place due to Covid-19.

Went to this location at a little before 11 bc I had some place to be waited around for 30 minutes and they never opened there was a guy in the parking lot who said he couldn’t open and his co workers ain’t showed up he apologized and tried to help me but how yall Spose to be open but ain’t nobody showed up but for one person?

I’ll save you time, if you’re trying to use an online promotion that you think may be slightly questionable (ex. “Does this apply to me?”) and don’t want to be harassed for it, avoid this store at all costs.I had one of the worst customer service experiences in my life at this store, and if a T-Mobile Customer Service rep hadn’t called me and gave me one of the customer service experiences my life, I would have left T-Mobile without a second thought. After walking into the store we were greeted by an older, larger man. He was initially standoffish and not very welcoming until we mentioned that we were there to buy new phones.Everything was mostly fine, until I asked about a promotion at for the new Galaxy S10. The promotion was for a new, qualifying line you’d get a large portion off of the phone. Because of the situation of adding a line for my wife from a different carrier, I wanted to see if we could count that for the S10 and then get her iPhone XS discount with her trade in. He insisted there was no way he could do that because I was an existing customer. I was there to release my number from my parents account and start a new plan, add my wife, and get new phones. Yet according to the sales rep, it wouldn’t count and the full phone price would need to be paid because my number was already with T-Mobile. He said I could get a new phone number for myself and that would allow me to do it. I was surprised at this and since switching my phone number would be an extreme inconvenience, I asked him if I left T-Mobile for another carrier, would I qualify for the discount then. He replied that I could leave but I would get the discount until after I had left for 90 days and he “couldn’t guarantee the deal would still be here” when I come back.My jaw was on the floor with this one. He then left to take a call and brought a younger representative over. The new rep told us about the same thing and was apologetic and started discussing other options, which started bringing us back out of our awful experience.During this back and forth, I received a call from a “T-Mobile Expert” named Michelle and she lived up to the title of Expert. She was just calling to release my number from my parents plan but ended up handling the situation and getting me the deal I was asking about without any issues.While I was talking to her on the phone, the gentleman I spoke to first was telling my wife at the kiosk that there was no way that the rep on the phone could get me the deal I wanted and made her feel very uncomfortable. He then came up behind me to try and get my attention to tell me the same thing and I had to plug my ear to hear the lady on the phone as he was right behind me saying, “Hey. It won’t stick after she does it. Hey. You won’t get that phone for that price.”I eventually I had enough of this, turned around to get my wife, and we walked out of the store to sit in our car in the parking lot while we spoke on the phone. While we were on the phone in our car, the same man came out to the parking lot with a tablet and proceeded to wave at my wife on her side of the car to get her attention, she opened the door and he stated, ”I can show you right here that she cannot get you that deal.” I tuned over to him, thanked him for letting us know, and closed the door for her. We left after that and the rep on the phone was able to do everything else for us from there, ending our encounter with the store.I was absolutely stunned by by this experience as I have never a bad encounter with T-Mobile prior to this. My family has been with T-Mobile for 12 years and switched from AT&T because of the price difference and great customer service by comparison. I can confidently say that if that T-Mobile Expert hadn’t called me she did, I would have changed carriers that day and most likely for good. My advice? Drive a few miles down the road to a different T-Mobile store and you’ll most likely not have the reps chasing you to your car to prove to you that you’re wrong.

I tried to go into this location to pick up a replacement device and they were flipping abd checking my phone in all locations checking for damage. They found a small scratch on phone that i and both the representative could barely see and denied my exchange. I had to call tmobile and have it resent to my house. Fat white male and girl dressed like a dude needs more training or they need to be released. Dont go to this location.

A little slow on service, store is small and lean to be the only store on a major highway right off the interstate. But the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Hit or miss, Ive had good experiences here and bad ones. There is usually always a wait no matter how many staff members or customers are there. This one is closest to us and weve had the same wait experience at other locations as well.

Went in the store on yesterday. The store manager was very rude and wouldnt let me explain my situation to her. She talked over me and I didnt like her attitude.

I asked not to have the extra monthly insurance for my phone. Just got my bill for the first month and found out she put me on the insurance after I told her not to. Now I have to pay for the first month of insurance and may have to pay a cancellation fee. Make sure to use a different T-Mobile store.
