Initially, the process of having We Mount TVs conduct our install was frustrating over miscommunication from the company about our confirmed appt. time (at no fault to the owner: Gavin Mikell). Upon reading my complaint, Gavin immediately reached out to me personally via email to resolve the matter.Not only did he refund my $49.00 deposit fee, he also hung our 70 TV above our fireplace FOR FREE, threw in a sound bar valued at $800.00, also threw in the wall mount itself, and came to my residence himself to see to the proper installation and setup of all the aforementioned equipment with his very polite and professional installer (Trent). Being a former service member (U.S.M.C.), I was impressed with how Gavin went above and beyond to resolve the issue and do right by his customers.If you are looking for a company to trust with the installation and setup of your home entertainment equipment, look no further. These guys will get it done even if Gavin has to see to it personally.

Ian stopped by our home and installed three televisions. A few of the installs were complex and needed someone with the patience and insight to ensure that it was perfect. Ian was the man! Highly recommended to all.

Excellent service. I had 3 TVs to mount. We Mount TVs was only supposed to mount 2 of them, but when Best Buy got to my house to mount the the 85” they didn’t have the right equipment. Thankfully, Allen was still here working on the other 2 setups and he stepped right up to help. So I canceled the install from Best Buy and Allen mounted that tv too. I had one little issue after he had finished the job and he came right back, even went to Home Depot to get a part and make sure everything was working perfectly. I’m sure glad that We Mount TVs was here when Best Buy showed up, because if they weren’t my 85” tv would still be sitting in the box. Instead, I’m enjoying a movie on it right now.
