I went to Autozone and Mrs.Wanda was super kind and very friendly and she installed a new battery in my car with no problem. And she was also knowledgeable about what she was doing.

I went to this place needing to change my brake build as it had just died on me. The attendants were very professional. Christina was able to quickly advise what kind I needed but she got it for me. Christina went above and beyond coming out to the parking lot and helped me switching the bulb out. A very dedicated team!

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to nick d. In the store. This guy saved the day for us, another employee accidentally put the battery cables on wrong blew our ignition fuse but nick d. came in and jumped the the fuse followed us home to make sure we got home safely. Nick is a great asset to autozone, he went far and away over and beyond his job duties, he truly wowed me, nick d. Will be the guy I go to for the parts I need in future. Nick d is proof that people still do care about their jobs. Very impressive you man. He is the kind of person I would want to work for me if owned a company. Nick d you are the man. Advance auto parts sold me the wrong part did not have the right one in stock. I called ahead if time to make sure AutoZone had it. I explained to Nick what happened at Advance. Ido not have a 2nd vehicle could not find a ride. Drove 45 minutes with no breaks just to find out they didnt have. Nick gets an attitude when I suggested he put his eyes on the part before he has someone in my case drive without breaks.

The crew at this store is amazing, everytime I go in I end up going back to them. They have been super helpful with me.

Not very helpful today. No greeting as I walked in. No offwr to help get the heavy item I needed from the top shelf till I got someone attention. No offer to assist in installing my wiper blade.

The manager ignored me (he was the only available employee at the start) as if I didnt exist or respond to any questions I had, but the other gentleman who did help me was great.

This Auto Zone is great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I bought a car battery for my Honda Accord a while back and it died. There was a three year warranty on this particular Duralast battery and it was still under warranty. I still had the reciept so they changed it out for free! No hassle and no problems. Thank you Auto Zone!

But the owner is too scared to see the problems in his store. Worst experience EVER. Your workers just cut off customers in the middle of what im saying because they assume they know what im talking about. And they refused to sell me a battery just because all cars take different batteries, like I highly doubt your employees can read minds just lost yourself a customer but thats ok, your workers should know how to wait patiently until they know what the customer needs instead of being a robot.

Today as of 2 Dec 2020 I was having trouble with a warranty exchange at another atuozone store and one of the managers couldnt find my warranty for my part. So I went to another autozone store (#1069) and Jackie Brown was able to find my warranty part and assisted me with the exchange and ensured I was taken care of. Thanks Jackie.

I recently purchased a battery from Autozone for my Chrysler 200. However it was too big to fit the battery casing in my car. I had to take it back to the hope mills store in NC. The attendent took whatever sparce information I had and researched my problem and eventually got me the correct size battery. I was so happy. William benefield went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. It was getting dark and I had to hurry home to put the new battery in my Chrysler 200. By doing the battery replacement at home I was able to save $130. Thank you William.

The staff was awesome! They took the time to help me search for a part # on my car even though he knew they did not stock it. We spent about 20 minutes researching the part and I walked away with the part #, location to purchase and the cost! Excellent customer service, the main reason. I always got here first!

Stopped to get a battery tested yesterday. They did say new battery is needed for the vehicle and they said they cant help us with that. So now we are trying to get to Walmart. The car has now been shut off and we needed a jump to get to Walmart. They said the machine to do that is not working. We asked for a jump and they declined.. seemed very uninterested in helping to begin with. Seems to me making a customer comfortable or maybe even speaking to them like you are concerned the customer may be stranded would bring us back again even if you cant help us the first time.

Came in for some oil change for my people for their car and a filter. told some asian guy what i needed and he gave it to us. then when i came home it wasnt even the right one. had to go back and get the right one. no apologies, no manners. they act like it was the customers fault when they cant even work a computer right.

This store has the attendants that are just parts sellers. Went in asking for help with an item and all they wanted to do was look up part numbers, not discuss items application. Will not go back to this store.

Experience terrible. I just took my lawnmower battery for a charge. Instead of notifying me the battery was bad, they waited 24 hours (did not call) for when my wife picked it up to tells her. I proceeded to call due to wondering why I did not receive a heads up to get all kinds of attitude. A Ms. Wanda and another female employee acted like it was the worst thing in the world that I called to inquire about my battery. Im just saying if working at Auto zone is to hard or you have no good customer service just stay home. I understand that the women who work there are old but being disgruntled is not necessary. Im a Fayetteville native and can ensure me nor my family member will spend money here again.

I went here and had asked the employees a question about a simple breather valve, and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language, then when I proceed to purchase a breather valve, oops, I bought the wrong one, well at least I can return it right.. Never ran it in the vehicle no oil on it or anything. Nope, the woman working here treated me like an idiot for buying the wrong part and told me I cant return it because it cant be resold. I will never give this auto zone by business ever again. Truth be told I will let everyone I know, know what happened and tell them not to go here as well. If you are reading this, do not go to this establishment, go to advance auto parts down the street if you need to.
