We are a military family and have had SOOO MANY bad Att experiences. This store is ABOVE AND BEYOND the best customer service and most competent Ive ever encountered. So happy they are close to my house. 🙌🙌

I’ve gone to this store for a few years now and under new management, I’ll never return. Also, this is not an ATT store it is an “Authorized retailer”. The store manager there, Lena wouldn’t even let a single mom with a disconnected phone call customer service! Very rude and clearly more concerned with pushing promos than helping current customers. She did inform me of other stores that could help me in Fayetteville and on Ramsey St. let’s hope with a disconnected phone my gps will magically work and get me there.

Extremely rude and not helpful at all, I bought a phone and screen protector online and had put it for pickup and because I did not have my drivers license they would not give it to me, literally had a picture on my phone and they would not take it, ended up telling them to cancel it and had customer service just mail it to me. I will never go to this location again, I rather drive an hour away than waste my time here again!

This place is very unprofessional. My hubs and and I both come here because it is closer to our home. An we didn’t have a problem at first about a year ago. An up until now we have had a problem. I guess they got new employees because they are rude now and very unprofessional. If you don’t like you job quite please. Or find out how to deal with the public, learn customer services please. Never go here again.

Been to this store twice in 3 months and had amazing service both times with Josh

About 2.5 weeks before Christmas, my wife and I went into this location to order 2, iPhone 12 Pros for our kids for Christmas. We spent probably 45 mins to an hour completing the transaction. We had 2, iPhone 7’s to trade in. We specifically asked if the current plan we have had to change and the answer was “No”. Phones came in the mail, trade-in phones returned via mail utilizing the shipping info provided.On the 22nd of January, we received texts telling us we MUST sign up for an eligible, unlimited, plan in order for the trade-in credits to be valid. It provided a toll-free number to AT&T to contact so, I called. Come to find out from AT&T support the texts were valid. So, in signing up for the unwanted unlimited plan (in order to get the trade-in credit, NEITHER phone had been activated! We weren’t told originally the phones required activation after receipt, and we asked. Since they hadn’t been activated (although they were functional) needed new SIM cards. I went to the AT&T on Skibo Rd and they squared the SIM cards away. A subsequent phone call to AT&T, got the unlimited plan issue fixed as well. In the past we’ve always gone to this store and haven’t had any complaints. Not sure what the deal is now but I can assure you....I’ll NEVER go back. You don’t hook me but ONE TIME! DONE!!

It was quick and the employees were very helpful

I was immediately greeted by a new employee named Datron and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I just returned from a 15 month military deployment and he got my phone up and running in no time and didnt pressure me into a more expensive plan. I was going to add my familys phones by ordering a sim card online. But now Im going to return to the store front in Hope Mills because the service is worth the drive.

Customer service was extremely friendly and personable. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting and setting up a new replacement Samsung phone.

When i went into the store to ask for assistance with my fathers AT&T phone, the employee was sitting on the floor playing with his phone and never even stood up to assist me. He seemed uninterested, didnt greet me and was not familiar with the product.

The staff was great. Lena & Josh gave me the best deals and activated my new phone within minutes, while also keeping my son occupied. Highly recommend the hope mills location.

Excellent services employees are professional and nice

There was an amazing guy there named Josh that helped my sister out. He was the king of multitasking that day. Activating phones, answering questions, entertaining children. He was professional yet entertaining.

Running to the phone store is typically a tedious task but the staff at this particular location made the process enjoyable. They took the time to highlight the current promotions but they weren’t pushy in their sales approach and acknowledged our needs. I’ve been to various at&t stores throughout the area and this one is absolutely the best around. It’s clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. They even went out of their way to help entertain our young children so we could focus on the task at hand. Thanks for the outstanding customer service, I’m sure we’ll be back!

I needed to replace my phone that was lost in an auto accident. The two guys who helped me, Joshua in particular, were fantastic. They listened to my needs and got me back in business quickly and efficiently all while having a friendly conversation. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

I had a great experience with Ryan. She was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with the issues with my device. Also Beth was very courteous to me and was willing to assist with my needs as well. I would recommend this store and will be coming back for any other needs I have.

Today I am canceling my service with AT&T because of hidden fees and poor customer service we were told when I switched from Verizon to AT&T along with my wife that we would only pay $120 a month that was not true fast forward to now we received a bill for $230 When I asked them why she either did not know why or she was lying about what we agreed on I found out that they had signed me up for things that I did not ask for nor did I even know that I was paying for in an effort to Separate myself from the big corporation and it’s hidden fees I’m switching to straight talk so I don’t have to deal with people deliberately misleading me in order to make profits straight talk is not going to sign you up for things you don’t ask for and you don’t have to deal With the unknowledgeable employees that they hire I even asked her what is my bill going to be next month her reply was I don’t know and I can’t tell you that lets you know everything you need to know about their transparency and how well their employees are trained

Nice AT&T store. They could definitely be better stocked with product but the patient and kind staff makes up for it. Jasmine was amazing and deserves a bonus.

Asked for help but was told to go look at 3 websites to get your upgrade. I needed a little one on one assistance and it appeared as if getting up and helping was just too much. Which was not the case when I started my service through them. I’ll make sure to change services ASAP instead of getting a costlier upgrade. Why go to work if your not going to help people?

Went into the store to get some information about switching service and spoke with the manager Lena. She was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. She helped me with all of my questions and concerns and I will definitely recommend her to all of my friends. Her customer service was impeccable and it’s really nice to be able to be greeted and informed with great information. I would give her 10 stars if they were available.

Ghetto employees who rather talk to you on speakerphone versus picking up the phone so someone can actually hear them. Then they get an attitude when you tell them about it. Very unprofessional. Definitely lost business today

Beth Ryan and Michelle were excellent EXCELLENT sales associates! Not only did they go above and beyond to help me and my friend purchase our new xr iphones, but they gave us the best deals, worked with us, they were very patient, professional, overall the best customer service. we got there around 5 and literally didn’t leave until 10:30 and the store closed at 8...(going above and beyond) we were offered food & drinks they made the environment comfortable for anyone that came by, they were attentive at all times and never missed a beat i 100% recommend this store

As a potential new customer I stopped by this location to get some information about an upcoming phone release and what all was going on with the new release att was offering. Honestly should not have had to attempt to come in but no one would answer the phone. Needless to say not a soul in the store and one associate when I got ther . Proceeded to ask about the upcoming phone release on friday and he had extremely limited knowledge of anythin . Not sure if it was a sales tactic or a hurry up and get me out tactic as it was a little near closing tim . I recieved slot more information from your store at cross creek mall. Needless to say I wont be going back to the hope mills store as I was not impressed. I completely understand the whole comission based scenario however not a good way to secure a new potential customer .update: 3/15/20 still havent back to that store and probably wont. For the ones who have recieved good customer service from them I am happy for you and glad that store did provide good service to you. For me it was not so much. AT&T did end up getting me as a new customer on 3/6/20 but it wasnt there. As far as them connecting with me from the owners response about my initial. They never reached back out to me which is no biggie. Im not stressing it and there will be no need for it anymore. Again, Im happy they did good to the ones that said that store was good to them. I hate that I wont be going back there as it is definitely closer to me then the other stores but, it is what it is. Carry on

Ive used a particular tech person by the name of Nicholas here many times.He is ALWAYS super helpful. Ive only interacted with one other tech and she was pleasant and helpful too, but ask for Nicholas if you can!

I went into the store with my 2 kids to get an ipad and new phone. Brandon was very helpful and patient with us. He told me about all the packages, deals that were available with my plan and I walked out very happy. I can not stand going to the Skibo Rd store, I always come to Hope Mills and I will continue doing so.

I went inside At&t on March 13 to return a phone that I had bought on March 1 and the Manager (Lena) refused to return all the accessories, even though it was within ATT 14 day return policy (bought the phone March 1, returned March 13). She had a nasty attitude and was Very Very rude and disrespectful. Her excused was she could not resell the Screen protector that they put on my phone. I called ATT and they said that’s a lie, she needs to return my money. And Ms. Lena still refused to return the Accessory. Ridiculous. I will not return and will most definitely discourage friends and family in the Hope Mills area not to go there.
