I purchased a phone from them i paid 150 dollars for the phoneOn 2/8/21 from sale person Esme. She didnt transfer any my information from my old. So on 2/9/21 after 3 failed attempt on my on i brought it back to the store... The manger is a Rude, and Unprofessional and as of 2/10/21 my phone still isnt transferred!!! Imma get a full refund

Well, i am so happy with metro. No more boost. Internet speed is much faster and network is better. I don’t know why i was with boost so long. The store was clean and nice. Their customer service was really good too.
I was tired of loosing signal with boost service. So i was checking few places. I am so satisfied with metro and this location people were very helpful. I am very indecisive and i had to ask thousands questions before i device to switch. The lady was very patient and she really knows about phone and service. Thank you. Worst experience ever with a cell phone company. The young lady at the store was so rude to me it actually made me change my cell phone company over to boost. I purchased a phone from them that stopped working they determined it was manufacture defect. The young lady at the store gave me such a hard time before I can get the phone so I switched over to boost. When I went back to retrieve my phone that was supposed to be the replacement that I purchased the original phone they would not give me the replacement phone. I was told because I was no longer a customer with MetroPCS they would not give me the replacement phone. Now mind you I purchased this phone from MetroPCS originally so the replacement phone belong to me. Now I tell everyone I know thats with MetroPCS to switch over to boost I get better service my internet runs better my emails run faster I was having all these problems with MetroPCS. I tried getting the number for the corporate office no one seem to have this number only a PO Box so there was no one to actually talk to about this young lady at the MetroPCS @Hope Mills North Carolina on Main Street
Worst experience ever!!! Spent almost $200 adding a line. Baught the Motorola, its burning up and screen going red. I brought back since it had only been two days. Which falls in the 7day replacement policy. Well because I switch my phone numbers from same account both my phones I can get it replaced. I called Motorola they are willing to replace the phone but metro will not.
She very very nice and polite . she knew her job very very well. Very patience and informative for what I wanted and needed. The whole experience was warm and very comfortable and I will recommend people to come and visit .
Just tried to set up my friends voicemail. The little girl at the counter was very rude. Not friendly at all. Its first thing in the morning why is your facial expression not welcoming. Not cool at all. Then she allowed us to leave without solving or at least trying to solve the issue. Very very very unprofessionally Metro PCS. Go to the store on Legion Road. They are much more helpful and friendly. #MakeBetterChoices
Went here to buy a phone customer service was phenomenal! Answered every question I had, and made sure I picked a phone I was satisfied with! If I ever need another phone I know where Ill be returning to!

Since the day i switched to metro they have lied to me and have been making me pay more money than i should have been. When i asked for them to take off the add on features they put on without my permission, they didnt. Also customer service seems like the least of their worries.
