Love this place t-shirts, jeans,and under garments great prices and its like a treasure chest of other great items at great prices

I do have to say Roses is pretty affordable but today the customer service/cashier was extremely slow. My kids and I weren’t greeted when we brought our things up to pay. The young lady barely moved to ring up our things and would pause in between ringing our items. She looked around the store which barely had any customers and not once acknowledging that we were there. When she handed me my receipt she did say in a low voice “have a good one.” On a lighter note, found some new beddings for my kid. :)

This is one of the best Roses I have been to. Along with household items and some packaged food goods, they have a nice selection of furniture and large area rugs to choose from. They also have a section for outdoor items and some small appliances. The prices are a steal, and the customer service was great also.

Good place to shop for clothes but looks like they need a restock. A lot of the same stuff still around and they are short on their solid color t-shirts. Overall this is not a bad place, a good place to buy reasonable priced items.

This is a great store. They have a little bit of everything. My only complaint is that they usually only have one cashier so be ready to wait .

Went due to visitors from out of state forgetting to pack shirts. Found plenty. Interesting selection.

I really dislike giving negative reviews...but...this Roses is horrible. There is almost always a long, slow moving line, no matter when you go (I try to go fairly early to avoid crowds). The stars are only for the decent bargains you can find, esp on cleaning products, household items and childrens clothes. Ill be making the trip to the one across town or just not shopping Roses at all because its just ghetto af.

ROSES IS A GREAT STORE OVERALL BUT I WONT B GOING BACK TO THE WESTWOOD SHOPPING CENTER LOCATION. THEY HAVE POOR POOR MANAGEMENT AND I CANT STRESS THAT ENOUGH!!!!!!! I USED TO WORK AT THIS SAME ROSES WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL. THE CUSTOMER WAS ALWAYS RIGHT BACK IN 198OS. THEY ARE THE SAME ROSES THEY USED TO B.THEY DO NOT HONOR THE PRICES OF THE AN ITEM THATS ON SALE EVEN IF THE STORE PUTS THE WRONG ITEMS WITH AND UNDER THE SALE SIGNS WITH THE SALE ITEMS. IM REALLY REFERRING TO THE 5,000 BTU TCL AND ARTIC KING WINDOW ACS THEY HAD ON SALE FOR $109.00 ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO OR LESS. THEY HAD 3 DIFFERENT AC UNITS ON THE SAME PALLET AND UNDER THE $109.00 SALE PRICE. THE SIGN DID NOT SAY THE AC UNITS WERE $109.00 AND UP. THE LADY DIDNT CHANGE THE SIGN TO SAY THAT THE AC UNITS WERE $109.00 AND UP UNTIL WE ASKED HER ABOUT THE AC UNITS. SHE WAS THE GIRL WITH THE RED HAIR WITH THE ATTITUDE!!!! SHE KNOWS SHE DONE WRONG!!!! ILL B GETTING IN TOUCH WITH CORPORATE OFFICE AND DISTRICT MANAGERS ON THIS!!!!

Staff was very disrespectful and Brandon that they claim work there but does not work there told me a price and told me to go to register and inform them and when this information had to be checked Brandon whom was wearing a rose shirt with name tag on does not work there and he did not tell me about the price. Even when in three different places the same item was there with the same sign. The manager Angle said because customers always take items and place them in wrong places so know it my fault all these items in three different places for the same price and the customer is not right even when it is listed.They where very disrespectful and nasty and lied on me even when we went down all the Isles and what I was saying as a customer was true, due to this I will definitely contact corporate.

Nice prices however today the young lady at the register named Tatiyanna was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. She was apparently upset that everyone was coming to her line to checkout and yelled register 4 is open too. I spoke to her when it was my turn she didn’t respond, gave me my things also didn’t respond again when I told her to have a good day. Maybe quit if you hate your job that much!

They have great deals, unique find and friendly staff. Love the Christian T shirts and night gowns, but they have humorous stuff that is just plain cool. Christmas stuff is quickly appearing...and it will disappear too, so buy and dont wait!

They had a handicapped chair, but it was not charged so I couldnt shop. And they still plug it up.

I went here the other day to pick up a cheap microwave stand. I found a great one. Ended up with a few extra things while I was there and still managed to keep my spending down. After all the bottom line is getting the best deal for your buck. Fyi store is always a little ragged here but the people who work there are friendly and helpful

If youve ever been to Roses you know what thats like, but I had excellent customer service.

Reasonably priced household items have bought furniture that withstood the test of time. Makeup, clothes, bathroom accessories etc.

Never had problem before... but I guess you learn with experience. Always inspect what are you buying when it comes to bigger stuff like TV or patio sets...

I did find some nice little dresses. Nice prices on many things. However the store is dirty. Dressing room was very dirty.

I love Roses. They have a huge selection of items that are reasonably priced. I bought Christmas presents such as boxed candy, socks, Jeans and pjs. I will return again.

I promise. Everytime you go in you will buy something. One of those places you never window shop or price check. Im talking Tape decks, CD players, Tapes, CDs. $2 shirts. $8 - $14 sneakers. Groceries, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, furniture. Man they dont play up in there. 5 stars out of 5 for me.

It stinks in there. Some of that stuff looks like its been sitting on the shelf forever. The employees always got an attitude.I heard one employee talk about another employee. They were saying how stupid they were. They always looking at you like you come in there to steal that cheap looking mess in there. I ask them for their help in finding something look at me like Im crazy. Its their job to help you. If they dont want to work there need to find another job.

My mother bought a pair of clogs that caused discoloration in her toe that lasted for months. When we went to the store to speak to a manager, he/she told one of the underlings to tell my mom that she couldnt speak to one. The quality of the staff is just as poor as the crap they sell.
