I have used this storage unit for 3 years total and they are my favorite. So welcoming and always try to help when they can. Honestly I would not use any other storage unit. The manager is great and so is the other employee. The only down fall is when the price goes up every 6 months or so, but still worth it because of the customer service.

I can only address the U-Haul portion...Nick was awesome to work with. I would rent from them again 😊

Nick is GREAT! Called him and explained that I travel for work and that my wife and I needed to store our 40ft fifth wheel camper, a ¾ton truck and an18ft enclosed trailer, we were coming from FL on our way to NY. He got us in with little to no heads up and gave us a great deal, worked with me from start to finish, made it a very easy and seamless process. Would definitely recommend 👌

This place doesnt play around. My individual storage locations are both wired to an alarm system that is monitored. They are clean and dry. I have the utmost confidence in keeping my sensitive and critical items stored there. There hasnt been a speck of trash in sight. Nick takes a lot of pride in representing the brand in the best way. Ive looked at other locations and this one cant be beat.

Best storage unit I have rented in over 30yrs moving around with the military. They keep the place clean and the units in working order. The Staff is helpful. I would highly recommend this location. It is a little out if the way, but it is easy to get to and plenty of room to get your stuff to n and out with little hassel.

What an amazing crew at this facility. They go above and beyond in customer service, which is hard to find these days. The facility is great, response time is great. Using the facility for RV storage and the accommodations are perfect. If you are looking for safe and secure storage in this area, look no further!

DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROME THIS PLACE OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER. THE UP CHARGED ME ON EVERYTHING AND MY BILL WENT A 29.00 RENTAL TO 198 DOLLARS FORM ONE END OF HOPE MILLS ROAD TO THE OTHER.

I have been using this facility for over 3 years. It is very safe and very clean. The staff ensures all of its tenants are taken care of and they are always on site to provide any assistance if needed. The facility has 2 gates that are coded, a lot of space between aisles for easy accessibility to units, large spaces for vehicle and recreational vehicle parking, and cameras throughout the facility. I would recommend this over any other facility in the area.

( Updated 05/25/19) Easy and convenient location. Great facility! Very clean and well kept. I was able to secure a great move in special on a climate controlled, 10×10 unit with easy access. Very Secure lot. Property Manager Nick Fitzgerald provided excellent customer service/direction(s). Nick went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with My options. I am very happy and pleased with the service He provided. Be sure to ask for Nick! .... 03/21 Stopped in to say Thank You to Nick during a second visit to this faculty. Upon greeting Nick I was instantly and rudely accused of entering the property incorrectly at My previous visit. Without allowing Me to explain what happened he stated that He didnt want to hear anything I had to say. (On a previous occasion I called Nick after My work hours and asked if it were possible to enter at that time (I believe 10:00pm) trying to save an additional days rental on a moving van. I said I understood the policy and was making a request Understanding the probable No. I didnt hear back, which was cool, and I paid the fees... didnt know it that was the trigger) Id Intented to store My personals while looking for a home. But that All abruptly changed when (after I explained His Mishandling Me and what actually happened, which he confirmed to Me-camera?) I requested My rental contract closed and My unit vacated. Within 10-15 minutes I was able to load and remove My things. Nick hurriedly checked My unit and was somewhat surprised that I had waited at the exit gate for his return to bid him well. Dont really know what more to say from here. (05/25/19) I received a full refund from Storage Kings Corporate office. After speaking with the acting District Manager, He was very apologetic and after some internal investigation arranged My refund. I am grateful for his kindness/decision.

My experience here was superb. This place is top notch and clean. The customer service provided by Nick is second to none. I have and will continue to use this facility for all of my storage needs for years to come. I suggest that you go see Nick for any storage situation and let him help you.

Nick Fitzgerald is one of the nicest, informative and helpful person that Ive ever dealt with. This is my 2nd time renting a unit and or RV spot and his customer service skills are second to none. Weve had both a storage unit & an RV pad rented there for about 4 years. The on site manager, Nick, takes personal interest in the customers and excellent care of the facility. It is across highway 301 from Camping World so makes access to both facilities extremely easy.
