Would not loan tools to me even though their window has a sticker saying free tool loan service. An hour later, manager heard about my problem and said, why dont we lend him a pipe wrench?

Having someone who is knowledgeable and willing to help is a great thing especially when you are several hours from home. I was heading home on a 13 hour road trip in a heavy rain storm when my drivers side wiper broke. I looked on my GPS and Autozone popped up close to me. I am grateful they were open during this pandemic. Bev knew exactly which part I needed and even installed it for me. Incredible customer service even during a pandemic.............THANK YOU BEV AND THANK YOU AUTOZONE !!!

Better have them test your battery before you leave. 1st one was dead and second only had 26%. And was two years old sitting on shelf. Will not be back...

I wasnt in there long before someone was there to help. Bev stayed with me as long as I needed. I had a peculiar problem but she helped me brainstorm a solution. They didnt have the one part I needed but she was willing to order it or have it come from another store. I was pressed for time though so she called down the street to another auto parts store to see if it was in stock. She helped me fix my problem. The store was clean and well put together. Very friendly staff!
