Nobody is willing to help or they dont know what they are doing

They does such a great job on my vehicle. Walmart is the only place for my car needs now

This place has the potential to be a 5-star place, at least for me, except for the fact that Walmart seems to keep the place consistently understaffed. I say this because nearly every time I have stopped by the Auto Center, there has been one person writing the tickets, one person in the bay, and one person inside to run the register and help customers. And this is generally on the weekends, the busiest part of Walmarts week.Other than the lack of associates, the people there generally know what they are doing, and they are friendly enough to make up for the fact they are likely overworked.

Got new tires and my service was pretty good. The price is always great.

I recently purchase a set of tires from here,walmart tires are suppose to be in mint condition.i only paid $450.00s plus tax.but the next day I had a flat tire,I immediately took the car back to walmart and conplained.they fixed the tire and told me that I had ran over a piece of glass.it startled me to happen so fast.most recently tires all across the United States particularly sears and walmart.made the news for the sales if OUT DATED TIRES.so buyer beware if anyone that you buy tires from,look at the date on the tires because they look new,does not mean that they are new.but they are cheap ford wanted $700.00s plus tax for the exact same tires..

Im more angry as the time keeps coming! My kids are visiting in Ar. and this is the closest Walmart to them. Ive had to make 3 online purchases, EACH time I pay for the item I select In Store Pick-Up and it says the store has it. So, I make my purchase. Then I get a email telling me they dont have it!! 3Xs now!!! I dont recommend this Walmart on N.Hervey in Hope Ar. The management is great for all their apologizing but thats it. This last order was a lawn mower, The manager said they show that theres 5 in the store, He goes and checks and says theirs NONE. BS. This is just UNBELIEVABLE!

Messed up my back up cam changing a bulb. Didnt tighten my lug nut when patching my tire.

The girl tabitha is the one who I recommend to cut ur hair she knows how.. And does the best job you get your moneys worth...

Had to get tires for My Main ride

All it took was a grumpy staff to make me hate this location. Just one staff member greeted us. Cashier awful and Carr guy ran us out of his way. WOW!!!!!!
