Taylor, Colton and Seth were truly a blessing to my husband and I. Our car broke down and we were stranded 7 hours from home. They picked us up from the hotel and when they determined that our engine was gone, they took our car as a trade and helped get us into a really nice vehicle. We are extremely grateful!

The drive to get the vehicle was longer than the process to buy, and I didnt mine the 3.5 hour drive. Everything was set up over the phone so all I had to do was drive in, check out the vehicle, and then sign the papers. The whole process took less than 2 hours from first contact to completing the sale. This time is for communication and signing paperwork. Jasmin and Jason were fantastic through the whole process. I have purchased several vehicles from here. A couple weeks ago I traded my Acadia which I had several thousand in equity. I put come down towards my new purchase and was getting $6.000 back. The deal (which was made by Kyle and Jason) which was when my new truck was registered and had the tags available to pick up at the dealership the check would also be ready. It was supposed to have been ready two weeks ago, twice last week, yesterday and then today. When I called to check on I was then told they had my tags and registration but couldn’t cut my check. Now I was told by Karen the title clerk they had to wait on the title from my Acadia. That they no longer have. Long story short they DO NOT stand behind what they tell their customers.

I love my new car. I have purchased many vehicles through the years and this was the easiest purchase and best experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They were friendly and supportive to my driving needs and kept me in my budget. When I left with my new 2021 Chevy Malibu I had a better interest rate and affordable payment.

I was passing through Hope, AR on a road trip and had a sudden issue with my brakes on my Lexus on 3/12/2021. Hope Auto Chevy Buick GMC was the only place in Hope that was able to help me on a Friday afternoon. I was concerned about being stranded. The staff was great and did very well at helping me. We love our Truck. The only reason that Im giving two stars is because our truck came with the gooseneck trailer package. They told us the gooseneck ball was in the package under the seat. When we needed it, it wasnt there and now I find out you have to buy it. Just be honest up front. Still like the deal I got on my truck, this just irritated me.

I live over 900 miles from Hope, AR, but found the car I was looking for at a great price at Hope Auto. I worked with Mike Benson - best salesman I have ever dealt with. They had the paperwork and car ready to go when I got there, and gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I was in and out the door in half an hour.Everyone I encountered was courteous and as helpful as they could be. It might sound crazy to drive 900+ miles for a car, but it was worth it.

This business has harassed me for over 3 months. Ive begged them to stop. i have called, left messages, replied to emails, that i had bought a car and have no need of another. even threatened to report them to the bbb... they wont stop. i have screenshots of 3 full pages of calls they made to me, at least 2 a week...

I had a great experience at hope auto today, I went in thinking that I probably wouldn’t get approved for anything because I’ve been turned down in the past by other car lots but I wanted to give it a try anyway and I’m glad that I did. When I went inside the staffs were very friendly, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Candy Lee helped me get approved for a 2016 Chevy Malibu priced at 13k with 58kmiles for $310 a month with a $1,000 down payment. I also had my 2 daughters with me and the staffs were so good with them while I did paperwork for my vehicle, they also offered us snacks and drinks. I 100% recommend Hope Auto, this has been the best experience I’ve had in a long time thank you much.

Just another car dealership who aim is to sell a vehicle with high monthly note plus insurance, to a person who really cant afford it. They get your signature and thats the start of a deal gone wrong. Instead of offering low monthly payments over a longer period of time to help the buyer to maintain on time payments and insurance cost. They offer high monthly note with a short period of time to pay off the vehicle. Months later here come the repo man towing your vehicle cause you cant keep up that high monthly note. Then they resell the vehicle and your on the hook for rest of the cost of a vehicle they sold to someone else. Now your credit is destroyed.

After negotiating with Sales and Finance on a Friday for the purchase of a vehicle that we found online that fit our price point, we were not able to get there before they closed. We asked the finance person if we needed to put a deposit down to hold the car. The answer was “no, no ones looking at it, you should be fine”. We called back Saturday morning to confirm the vehicle was there and let them know we were coming to get it and offered again to pay a deposit and were told it wasn’t necessary the car is still there. We called again when we were 1 hour away and to get the vehicle ready. We drove 107 miles from Shreveport, LA to get it. When we arrived at the dealership at 1:00, we were informed that one of the other dealerships in Little Rock came to pick it up because they sold it! We were told that they couldn’t hold it because they didn’t have a deposit. (Remember, we offered to put down a deposit twice, but we’re told it wasn’t necessary). The salesperson and the finance person knew we were on our way but no one intervened or even called us to tell us it what happened. The manager offered to reimburse me for my gas? Definitely will not deal or recommend this dealership to anyone.

I highly recommend Hope Auto Company Chevrolet. I purchased a car from Larry about a couple of weeks ago. He listened to my needs and went out of his way to find a vehicle that met those needs. The manager here hung up on me while I was making a complaint. My overall experience with a sales associate left me humiliated I called to tell the manager, he hung up on me halfway or 5 minutes in. I began to tear up and he didnt want to hear my experience just what word was so offensive. If you do not know these people personally I would encourage you to make the effort and go somewhere more professional.

I visited this place due to a bank apparently telling them I was prequalified for a loan and their salesman called me, I came down to basically get treated like a bum because theres no way to really verify my income due to being an independent contractor and without my approval these people hit up like a dozen banks in my name now I have 9 hard inquiries on my credit.

I really dont even wanna give a rating. Ive never dealt with a dealership that didnt accommodate their customers. They want the service from people but cant even accommodate them and lie about the time limit. Then they give you this old lam ass reason about they dont do rentals. Because of two vehicles that got totally. Really... thats why you guys have insurance so If someone destroys one its covered. Smdh...I lost money behind this company. If you dont have to get your vechice fix here dont and as for recommendation NO I wouldnt recommend them to anybody. Run away as fast as you can. My Daughter bought a Mustang with a salvage title, and yes I know salvage title vehicles are as-is. However, the car was bought based on the carfax which showed it was totaled due to non-collision damage and there were no mention of the airbags ever being deployed. Fast forward 6 months later and when we attempted to have the airbags replaced via recall, it was discovered that though the airbags were present, the device that deploys them was missing (clockspring) and that the control modules and sensors would have to be replaced as well due to the airbags have been deployed at some point. When I called Hope auto to discuss this ($1300 to get the airbags working again) they were rude and completely uninteresting in standing behind what they sell (in this case a death trap to a 19 year old), and I ended up hanging up on them as they are worthless after the sale. Ill add that we let them do an oil change once on the car after it was bought (They stated a system check showed everything was fine....lies) and they cross threaded the drain plug so on the subsequent oil change the plug was difficult to remove and had to be replaced. That pretty much show the competency of the service department...if they cant do an oil change right then they probably cant do anything else right either! Incompetent liars that sell lemons and deathtraps....stay away!
