This store does not inform you they are putting a protective screen on your phone. You pay for it and leave and a few days later it cracks. The representative also kept all the pin numbers I needed to register my screen protector. So when I called to get a new screen protector from the company it was like I never bought one. Stopped at the Arkadelphia store and asked what I could do. That store took great care of me. Will probably use them from now on seeing as they are more cognitive of the policies.

I am an older person not particularly technologically advanced. And I needed help with a Uber app. The young lady behind the desk I cant remember her name wish I could. Was more than helpful. And got me straightened out so I am now a great customer of uber. Could not ask for better help.

Pickle was very knowledgeable about the products and plans, and helped get us the most bang for our buck! I recommend seeing her or Mr. Glen!!

Awesome customer service! Came in with a question and walked out with a great deal on a new phone and multiple accessories for a great price! From the moment I walked in everyone greeted and was beyond helpful! Janessa was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was very knowledgeable with all the different types of phones and also promotions going on at the moment! My phone had crashed and completely stopped working and I had options to get a new phone or send in for a replacement. And Janessa walked me through each option thoroughly so I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I would highly recommend using this location and will continue to do so myself for future needs!

I went in and bought 2 iPhone 12 pro max’ and an iPad. They charged me a “set up” of $35 per phone and for the iPad which the didn’t even check to see if it worked(it didn’t). Save yourself some money and go to Texarkana. They have everything hope has, including great workers, but don’t try to rob you. Oh yeah, they said they would refund the $35 set up fee for the iPad, but didn’t!

If you want to be scammed this is the place! An illegal scheme operated by a non-Verizon store. Manipulators and con-artist.

Cellular Sales is a wonderful retailer for Verizon - by far my favorite. They will help you set up your phone and put on your accessories for you - Ive always had a great buying experience because the reps always give you multiple options and dont try to force you into anything. If you visit this location ask for Janessa she is super helpful. If shes not there though all of the representatives are amazing and very helpful and educated.

I am always happy to go into the Hope store now that there is new management. The store is clean and everyone is so helpful. I never get told to do something on my own or told to do it in my app. Even if its something that is done in my app they walk me through it. I am an older person and hard of hearing so things are difficult for me. Jennifer always speaks up and I can hear her. She makes things simple and never makes me feel stupid. I also love it that everyone is smiling.

My phone got stolen and thank goodness i had insurance, i am so glad that I came to this location to help me file an insurance claim and get me set up with getting another device. Cellular Sales is by far the best retailer Ive gone to for Verizon in all my time. I purchased my phone 4 months ago here and Ive never had a bad experience.

Rod went above and beyond! He sat with me for 9 hours working through issue after issue during the process of switching to Verizon from another carrier. He had so much patience and humor during the whole ordeal. He was suppose to get off work at 3, but he stayed until closing and made sure all of our lines were working perfectly before we left. I’m amazed with the service he provided!!

We went in today to see about a tablet for our restaurant, we had the privilege to work with a very nice gentleman. He even took his time to look online for us to make sure it was compatible with our stand. He answered all the questions we had and was very helpful.

The absolute worst service from this establishment! Have been with Verizon for over 10 years and never have I been treated with so much disrespect from Jennifer. I was trying to authorize a member on my account to buy a phone and she WOULD NOT comply with my request even after I spoke to the Business administration of Verizon and got the request approved. Unprofessional and rude.
