They so unorganized and they products dont come with everything

This store has a new manager that is very friendly. I never seen this store this clean before. All the employees are very professional and their uniforms are neat and clean. Im always greeted at the door when I come in and thats the reason why I like to shop at this specific store.

Tried to buy a pack of cigarettes, denied. Had veterans card (with photo) social security card, and VA health card, which has my birth date on it. Was informed I needed VA id card! Im 52 years old, 66, 280lbs, with a grey goatee, how about a little common sense! Will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning!

This location was one I found while staying in a nearby Hotel.. they had lots of things that most family dollar stores dont have right now, and the clerk was super friendly

I was happy you had paper towels, but this store (in Hopewell, VA) is very dirty and looked very unkept. I wont return.

They had toilet paper! And courteous service...but toilet paper! 😊

This is BY FAR, one of the WORST stores I have EVER been in in my life and Im n my 60s. There was so many boxes and trash in the aisles you could barely get around. It appeared they were going to restock shelves but the only employee in the store was the cashier.I went n to get 5 cleaning products and only one was available.Went to another Family Dollar, store was clean and all 5 items were available and there were 3 employees!

This store is the only dollar store I can go into and what I need is always available!
