These guys are great! Same day service and super clean. They also went out of their way to get me the best product with the best price. Any other glass issues I have with my cars I will definitely bring it back to them.

Best experience Ive had. I drive 50k miles a year and get cracked windshields on a regular basis. They helped me find the best deal (dropped my price from what I was quoted - they will only charge you for what the cost of the windshield and labor costs), and the repair was extremely fast (1 hour). I also know they come to your house to make the repair! They will have my business from here on out.

These guys are phenomenal! I went ahead and got quotes from a few different places. Not only, was the service incredibly friendly, they installed the window very quickly and the quality is fantastic!I highly recommend these guys, and the owner Dave, is one of the friendliest owners you’ll meet. My car was broken into with a busted out back window. I called Harmon and they were able to get me in very quickly and were also able to go right to my insurance company. I brought my car in, they had all the information they needed and the whole process was a breeze! Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Dave and all of the staff at the Harmon Auto Glass in Hopkins are great, they really took the time to make sure everything was right. As a Wrangler owner I have replaced more windshields than the average person, and from my experience their work was top notch. I will bring all of my glass business to this Harmon location, and happily recommend them to my friends!

Dave and his technician took great care of me. They started and finished the windshield replacement when they said they would. The new windshield looks great and the car was as clean as when I arrived. I am very happy with the experience.

Was great experience. They come directly to you or you can take it into their shop but anyways, my experience was fenomenal, service was fast. I recommend them.The only thing that I want from the service is a wrap up notice. For example just let your costumers that the job is done just for courtesy. But was a great work.

Horrible. I spent 61$ for a crack repair that 1) they didnt even repair. 2) made worse, by day three it spread enough to get me pulled over and handed over a citation to get it replaced. 3) ended up being double charged instead of being refunded. The receptionist is nice, although doesnt know how to credit payments- very great at scheduling you in right away and answering questions. The two repairmen I feel are better at replacing glass than repairing, especially with auto glass. Went to satellite afterwards.

We had a patio table glass shatter in a wind storm. Searching for a replacement my wife order a replacement from Amazon. It was too big. We called Harmon and took the table to Hopkins and they measured. We had the glass back on 10 days. The glass fits perfectly. Lesson learned. If you need glass you want Harmon.

If you ask Dave he will do standup comedy for you. He is ok but the service of his shop is great! You could have more comfy chairs in the waiting room, but thats alright.

Very pleased with my visit. I went in to get my driver side window fixed but NAPA gave me the wrong part so they sealed up my window for me until I get a new part. Dave the manager and the gentleman whos name I didn’t catch who was going to fix my window are very nice. Highly recommend Harmon Autoglass in Hopkins.

This shop is disorganized. I went there at 8 am today for a simple, 5 minute repair. My rearview mirror needed to be reattached to my windshield. Their technician took a look at it and said he was pretty sure he could do it. He and the manager then spent 15 minutes determining if they could fit my 5 min repair into their schedule. During this period, they seemed totally unfamiliar with their computer scheduling program. Listening in, I could tell that neither of them had a clear idea of what they they were going to do with their workday.They found an opening for me at 4:30pm that day. If they were unable to figure out this simple repair they told me that I wouldnt have to pay. I reluctantly went ahead with it. The manager told me to write down my creditcard number because their system required it. I said id pay by cash and he told me that their shop is unable to provide change... By this time, I could tell that my small repair was too big for this shop. Steer clear

Avoid! Called to have them come out and fix 2 spots where rocks hit my windshield. Operator was nice enough and the tech was on time and friendly. After the work was completed and I paid. I went to inspect the work and discovered a 3 inch oval scratch right where the driver looks. This is a 3 month old car with 5000 miles. 2 calls in the past week have gone unreturned. Harmon made my minor repair WORSE! Avoid avoid avoid!

I would not even give them one star but had to leave a review. I needed two windshields and two door glass I called for appointment and they told one of their installation techs did not even know how to do door glass I needed two appointments to do one vehicle well I had a break problem so was unable to make appointment rescheduled and that was a pain. next I scheduled a mobile installation and this job was already paid for. Their tech came out and was unable to install any of the glass for reasons unknown to me the the tech was supposef to call me and explain why he could not i still cant figure it out .the call centet were polite the shop people not really. I would not recomrnend the Hopkins shop yo any body
