I work for a Luther dealership in a service department, so we use APS for our window tint and paint protection film packages as well as the occasional vinyl wrap appointment. We came in needing a new vehicle that turned into 2 vehicles after mine was annihilated by a deer. We have a young driver who needed an update from the 20 year+ vehicle we had originally bought him. With the market being the way it is now, we were certainly on a budget. Ben Pofahl was diligent, patient, and respectful of our needs. Five stars for him and four for the dealership. My spouse and I spent a significant amount of time trying to settle on what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the dealership didnt have what we were looking for as far as inventory, but everything we would want in a salesperson. I would highly recommend Ben Pofahl at the Hopkins location.

The team at Luther Automotive not only did a great job but they made everything very easy on me as the customer from coming and picking up the truck to the design. I work here. We do our best as a team to perform the services customers have asked in an excellent manner for at a fair market price. If I didn’t work here, I would definitely bring my car here for Corrosion protection, bed liner, 3M paint protection film, wraps and graphics, tint or a remote start.

Got the 3M wrap on my new VW GTI GOLF paid 999$ and they couldnt even wash my car before putting it on!!! Wow!! Then when the 3 guys drop off my car one tells me I would of needed to pay extra to get it washed. Are u serious 😳!! If I knew that I would of paid!!

I have got pain protection, interior protection, and windshield protection. My car looks like brand new again. They cleaned the car and did a terrific job. From the top guy Blake to the detail guys and super friendly, professional, and know what they are doing. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I love it, and my whole family loves this place. Unprofessional. I had a Tuesday morning appointment for a spray bed liner. After taking the day off work, arranging a ride for pickup and a 30 minute drive I dropped off the car with the two employees receiving vehicles and I leave to return home. I received a call and message when I got home that they would not be able to perform the service due to equipment that broke the day before. I then had to drive 30 minutes back to their shop to pick up my truck. When I got there the employee receiving vehicles still didnt know that the spray service was not working. I confronted the manager to express my disappointment that I was not called the evening before when they knew the equipment was broken and new parts had to be ordered AND that they had accepted my car without the employees knowing of the issue. The manager made a weak apology and tells me of another customer who lived even farther away also frustrated with not getting their truck bedliner sprayed as if I should feel better. No offer to work with me regarding the huge inconvenience on a future appointment. Rude!!!

It was a very positive experience! The staff was very helpful, courteous and willing to do what it takes to meet my needs. I would highly recommend them and the outstanding products they offer! I will definitely return with my other vehicles.

I had purchased the 3M platinum package from the dealership, to be installed on my brand new car. I had thoroughly gone over the car and there was a spot that I had shown the intake person, and I provided a paint and clear coat pen for them to use to touch up that one spot. I brought the car in with 1 chip, and it came out with 4 chips, and a scratch. They also didn’t install the rear bumper ledge properly. I pointed it out and the manage, Blake, said I was wrong. He called the person who had applied the film and he admitted that he didn’t stretch it correctly. I had to have 2 doors edge film replaced due to them peeling off as well.I think that as the business is currently managed, it lacks accountability and integrity. I didn’t have a choice as to where I could bring my car since the product was sold by the dealership. But I strongly suggest you check out others, such as Joey Clean or even Ziebart.

In a time of less than good “customer service”, Luther Auto Performance Studio’s customer service is “platinum”. Kathy kept me informed on the progress, Jason was so kind and professional and of course Bill was so nice when he picked my vehicle up. Every person there was professional and ready to help wherever they could.Extra “kudos” to Kathy for helping me with an issue that wasn’t even related to the Work that the Performance Studio was doing.GREAT PEOPLE - GREAT JOB.

This place does not deserve any stars but I am required to place a star in order to submit my review. This place is awful. Setting up the appointment was a frustration. We should have known from that NOT to take our vehicle there. We purchased paint protection film, ceramic coating and interior protection for our vehicle. In just over 24 hours, we were called to pick up our vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle, the work was shoddy, very unprofessional. There were dust and debris under the paint protection film. Some red mark/spec. We have a white car so everything is noticeable. The paint protection film was cut bad and did not fully cover painted surfaces. There were uneven 1/8 to 1/4 inch edges. Some appeared wavy. As for the ceramic coating, we werent sure if anything was done. They advertised the ability of the windshield to repel water after application. We poured water on the windshield and there was no difference from before we brought the vehicle in. We werent sure whether anything was done to the interior as the vehicle was returned to us with dirt and debris on the carpet areas (this was not how we dropped off our car). One would think that if youre detailing the inside and applying protection that the car would be clean. It was not. We found out later upon further inspection that whatever they did to the inside, they left black fingerprints and stains all over my white leather seats and interior.A lot of the exterior work was pointed out when the vehicle was picked up. The shop claimed that their best person was put on the job. Thats pretty sad if the work was done by their best person. The shop associates also agreed that it was shoddy work; the person who actually did the work had left for the day and no manager was on site.Also a side note, the shop advertises window tinting. When I asked for a quote on window tinting I was told by Tanner that the shop did not perform that service. To this minute, they still advertise that they do. We are glad that they lied to us as this would have just been another shoddy job no doubt about it.

I forgot to mention what a nice job they did creating and installing the graphic on the back of our boat. Great service just like before. Your can trust Luther and its performance team!!
