Buyer beware, purchased a car from here back in March, underlying problems found driving it off the lot. Was told to take it to a certified dealership to get diagnosed and he would cover the cost (my fault for not getting it in writing). Did this and lets just say the communication dropped off significantly after that, screened calls and when they would answer they would say they will send a check in a day or so they have just been busy, that was back in May.Long story short our purchased car has only been driven a handful of times in the 4 months we have owned it, in and out of service centers and no end in sight of a resolution.My wife and I are level headed people and understand that stuff happens, but the disrespect and dishonesty received had us write this review.

Spoke with the owner of the dealership about being interested in one of the vehicles there and that I was coming to look at it the weekend of since his hours were close the same time I was off work. The day before I confirmed that I was coming to view the vehicle.I drove an hour and a half to look at the vehicle for him to tell me he had just sold the vehicle right before I arrived.He tried to send me to the Stillwater Motors dealership thinking I would get the same vehicle there for the same great price...however, the vehicle wasnt near ready to be sold and had just arrived that day. The price was way higher as well.

John was amazing...I needed to trade out my vehicle and he made it work!!! I would highly recommend this dealership!!! Friendly and fast service, Got everything taken care of in one day :)

John was/still is really awesome to work with. We bought a Volkswagen. A day later it turned out, needed a new thermostat installed because the car wouldnt get hot. He had it replaced. Got the car back and the thermostat wasnt properly installed and the car overheated. He called people at Nur Technik to have them pick the vehicle up, and properly install another thermostat and took care of the repairs. I havent had any issues since. John will bend over backwards to help you out and make sure that youre well taken care of. He didnt have to help me out at all but took care of EVERYTHING. All he wanted out of it is a good review, so here you go John! Thanks again!

Bought a used civic here and the heat went out the first week. I got the car as is and feared the worst. When I told John (the owner) he was incredibly empathetic and told me not to worry. He told me to drop it off at a shop in Stillwater and hed take care of it. Ended up taking 2 trips but he was really nice the whole time. Ive been burned before at other places and I cant express how much I appreciate the stellar service I got here. Reminds you of the days where a mans handshake and a promise ment something. As a first time car buyer (other than used vehicles from Craigslist) I started out looking for vehicles at Main Street Motor co in Bayport because it was close to work. I didnt think I would get approved for financing because of a lack of credit history, but I submitted an app for pre-approval online anyway. I got a call back same day for an offer of around 5%. I was pleasantly surprised, so I started looking at a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer LT with 118,000mi after the car I got originally pre-approved for sold. I requested to take it to a mechanic, and after bringing back their findings, we settled on a price slightly lower than was in the window. I walked away with a vehicle that needed a few maintenance tasks (coolant flush, tranny flush, front diff input shaft seal and tires) for 7,000 and a 4.7% Apr rate, with a down payment of 1,000 and trade in of $200.. Phenomenal for a person with my credit. I am beyond satisfied so far, and the customer service was excellent. I dealt with Brian for the test drive, and mechanic stage; Jon the owner for the final stages of paperwork and such. I reccomend this business to those who are looking for a reasonably priced used vehicle (that may need a small amount of love) and especially for those who are weary of getting approved elsewhere. They have a great selection for such a small lot, and they are knowledgeable sales people.

He helps you out in a long run if there was an issue with your car right then and there but if the part or anything fails he expects more money from you to actually put it in for you I had a bad experience because he pulled a part for me thinking that he was going to replace it if it went bad she did not so pretty much Im having to replace it myself and if you bring it back to him he will expect you to pay him again for service rendered

My girlfriend bought a Trailblazer from here last November that appeared to be in mint condition. A day after purchasing it we were stranded on the interstate before discovering severe mechanical and electrical problems. Whatever problem it is, you name it, its got it. Were still making payments on it even though its sitting in the driveway unsafe to drive. Buying from here is a BIG no no.
