We used Hopkins Carpet One for runners for our staircases. Casondra was so patient and helpful with us as we changed our minds on the selections and then had scheduling issues. Eric came out twice to make sure the carpet was going to be the right fit, and Mark, the installer was diligent in installing the runners perfectly. So happy to have the stairs taken care of and looking glamorous!

After having our basement flooded from our clothes washer hose detaching, we had a Sales Rep come and give us an estimate for replacing our carpet and baseboards.He wanted us to paint the baseboards, clean up the glue from the old carpet, and remove the nails/tacks ourselves. Isnt that what we are hiring you for?!After he sent us a preliminary estimate, I emailed him and called him with questions/clarifications on the estimate/work. He never responded, and has left us in the dark after expressing to him the urgency of the situation.We decided to move forward with a different company who cares about helping its customers and wants to get the work done. Would not recommend Hopkins Carpet One.

Very disappointing experience. It started well and our salesman was helpful but he ended up being incredibly disorganized and unresponsive. After canceling our first home visit on us via text (which was set up for quoting and viewing samples), he went AWOL for a week. After repeated unanswered calls, text, and other attempts to organize a visit, it became apparent either he didn’t want the sale or was far too unorganized for us to deal with. We eventually got another salesman out for a visit but we ultimately pursued other options due to the incredible hassle.

Similar bad experience with post installation warranty. Carpeting is two years old and appears old and dirty. Had a drive-by follow-up with C1, but like other customers, no real solutions. Either they dont care about standing behind their product, or they are pushing an inferior product...or in my opinion, both!Your response did not acknowledge that we have been waiting for something to be done for 3 months. Dan was at our house August 2, and nothing has been done. We were told that the problem would be investigated by the manufacturer. Again, no response or follow-up.

I bought carpet from Cassondra and wanted to have it bound for the upcoming holiday season. When a problem arose from the carpet manufacturer and the carpet had to be redone, it was apparent that I might not get the carpet in time for Thanksgiving. Well, she pulled some strings and got my delivery moved up to the day before Thanksgiving! I am so happy! Cant wait to show off my new living room and dining room carpet! Excellent customer service!
